-设有供电电路,使得该细长的形状记忆件通以电流,以给其加热。
背景技术
上述所提到的一种形状记忆促动装置由本申请人在文献WO03/003137A1中提出。欧洲专利申请No.EP-A-1443227和No.04425373.0的主题还提出了所述装置的改进,该两份专利都是以本申请人的名义申请的(其中后者在本发明的申请日仍处于非公开状态)。
发明内容
为了进一步改进前述的装置,本发明的目的在于提供一种形状记忆促动装置,所述装置包括缆索或杆形式的细长件,其具有与受控件连接的一端。所述细长件的至少一部分由可经受加热时形变的形状记忆材料构成,以用于控制所述受控件。所述装置设有供电电路,使得所述细长件通以电流,以给其加热。所述装置进一步包括传感装置以检测该形状记忆促动装置在其促动期间施加在其上的纵向负载是否超出预设临界值。
根据另一特征,所述传感装置包括轴向屈从件,其可操作地设置在所述细长件的所述端和受控件之间,所述屈从件设计成当轴向负载超出所述临界值时可轴向屈服,以便当所施加的负载超出所述预定临界值时,不会将该细长件的所述端的运动传递到所述受控件。
根据另一优选特征,所述屈从件是弹簧,尤其是螺旋弹簧,其轴向设置在与该细长件的所述端相连的第一主体和与受控件可操作地相连的第二主体之间。
在优选实施例中,该促动装置进一步包括当所述传感装置检测到该细长件的轴向负载超出所述临界值时用于中断该细长件的供电的装置。所述用于中断供电的装置包括插入供应电路的电接触点,其由接触件构成,它们在轴向负载超出所述临界值而使所述屈从件屈服时相互分离。
同样在前述优选实施例的情况中,所述电接触点中的第一接触件由与该细长件的所述端相连的第一主体支承,第二接触件由可操作地与受控件相连第二主体支承,使得在该细长件促动期间,当所述屈从件屈服时,该第一主体相对于第二主体移位,致使所述电接触点打开。
根据另一优选特征,还具有用于调节所述弹簧负载的预计(envisaged)装置,以便调节用于中断该细长件解扣(trip)的电流供应的临界值。该细长件可以由单根形状记忆金属线构成或为多根细长件,该多根细长件例如为相互平行设置的多根形状记忆金属线。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,其中显示了前述促动装置应用于机动车辆后舱门或后行李箱的锁控制的例子。
预期的标准迫使制造者想到从车辆内手动开锁的可能性,以使得意外被锁在机动车辆内的人能够在里面打开后舱门。在图示例子中,可通过环100手动操作促动装置,环100通过套绳101与挠性缆索促动装置的外壳3连接。在外壳3上紧固有套管102,其被设计靠在固定制动块103上,该固定制动块103形成了后舱门锁装置结构104的一部分。固定到外壳3上的套管102和制动块103的协同操作作用可防止外壳3沿与促动方向相反的方向移位。外壳3内装有由形状记忆材料制成的挠性缆索形式的细长件2(当然,也可以用刚性缆索替代挠性缆索来提供装置),其在一端2a处紧固到圆柱体5上,进而通过设在锁装置结构104外壳壁上的开口105连接到锁的受控件(图未示)上。另外设有电源(图未示)以供应电压给形状记忆缆索形式的细长件2的两相对端,以使其短路。当通过环100手动操作促动器时,该机械引力通过外壳3传递,其在如图1所示中朝右方,使得套管102远离固定制动块103运动。外壳3的位移致使圆柱体5相应位移,直到环11定位在外壳3端部,该环11靠在圆柱体5内腔的端面5a处。圆柱体5的位移随后致使受控件促动,如已经提到的,该受控件借助穿过开口105的连接件连接到圆柱体5上。
相反,在电操作促动情况中,由于当形状记忆缆索形式的细长件2短路,且套管102靠在固定制动块103上配合时,外壳3不能向左移位而保持静止,这使得圆柱体5在外壳3上滑动(使得环11离开相对面5a,克服弹簧200的作用),且又一次促动受控件。
采用促动装置的外壳作为手动操作情况中机械传动的元件的优点在于,采用这种方式可在挠性形状记忆缆索意外失效时一直保证装置的操作。
应当指出,在前述解决方案中(如图1所示),在缆索形式的细长件2和外壳3之间插入由合成材料制成的间隔层106,其与外壳3结合并固定到其上。所述间隔层仅具间隔作用,因此在该装置操作过程中,其可相对挠性缆索产生相对运动。
在前述解决方案中还可以相反地结合不同结构类型的挠性缆索(如图2中所示)。在这种情况中,在形状记忆材料制成的挠性缆索形式的细长件2和相应挠性外壳3之间设有间隔层106,在所示情况中,该壳体由金属外壳构成。与图1中所示的解决方案不同之处在于,该情况中在由形状记忆材料制成的缆索形式的细长件2上模制有紧贴该细长件2的涂布层110,该涂布层110选自弹性硅树脂材料或合成材料以促进电流停止后该细长件2的冷却和回复,其中,该回复是由涂层110的弹性回复导致的该细长件2到其被促动前的构造的回复。
紧贴在该细长件2上的涂层110可执行纵向分布的弹簧的功能,当该细长件2在促动后短路时,涂层110可经受压缩,随后由于弹性回复其可促进缆索回复到被促动前的位置。
该形状记忆缆索可以是任何构造。还可以将许多形状记忆缆索相互平行设置并挤压在同一涂层内。也同样可以采用具有上升分支和下降分支的U型缆索结构,两个缆索端部彼此邻近,这样可以另外具有缆索电连接到电源装置的传统优点。
