Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Thermovliesstoff, bestehend aus einem Mikrofilament-Vliesstoff mit Flächengewichten von 60 bis 300 g/m2 und einer Reißfestigkeit > 150 N.
- In der Textilindustrie werden ganz unterschiedliche Anforderungen an die für die Herstellung von Winterbekleidungen eingesetzten Vliesstoffe gestellt. Neben der Belastbarkeit, die sich in der Reißfestigkeit des eingesetzten Stoffes ausdrückt, sind gute Verarbeitbarkeit, Drapierfähigkeit und Weichheit sowie je nach Anwendungszweck eine möglichst geringe Materialdicke bei einem gleichzeitig gutem Wärmeisolationsvermögen von Interesse. Bisher werden Stoffen mit einem guten Wärmeisolationsvermögen aus unterschiedlichen Fasermischungen gewebt oder aus Tierhaaren Filze erzeugt. Während die gewebten Stoffe zum Ausfasern bzw. Ausfransen neigen und deshalb Gesäumt werden mußten, weisen die Filzmaterialien ein sehr hohes Flächengewicht auf. Bei den gewebten Stoffen ist hinsichtlich deren Belastbarkeit auch immer die Laufrichtung des Gewebes zu beachten.
- Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, preiswerten Thermovliesstoff, der eine Reißfestigkeit > 150 N besitzt sowie ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung anzugeben.
- Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch einen Thermovliesstoff gelöst, welcher aus einem Mikrofilament-Vliesstoff mit Flächengewichten von 60 bis 300 g/m2 sowie und einer Reißfestigkeit > 150 N besteht, wobei der Mikrofilament-Vliesstoff aus schmelzgesponnenen, verstreckten und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegten Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von1,5 bis 5 dtex besteht und die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente nach gegebenenfalls einer Vorverfestigung zumindest zu 80 % zu Mikro-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 1,0 dtex gesplittet und verfestigt sind. Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Thermovliesstoff ist aufgrund der Endlosfilamente kein Säumen erforderlich und es tritt kein Ausfasern ein.
- Vorzugsweise ist der Thermovliesstoff einer, bei dem der Vliesstoff aus schmelzgesponnenen, aerodynamisch verstreckten und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegten Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 1,5 bis 3 dtex besteht und die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente gegebenenfalls nach einer Vorverfestigung zumindest zu 80 % zu Mikro-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 0,8 dtex gesplittet und verfestigt sind. Der Thermovliesstoff weist eine isotrope Filamentverteilung im Vlies auf. Daher ist eine Berücksichtigung der Maschinenlaufrichtung beim Zuschnitt des Thermovliesstoffs nicht erforderlich.
- Vorzugsweise ist der Thermovliesstoff einer, bei dem das Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament ein Bikomponenten-Endlosfilament aus zwei inkompatiblen Polymeren, insbesondere einem Polyester und einem Polyamid, ist. Ein solches Bikomponenten-Endlosfilament weist eine gute Spaltbarkeit in Mikro-Endlosfilamenten auf und bewirkt ein günstiges Verhältnis von Festigkeit zu Flächengewicht auf. Gleichzeitig ist der erfindungsgemäße Thermovliesstoff aufgrund der verwendeten Polymere und deren Filamentstruktur knitterarm, gut waschbar und schnell trocknend, d. h., pflegeleicht.
- Vorzugsweise ist der Thermovliesstoff einer, bei dem die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente einen Querschnitt mit orangenartiger oder auch "Pie" genannten Multisegment-Struktur aufweisen, wobei die Segmente alternierend jeweils eines der beiden inkompatiblen Polymeren enthalten. Neben dieser orangenartigen Multisegment-Struktur der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente ist auch eine "side-by-side" (s/s) Segment-Anordnung der inkompatiblen Polymeren im Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament möglich, die vorzugsweise zur Erzeugung gekräuselter Filamente genutzt wird. Solche Segment-Anordnungen der inkompatiblen Polymeren im Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament haben sich als sehr gut spaltbar erwiesen. Der Thermovliesstoff besitzt ein sehr gutes Wärmeisolationsvermögen im Verhältnis zur Dicke und/oder dem Gewicht, so daß sich insbesondere durch nachfolgende Behandlungsschritte wie Rauhen oder Schmirgeln weiche und wärmende Winterbekleidung herstellen läßt.
- Vorzugsweise ist der Thermovliesstoff weiterhin einer, bei dem mindestens eines der das Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament bildenden inkompatiblen Polymere ein Additiv, wie Farbpigmente, permanent wirkende Antistatika, Fungizide, Bakterizide, Akarizide und/oder die hydrophilen oder hydrophoben Eigenschaften beeinflussende Zusätze in Mengen bis zu 10 Gewichtsprozent, enthält. Der aus spinngefärbten Fasern bestehende Thermovliesstoff weist eine sehr gute Waschechtheit auf. Weiterhin können durch die Zusätze statische Aufladungen vermindert bzw. vermieden und die Feuchtigkeits-Transporteigenschaften verbessert werden. Der Thermovliesstoff weist sehr gute Pflegeeigenschaften hinsichtlich seiner Waschbarkeit und eine geringe Trockenzeit auf. Ein Thermovliesstoff gemäß den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 ist aus dem Dokument US-A-5 899 785 bekannt.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren zur Herstellung von Thermovliesstoff besteht darin, daß Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente aus der Schmelze ersponnen, verstreckt und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegt werden, eine Vorverfestigung erfolgt und der Vliesstoff durch Hochdruck-Fluidstrahlen verfestigt wie gleichzeitig in Mikro-Endlosfilamente mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 1,0 dtex, vorzugsweise in Mikro-Endlosfilamente mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 0,8 dtex, gesplittet wird. Die so erhaltene Thermovliesstoff ist sehr gleichmäßig hinsichtlich ihrer Dicke, sie weist eine isotrope Fadenverteilung auf, besitzt keine Neigung zum Delaminieren und ist durch hohe Modulwerte ausgezeichnet.
