保险丝支架零件
技术领域
本发明涉及保持玻璃管保险丝的保险丝支架,尤其涉及适合于向印刷基板进行表面安装的玻璃管保险丝的保险丝支架零件。
背景技术
为了将玻璃管保险丝安装在印刷基板上而使用的保险丝支架,例如在日本专利实开昭49-151262号公报上所记载的那样,由一对支架件构成,各支架件具有脚部和与其形成一体的一对臂部。两个支架件,在将脚部插入形成于印刷基板上的安装孔后的状态下而在印刷基板上隔开地配置,将脚部焊接在印刷基板的图形面上。另外,在各支架件上,设有将插入于支架件之间的玻璃管保险丝的金属帽与臂部联动地予以3点支承的辅助臂部。
上述以往的保险丝支架,虽然在能保持玻璃管保险丝的同时,能将玻璃管保险丝的两金属帽与印刷基板的图形面电气连接,但不能说对于向印刷基板的玻璃管保险丝的表面安装是合适的。
也就是说,近年来,有如下要求:使用具有吸引喷嘴的安装机将电气元件表面安装在印刷基板上,即使对于玻璃管保险丝也应表面安装在印刷基板上。但是,上述以往的保险丝支架,不能构成利用安装机的吸引喷嘴被吸起的结构,要使用安装机将玻璃管保险丝向印刷基板进行表面安装是困难的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供适合于利用具有吸引喷嘴的安装机将玻璃管保险丝表面安装在印刷基板上的保险丝支架。
本发明的保险丝支架零件,具有:固定于印刷基板上的底板;有从底板的一侧缘向上方且向底板宽度方向内方倾斜延伸的主体部的第1侧板;包括从底板的另一侧缘向上方且向底板宽度方向内方倾斜延伸的主体部和从该主体部的轴线方向外方半部延伸的被吸引部的第2侧板,主体部的轴线方向与底板的侧缘平行,第2侧板的主体部与第1侧板的主体部协同地对玻璃管保险丝的管套进行保持,被吸引部具有能接近安装机的吸引喷嘴的被吸引面。采用本发明,保险丝支架零件被安装机的吸引喷嘴吸引并输送至印刷基板的规定位置,接着,该零件的底板被焊接在印刷基板上,保险丝支架零件被表面安装在印刷基板上。同样,另一个同种的保险丝支架零件,相对表面安装后的保险丝支架零件留有间隔地被表面安装在印刷基板上。这2个保险丝支架零件是作为保险丝支架而起作用的构件,通过用第1、第2侧板保持插入于两保险丝支架零件间的玻璃管保险丝的管套而对玻璃管保险丝进行保持,由此玻璃管保险丝被表面安装在印刷基板上。这样,采用本发明,利用安装机可将玻璃管保险丝表面安装在印刷基板上。
另外,在从第2侧板的主体部延伸的被吸引部上设有被吸引面的本发明的保险丝支架零件,其结构和形状是简单的,能利用例如金属板的冲裁加工容易地制造保险丝支架零件,金属板的利用率高。因此,能以高效率、低成本制造保险丝支架零件。
最好是,保险丝支架零件还具有从第2侧板的主体部的轴线方向外方半部延伸的延长部,被吸引部从延长部延伸成与底板大致平行。采用该最佳形态,吸引面在底板的上方与底板大致平行地延伸,在使保险丝支架零件的吸引面和底板相对印刷基板保持成大致平行的状态下,能将保险丝支架零件从正上方安装在印刷基板上。因此,即使将包括保险丝支架零件的各种电气元件应以高密度安装在印刷基板上,也能用安装机对保险丝支架零件进行安装。
最好是,第2侧板具有从其被吸引部的轴线方向内方边缘向底板延伸并具有与玻璃管保险丝的轴线方向端面抵接的卡止部,被吸引部的轴线方向及玻璃管保险丝的轴线方向与底板的侧缘平行。
采用该最佳形态,利用卡止部能使插入于保险丝支架零件的侧板间的玻璃管保险丝不向底板轴线方向外方移动。因此,利用由一对保险丝支架零件构成的保险丝支架,能适当地保持玻璃管保险丝,另外,能防止因玻璃管保险丝在不希望的轴线方向移动所引起的玻璃管保险丝的管套与保险丝支架之间的接触不良。
最好是,第1侧板具有从其主体部的轴线方向内方半部向底板宽度方向外方延伸的第1导向部,另外,第2侧板具有从其主体部的轴线方向内方半部向底板宽度方向外方延伸的第2导向部。采用该形态,利用第1和第2导向部的导向功能,能将玻璃管保险丝的管套向保险丝支架零件的第1、第2侧板的主体部间顺利地进行插入。最好是,在底板的轴线方向内方半部的宽度方向中央部的上面设有突起,底板的轴线方向与底板的侧缘平行。采用该最佳形态,在第1、第2侧板的主体部和底板的突起的3处通过线接触而对玻璃管保险丝的管套进行支承,能将玻璃管保险丝在从印刷基板向上方隔开的位置稳定地进行支承,能防止玻璃管保险丝的管套与保险丝支架零件的侧板的接触不良。
最好是,底板焊接在印刷基板上。更好是,在底板上将缺口部设在与底板的侧缘平行的轴线方向两端上,缺口部被形成例如俯视为半圆形。另外,底板的轴线方向两端,在底板轴线方向上形成为比第1和第2侧板的轴线方向两端位于外方,第1和第2侧板的轴线方向与底板的侧缘平行。在将保险丝支架零件的底板焊接在印刷基板上时,由于熔融焊料附着在底板的缺口部的周缘上,故对底板向各种方向起作用的熔融焊料的表面张力被保持成均等。因此,能将保险丝支架零件正确地安装在印刷基板上的规定位置上,另外,对于向各种方向拉伸的焊料剥落强度变得牢固。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1至图3对本发明的一实施形态的保险丝支架零件进行说明。