在图3和图4中,其中与图1和2相同的部分标以同样的标号。在该示意图中,将邻近形状记忆缆索端部2a的促动装置细节部分放大。在图3和图4所示的实例中,可看到实际上两根相互平行设置的形状记忆金属线形式的细长件2嵌入到了弹塑性硅树脂外壳110内,它们具有紧固在两个金属体202a、202b上的相应端部2a,金属体202a、202b的端部开始于电绝缘材料套管300的表面,且金属体202a、202b嵌入到电绝缘材料套管300内。该绝缘套管300具有端部法兰300a。该弹塑性硅树脂外壳可以置于具有端面106a的管状金属导管形式的间隔层106内。在端面106a和绝缘套管300的法兰300a的之间可以轴向地设置优选为螺旋弹簧形式的屈从安全件210。远离端部2a的两个金属线形式的细长件2的端部分别连接到电源电路的两端。通过两个接触件形式的金属体202a、202b与杯状件221底壁上所支承的接触件220相接触来接通电路,该杯状件221紧固(以螺纹或凹槽接合件222)于金属导管形式的间隔层106的轴向可调位置处。杯状件221可相对于金属导管形式的间隔层106轴向调节使得安全件210的负载也可相应调节。杯状件221可操作地与受控件相连。
以下详细描述该装置的操作。当电源供应开启,形状记忆金属线形式的细长件2的两伸展部收缩,使得触点形式的金属体202a、202b向左位移(如图所示)。如果施加的负载仍小于弹性件形式的安全件210相应的屈服临界值,该安全件210仍然不变形,并将半套管(halfbushing)的运动传递到杯状件221以及受控件。如果随着形状记忆金属线形式的细长件2的促动,其所受到的轴向负载超出了上述预设的临界值,弹性件形式的安全件210将屈服,使得触点形式的金属体202a、202b向左位移(如图4),而没有将相应运动传递给杯状件221。所述相应运动导致两个接触件形式的金属体202a、202b离开接触件220,从而中断电源供应。
由于以上结构,获得了针对过度机械应力以及过度电源供应的对形状记忆促动装置的保护。电源供应的中断使得形状记忆件回复到其休止状态。
图5显示了一种变型,其显示了单根的形状记忆金属线形式的细长件2。在所述图中与图3和图4相应的部件具有相同的标号。在所述变型的情况中,单个金属线形式的细长件2具有固定到其端部的金属端部202,其与杯状件221的底部电性接触。当弹簧形式的安全件210不变形时,电流通过金属线形式的细长件2传到端部202,然后在此流经杯状件221和金属的外壳形式的间隔层106主体,并回到电源供应的另一端。该外壳形式的间隔层106也可以采用合成材料制成,但其要具有金属通道以闭合电源电路。这种情况也适用于杯状件221。绝缘套管400径向设在弹簧形式的安全件210、金属端部202(设于其内)以及外壳形式的间隔层106(设于外侧上)之间。
当然,在不偏离本发明原则以及保护范围的前提下,可以对本文中仅示例性显示和介绍的结构和实施例的细节进行广泛的变化。
Claims (11)
1.一种促动装置,其包括缆索或杆形式的细长件,其具有与受控件连接的一端,其中:
-所述细长件的至少一部分由可经受加热时形变的形状记忆材料构成,以用于控制所述受控件;以及
-设有供电电路,使得所述细长件通以电流,以给其加热;
所述装置特征在于,其包括传感装置,以用于检测所述细长件在其促动期间施加在其上的轴向负载是否超出预设临界值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述传感装置包括轴向屈从件,其可操作地设置在所述细长件的所述端和受控件之间,所述屈从件设计成当轴向负载超出所述临界值时可轴向屈服,以便当所施加的负载超出所述预定临界值时,不会将所述细长件的所述端的运动传递到所述受控件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述屈从件是弹簧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述屈从件是螺旋弹簧,其轴向设置在与所述细长件的所述端相连的第一主体和与所述受控件可操作地相连的第二主体之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述促动装置进一步包括当所述传感装置检测到所述细长件的轴向负载超出所述临界值时用于中断所述细长件的供电的装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述用于中断供电的装置包括插入供应电路的电接触点,其由两个接触件构成,它们在轴向负载超出所述临界值而使所述屈从件屈服时相互分离。
7.根据权利要求6所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述电接触点中的第一接触件由与所述细长件的所述端相连的第一主体构成,所述电接触点中的第二接触件由可操作地与受控件相连的第二主体支承,使得在所述细长件促动期间,当所述屈从件屈服时,所述第一主体相对于第二主体移位,致使电接触点打开。
8.根据权利要求7所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述细长件设置于具有端面的管状导管中,所述屈从件可操作地设置于管状导管的所述端面之间。
9.根据权利要求8所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述第二接触件由面对第一接触件的底壁所支承,且其形成了以位置可调方式连接到所述管状导管上的元件的一部分。
10.根据权利要求3所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述促动装置具有用于调节弹簧负载的预计装置。
11.根据上述任一项权利要求所述的促动装置,其特征在于,所述细长件包括一个或多个平行设置的形状记忆金属线。
