Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于净水器的高压液泵。
背景技术
通常作为柱塞而为人所知的这些泵具有一泵头、一与所述泵头分开的本体和用来将所述泵体固定在驱动马达体上的装置,管道在所述泵头中形成,并且进气阀和排气阀位于所述泵头中,一个或多个活塞的促动装置位于所述本体中。
特别是,马达的驱动轴插入泵体中从而扭转地锁定外周上的旋转倾斜板中心(hub)的中空突出部分(tang),活塞的端部在该外周中滑动。
为了避免摩擦,活塞的端部位于旋转环中,同时辊子置于倾斜板中。

在公知的泵中,由一成形盖在马达侧将泵体封闭,所述成形盖承载着马达体的连接壁,并起着支承倾斜板中心的中空突出部分的轴承座的作用,并用作油密封垫的座。
然后通过外周的螺栓将盖连接在泵体上。

本发明提供了一种具有柱塞的泵,其包括泵头、与所述泵头相关的泵体,进气和排气管道和相应的进气和排气阀在泵头中形成,至少一个活塞的驱动装置和驱动马达体上的所述泵体的连接支承装置位于所述泵体的外周面上,其中,所述泵体在底壁上具有用于活塞滑动的座,并且所述泵体直接承载驱动马达体上的所述连接支承装置,其在面向马达的边缘上完全开放。
本发明的具有柱塞的泵阐明了有利的结构上的详细特征。
基本上,该目的通过直接承载驱动马达体的所述连接支承装置的泵体来实现的,这就使得能够去掉盖。

本体4的底壁40具有用于活塞6的滑动座41,这些滑动座在泵头1内伸展,用于容纳在泵头1的凹槽21中的部分61。
底壁40还包括用于将泵头1固定在本体4上的接收螺栓44(receiving bolt)的外周座43。
每个活塞座包括一个容纳在泵头1的凹槽21中的密封垫62、一个容纳在泵头1中的杯状罩63和一个容纳在泵体4中与所述罩63邻近的油密封件64。
在本体4中伸展的活塞6的端部60放置在环7上,由于插入辊子71,环7在旋转倾斜板8上自由旋转。
弹簧65与盘状物66使活塞与环7保持接触。
旋转倾斜板8具有一个中空突出部分81,该中空突出部分81通过轴承与泵体4连接,轴承通过弹性圈91保持在适当的位置上,弹性圈91在轴向上相对于泵体4锁紧轴承9。
垫10将本体4的内部与外部隔开。

前述的结构还允许进行有益的组装过程。
除了阀之外,密封垫62和罩63也可以预先安装在泵头1中。
另一方面,按照图中从右方开始的顺序,泵体4容纳活塞6、弹簧65、相对的盘状物66、包括旋转倾斜板8和环7的组、轴承9、弹性圈91和垫10。
在安装油密封件64之前,通过螺栓44将泵头1固定在本体4上,并且所有的部件都准备好以便通过支架5固定在电机的本体上。
如从所描述的内容中可以清楚地看出的那样,按照本发明的具有柱塞的泵体能够满足需要,并且能克服说明书的引言部分中所提到的现有技术的缺陷。

当然,本领域普通技术人员可以对上述具有柱塞的泵体作出许多变化或改动以满足可能的和特定的需要,所有的这些变化或改动都落入权利要求书所限定的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.具有柱塞的泵,其包括泵头(1)、与所述泵头(1)相关的泵体(4),进气和排气管道(2、3)和相应的进气和排气阀在泵头(1)中形成,至少一个活塞(6)的驱动装置和驱动马达体上的所述泵体(4)的连接支承装置位于所述泵体(4)的外周面上,其特征在于,所述泵体(4)在底壁(40)上具有用于活塞(6)滑动的座(41),并且所述泵体(4)直接承载驱动马达体上的所述连接支承装置,其在面向马达的边缘上完全开放。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵,其中,所述驱动装置包括一个具有中空突出部分(81)的旋转倾斜板(8)。
3.如权利要求2所述的泵,其中,轴承(9)设置在所述中空突出部分(81)和所述泵体(4)之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的泵,其中,所述轴承(9)通过弹性圈(91)保持在适当的位置上,弹性圈(91)在轴向上相对于泵体(4)锁紧轴承(9)。
5.如权利要求3所述的泵,其中,所述泵体(4)通过设置在泵体(4)和中空突出部分(81)之间的垫(10)与外部隔开。
