Description

热粘合非织造布、其生产方法及用途
本发明涉及由单位面积重为60至300g/m2且断裂强度>150N的微细长丝非织造布形成的热粘合非织造布。
在纺织工业中对生产冬季服装采用的非织造布提出各种不同的要求。除了以所用材料的断裂强度表示的承载能力外,感兴趣的有良好的可加工性能,悬垂性,柔软性以及按其用途在良好的隔热能力的同时具有尽可能小的材料厚度。迄今采用不同纤维混纺的或动物皮毛生产隔热能力好的材料。织造的料子倾向于散边或纱线移位,所以必须折边,而皮毛材料单位面积重量很高。在织好的料子中鉴于其承载能力也总是要注意织物的脱散方向。
本发明的目的是,提供价廉物美的断裂强度>150N的热粘合非织造布及其制造方法。
本发明的目的通过一种热粘合非织造布实现,它是由单位面积重量为60至300g/m2且断裂强度>150N的微细长丝非织造布构成的,其中微细长丝非织造布由熔融纺丝,牵伸和直接铺成纤维网的纤度为1.5至5分特(dtex)的多组分长丝组成且多组分长丝必要时在预粘合后至少80%分裂成纤度为0.1至1.0dtex的微细长丝并再将其粘合。按本发明的热粘合非织造布由于是长丝而不需折边且它不会出现散边。

有益的一种热粘合非织造布是其中的多组分长丝显示桔子状或也称“馅饼”的多断片结构的截面,其中断片交替地含有两种不相容聚合物中之一种。除了多组分长丝的这种桔子状多断片结构外,在多组分长丝中不相容聚合物的“并列”(S/S)断片排列也是可能的,它尤其是被利用于产生卷曲长丝。在多组分长丝中不相容聚合物这样的断片排列证明具有极好的可分裂性。热粘合非织造布具有与厚度和/或重量相关的良好隔热能力,特别是通过后面的处理步骤如起绒或磨毛可生产柔软和暖和的冬季服装。
此外,一种有益的热粘合非织造布是其中的至少形成多组分长丝的不相容聚合物中有一种含有重量百分比至多10%的添加剂,如颜料、永久生效的抗静电剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂、杀螨虫剂和/或影响亲水或疏水性能的添加剂。由纺液染色的纤维形成的热粘合非织造布显示良好的洗涤坚牢度。此外可通过添加剂减少或避免静电荷并改善输湿性。热粘合非织造布在可洗性和快干方面显示极好的易保养性。
本发明生产热粘合非织造布的方法是,多组分长丝由熔体纺丝,牵伸和直接铺成纤维网,并进行预粘合且其非织造布通过高压流体射流粘合同时分裂成纤度为0.1至1.0dtex的微细长丝,尤其是分裂成纤度为0.1至0.8dtex的微细长丝。这样得到的热粘合非织造布的厚度非常均匀,它具有各向同性的纤维分布,无脱层倾向并以其高模量为特点。
一种有益的热粘合非织造布的生产方法这样进行,即多组分长丝的粘合和分裂是通过将预粘合的非织造布至少一次在每一面用高压水射流加载。因此热粘合非织造布显示良好的表面且多组分长丝的分裂度>80%。
特别优选的方法是其中的多组分长丝用纺液染色。染料在聚合物长丝中牢固结合,形成良好的洗涤坚牢度。
本发明制造的热粘合非织造布可用作口袋内侧用料,内衬料或面料。此外可作填絮或家俱装填料。
实例1
由聚酯-聚酰胺(PES-PA)-双组分长丝制造单位面积重量为120g/m2的长丝网和将其用压力至多为230bar的压力在两侧进行水刺。双组分长丝在水刺后纤度为1.0dtex,在水刺的同时原料长丝产生分裂。由微细长丝得到的非织造布具有水蒸汽透过指数Imt=0.56。用导热阻力Rct表示的隔热能力为42.5·10-3m2k/w和水蒸汽透过阻力Rct为4.58m2Pa/w。

Claims (15)

1.由单位面积重量为60至300g/m2且断裂强度>150N的微细长丝非织造布组成的热粘合非织造布,其中非织造布是由熔融纺丝,气动牵伸和直接铺成纤维网的纤度为1.5至5dtex的多组分长丝组成且该多组分长丝通过高压流体射流至少80%分裂成纤度为0.1至1.0dtex的微细长丝并将其粘合。
2.按权利要求1的热粘合非织造布,其特征在于,多组分长丝是由两种不相容的聚合物组成的双组分-长丝。
3.按权利要求1至2之一的热粘合非织造布,其特征在于,多组分长丝具有桔子状多断片结构的截面,其中断片交替地各含有两种不相容聚合物中之一种和/或具有“并列”结构。
4.按权利要求3的热粘合非织造布,其特征在于,热粘合非织造布的两面具有不同的断片结构。
5.按权利要求1至4之一的热粘合非织造布,其特征在于,至少形成多组分-长丝的不相容聚合物中之一种含有重量百分比至多10%的添加剂。
6.按权利要求5的热粘合非织造布,其特征在于,所述添加剂为颜料,永久生效的抗静电剂,防腐剂,杀菌剂,杀螨虫剂和/或影响亲水性或疏水性的添加剂。
7.生产权利要求1至6之一的热粘合非织造布的方法,其特征在于,多组分长丝由熔体纺丝,牵伸和直接铺成纤维网,必要时进行预粘合并通过高压流体射流粘合以及同时分裂成纤度为0.1至1.0dtex的微细-长丝。
8.按权利要求7的方法,其特征在于,多组分长丝的粘合和分裂是通过将必要时预粘合的非织造布至少一次从每一面用高压流体射流进行加载而进行。
9.按权利要求7或8的方法,其特征在于,多组分长丝的染色是用纺液染色。
10.按权利要求7至9之一的方法,其特征在于,采用两个纺丝箱体,从其中制造一种带有“馅饼”断片结构的多组分长丝和另一种带有“并列”断片结构的多组分长丝。
11.按权利要求1至6之一的热粘合非织造布用于生产内衬材料的用途。
12.按权利要求1至6之一的热粘合非织造布用于生产面料的用途。
13.按权利要求1至6之一的热粘合非织造布用于制造口袋内侧用料的用途。
14.按权利要求1至6之一的热粘合非织造布用于生产填絮的用途。
15.按权利要求1至6之一的热粘合非织造布用于生产家俱装填料的用途。