- Vorteilhafterweise wird das Verfahren zur Herstellung der Thermovliesstoff in der Weise durchgeführt, daß die Verfestigung und Splittung der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente dadurch erfolgt, daß der vorverfestigte Vliesstoff mindestens einmal auf jeder Seiten mit Hochdruck-Wasserstrahlen beaufschlagt wird. Die Thermovliesstoff weist dadurch eine gute Oberfläche und einen Splittungsgrad der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente > 80 % auf.
- Besonders bevorzugt ist ein Verfahren, bei dem die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente spinngefärbt werden. Die Einbindung des Farbstoffe in die Polymerfilamente führt zu hervorragenden Waschechtheiten.
- Der erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Thermovliesstoff wird insbesondere verwendet zur Herstellung von Innentaschen, Innenfutterstoffen oder Oberstoffen. Weiterhin eignet er sich als Einsatz für Wattierungen oder Auspolsterungen.
- Aus einem Polyester-Polyamid (PES-PA)-Bikomponenten-Endlosfilament wird ein Filamentflor mit einem Flächengewicht von 120 g/m2 erzeugt und einer Wasserstrahlvernadelung mit Drücken bis 230 bar beidseitig unterzogen. Die Bikomponenten-Endlosfilarnente weisen nach der Wasserstrahlvernadelung, die zu einer gleichzeitigen Splittung der Ausgangsfilamente führt, einen Titer 1,0 dtex auf. Der erhaltene Vliesstoff aus Mikro-Endlosfilamenten besitzt einen Wasserdampfdurchgangsindex imt von 0,56. Das Wärmeisolationsvermögen ausgedrückt durch den Wärmedurchgangswiderstand Rct beträgt 42,5 10-3 m2K/W und der Wasserdampfdurchgangswiderstand Ret beträgt 4,58 m2Pa/W.
Claims (14)
- Thermovliesstoff bestehend aus einem Mikrofilament-Vliesstoff mit Flächengewichten von 60 bis 300 g/m2 und einer Reißfestigkeit > 150 N, wobei der Vliesstoff aus schmelzgesponnenen, verstreckten und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegten Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 1,5 bis 5 dtex besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente nach gegebenenfalls einer Vorverfestigung zumindest zu 80 % zu Mikro-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 1,0 dtex gesplittet und verfestigt sind.
- Thermovliesstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vliesstoff aus schmelzgesponnenen, aerodynamisch verstreckten und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegten Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 1,5 bis 3 dtex besteht und die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente gegebenenfalls nach einer Vorverfestigung zumindest zu 80 % zu Mikro-Endlosfilamenten mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 0,8 dtex gesplittet und verfestigt sind.
- Thermovliesstoff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament ein Bikomponenten-Endlosfilament aus zwei inkompatiblen Polymeren, insbesondere einem Polyester und einem Polyamid, ist.
- Thermovliesstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfüamente einen Querschnitt mit orangenartiger Multisegment-Struktur aufweisen, wobei die Segmente alternierend jeweils eines der beiden inkompatiblen Polymeren enthalten und/oder eine "side-by-side"-Struktur besitzen.
- Thermovliesstoff nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Seiten des Thermovliesstoff eine unterschiedliche Segment-Struktur besitzen.
- Thermovliesstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der das Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilament bildenden inkompatiblen Polymere ein Additiv, wie Farbpigmente, permanent wirkende Antistatika, Fungizide, Bakterizide, Akarizide und/oder die hydrophilen oder hydrophoben Eigenschaften beeinflussende Zusätze in Mengen bis zu 10 Gewichtsprozent, enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Thermovliesstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente aus der Schmelze ersponnen, verstreckt und unmittelbar zu einem Vlies abgelegt werden, gegebenfalls eine Vorverfestigung erfolgt und der Vliesstoff durch Hochdruck-Fluidstrahlen verfestigt sowie gleichzeitig in Mikro-Endlosfilamente mit einem Titer von 0,1 bis 1,0 dtex gesplittet wird, und daß die Verfestigung und Splittung der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente dadurch erfolgt, daß der gegebenenfalls vorverfestigte Vliesstoff mindestens einmal von jeder Seite mit Hochdruck-Fluidstrahlen beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Färbung der Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente durch Spinnfärben vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Spinnbalken eingesetzt werden, von denen einer Mehrkomponenten-Endlosfilamente mit einer "Pie"-Segmentstruktur und der andere mit einer "side-by-side"-Segmentstruktur erzeugt.
- Thermovliesstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zur Herstellung von Innenfutterstoffen verwendet wird.
- Thermovliesstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zur Herstellung von Oberstoffen verwendet wird.
- Thermovliesstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zur Herstellung von Innentaschen verwendet wird.
- Thermovliesstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zur Herstellung von Wattierungen verwendet wird.
- Thermovliesstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zur Herstellung von Auspolsterungen verwendet wird.
