Abstract

被伸長部材の少なくとも一部が形状記憶材料で構成され、その材料は被制御部材を制御するために加熱により形状が変化するものであり、
電流を供給して加熱することにより被伸長形状記憶部材を横移動させる電気供給回路を有する。
Claims (11)
- ケーブル又はロッドの形状で一端部(2a)が被制御部材に接続された被伸長部材(2)を備え、被伸長部材(2)の少なくとも一部が形状記憶材料で構成され、該材料は被制御部材を制御する目的で加熱により形状が変化し、かつ被伸長部材(2)に電流を供給して加熱することにより横移動させる電気供給回路を有する、アクチュエータデバイスであって、
予め設定された軸方向負荷の閾値からの過剰応力を動作時に検出するセンサ手段(210)を有することを特徴とするアクチュエータデバイス。 - 上記センサ手段が、被伸長部材の上記端部(2a)と被制御部材との間に動作可能に設けられ軸方向に変形容易な易変形部材(210)を有し、上記易変形部材(210)は軸方向の上記閾値を超える負荷に対し軸方向に変形可能であり、予め設定された閾値を越える負荷が加わると被伸長部材(2)の上記端部(2a)の動きを上記被制御部材に伝達しないように配置されている請求項1記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- 上記易変形部材(210)がバネである請求項2記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- 上記易変形部材(210)が、被伸長部材の上記端部(2a)に接続された第1部分(202)と被制御部材に動作可能に接続された第2部分(106)との間であって軸方向に配置されたコイルバネである請求項3記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- 上記センサ手段(210)が形状記憶材料の上記閾値を超える過剰応力を検知した時、形状記憶部材(2)への電気供給を中断する中断手段を有する請求項2から4のいずれか一つに記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- 上記中断手段が、供給回路の中に配置され2つの接触部材(202; 202a, 202b; 220)により構成された電気接触部を有しており、軸方向負荷の上記閾値を超える負荷により上記易変形部材(210)が変形した時にはそれらは互いに遠ざかるように配置されている請求項5記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- 上記電気接触部の第1接触部材を形状記憶部材(2)の上記端部(2a)に接続された第1部分(202; 202a; 202b)で構成する一方、第2接触部材(220)を被制御部材に動作可能に接続された第2部分(221)に保持せしめ、これにより形状記憶部材(2)の作動時には上記易変形部材(210)を変形させて、第1部分を第2部分に対して移動させることにより電気接触を開放するようにした請求項6記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- 上記形状記憶部材(2)が端面(106a)を有する筒状ガイド(106)の内部に配置され、かつ上記易変形部材(210)が筒状ガイド(106)の上記端面(106a)と絶縁ブッシュ(300)のフランジ(300a)との間に動作可能に配置されている請求項7記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- 上記第2接触部材(220)が、上記第1接触部材(220)の底壁に保持され、かつ上記筒状ガイド(106)に位置調整可能に接続された部材(221)の一部をなす請求項8記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- バネ(210)の負荷を規制する認識された手段(222)を有する請求項3記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
- 上記の伸長された形状記憶部材が、平行に配置された1以上の形状記憶ワイヤ(2)を有する請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載のアクチュエータデバイス。