保险丝支架零件1,具有平坦的底板11和从该底板11的两侧缘延伸的第1和第2侧板12、13,作为整体作成正面看大致为倒Ω状。
第1侧板12具有:从底板11的一侧缘延伸并在横剖面看为圆弧状弯曲的连接部12c;从该连接部12c向上方并向底板宽度方向内方倾斜延伸的主体部12a;从该主体部12a的轴线方向内方半部向底板宽度方向外方延伸的第1导向部12b。同样,第2侧板13具有:从底板11的另一侧缘延伸并弯曲成圆弧状的连接部13c;从该连接部13c向上方并向宽度方向内方倾斜延伸的主体部13a;从该主体部13a的轴线方向内方半部向宽度方向外方延伸的第2导向部13b。
保险丝支架零件1形成为:导向部12b、13b的基端部的间隔比玻璃管保险丝的管套5a(参照图4)外径狭且连接部12c、13c的间隔比管套的外径宽。另外,弯曲的连接部12c、13c具有弹性,能提高保持侧板的主体部12a、13a的玻璃管保险丝5的管套5a的能力。在将保险丝保持在侧板12、13之间的状态下,两侧板的主体部12a、13a其内面与管套5a接触并进行电气连接。另外,导向部12b、13b,在将管套5a插入于侧板12、13之间时具有导向功能。

在第1侧板12上,未设有与第2侧板13的延长部13d对应的延长部。也就是说,在第1侧板12的轴线方向外方半部侧,第1侧板12用其主体部12的上缘12d(图3)作成终端。
底板11的轴线方向两端11a向保险丝支架零件1的轴线方向看位于比侧板12、13的轴线方向两端稍向外方。在底板11的两端11a的宽度方向中央部分设有俯视为半圆形的缺口部11b,在底板11的轴线方向内方半部的宽度方向中央部分的上面设有突起11c。
保险丝支架零件1,通过对具有弹性和导电性的金属板进行冲床冲裁加工而一体形成为整体。保险丝支架零件1具有将底板11和侧板12、13设成一体的简单的结构和形状,金属板的成品率高、冲裁加工也容易,能提高保险丝支架零件1的生产率和降低成本。
以下,参照图4对保险丝支架零件1向印刷基板2的表面安装进行说明。
作为保险丝支架的一对保险丝支架零件1,利用具有对各保险丝支架零件的被吸引面13f进行吸引的吸引喷嘴6(图3)的安装机而依次向印刷基板2的上面2a的规定部位(焊接部)3进行输送,在卡止部13g相互面对的状态下被载放在印刷基板2上,接着将两保险丝支架零件的底板11焊接在印刷基板2上。
在焊接时,熔融的焊料附着在设于保险丝支架零件1的底板11的轴线方向两端11a的半圆形的缺口部11b的周缘上,对底板11向各种方向作用的熔融焊料的表面张力就成为均匀。其结果,保险丝支架零件1在印刷基板上被焊接在正确的位置,另外,对于向各方向拉伸的焊料剥落强度变得牢固。这样,一对保险丝支架零件1使用安装机而表面安装在印刷基板2上。
如图4中用箭头所示,玻璃管保险丝5通过一对保险丝支架零件1的导向部12b、13b,克服它们的弹性力而插入于两保险丝支架零件1的卡止部13g之间且在第1侧板12与第2侧板13之间。其结果如图5所示,玻璃管保险丝5的各端的管套5a,在侧板12、13的主体部12a、13a的内面和底板11的突起11c的上面的共3处线接触地被支承。因此,玻璃管保险丝5能可靠地机械地保持在保险丝支架零件1上,且管套5a能与保险丝支架零件1良好地进行电气连接。
另外,由于玻璃管保险丝5的两端的管套5a的端面5b与保险丝支架零件1的卡止部13g弹性地抵接,故能防止在玻璃管保险丝5的插入时和插入后的轴向偏移,另外,能防止因轴向偏移引起的管套5a与侧板11、12的接触不良。另外,由于管套5a被载放在保险丝支架零件1的底板11的突起11c上,故能使玻璃管保险丝5的安装位置从印刷基板2的上面2a向上方离开,能将玻璃管保险丝5可靠地安装在保险丝支架零件1上并能防止接触不良。
本发明不限于上述实施形态,能进行各种变形。例如,在本发明中不必须将突起设在保险丝支架零件的底板上或将缺口部设在底板两端上。

固定于印刷基板(2)上的底板(11);
有从所述底板的一侧缘向上方且向底板宽度方向的内方倾斜延伸的主体部(12a)的第1侧板(12);
包括从底板的另一侧缘向上方且向底板宽度方向的内方倾斜延伸的主体部(13a)和从该主体部的轴线方向的外方半部延伸的被吸引部(13e)的第2侧板(13),所述主体部的轴线方向与所述底板的侧缘平行,
这里,所述第2侧板的主体部与第1侧板的主体部协同地保持玻璃管保险丝(5)的管套(5a),另外,所述被吸引部具有能接近安装机吸引喷嘴(6)的被吸引面(13f)。
