Description

一种微细长丝非织造布用作防紫外线的运动服的用途
本发明涉及一种运动服,它由单位面积重为40至180g/m2和水蒸汽透过指数imt>0.3的微细长丝非织造布构成。
大多数由于身体的激烈活动而身体要通过增加出汗进行热调节,因此对运动服在吸湿能力和输湿性能方面提出高的要求。采用的纺织品一方面在皮肤上出的汗应立即可以被吸收,以避免在皮肤上发粘和磨伤皮肤,另一方面它应使汗在其表面上蒸发并使运动服的隔热性能在身体减少活动后继续存在而提供良好的条件。潮湿的纺织品在皮肤上在筋疲力尽的状态下正是给身体额外的能量消耗和因此造成体温降低和因此由于伤筋造成受伤的危险。因此要求提供尽可能高的水蒸汽透过指数的运动服。此外至今运动服采用由不同纤维混纺的料子,由于它的织造结构倾向于散边和纱线移位,因此必须折边。同时织造的料子鉴于其强度也总是要注意织物脱散的方向。
本发明的目的是提供一种价廉物美的运动服,它具有水蒸汽透过指数imt>0.3,以及制造这种运动服的方法。
本发明的目的通过以下所述的运动服实现,该运动服由单位面积重为40-180g/m2的微细长丝非织造布组成且它的水蒸汽透过指数imt>0.3,其中非织造布是由熔融纺丝,牵伸和立即铺成纤维网的纤度为1.5至5分特(dtex)的多组分长丝组成且其多组分长丝必要时在预粘合后至少80%分裂成纤度为0.1至0.8dtex的微细长丝并将其粘合。在按本发明的运动服中由于是长丝而不需折边和不出现脱散。各向同性的纤维分布在裁剪时不必注意机器运行的方向。

一种优选的运动服是其中的多组分长丝具有桔子状的或也称“馅饼”的多断片结构的截面,其中断片交替地各含有两种不相容聚合物中之一种。除了多组分长丝的这种桔子状多断片结构外不相容的聚合物在多组分长丝中也有可能是“并列”(S/S)断片排列,这特别是利用于制造卷曲的长丝。不相容聚合物在多组分长丝中这样的断片排列证明具有非常好的可分裂性。按本发明的运动服在本身很小的厚度和很轻的单位面积重时具有良好的隔热能力,良好的透气性。良好的输湿能力和对皮肤有很愉快的触感,因此具有高舒适性。在多组分长丝中“馅饼”断片排列和分裂出来的微细长丝对按本发明的运动服的吸湿能力有利。
一种有益的运动服是其中的至少组成多组分长丝的不相容的聚合物中有一种含有重量百分比至多10%的添加剂,如颜料,永久生效的抗静电剂和/或影响亲水或疏水性能的添加剂。由纺液着色的长丝制成的运动服具有极好的洗涤坚牢度。此外可通过添加剂减少或避免静电荷并改善输湿性。按本发明的运动服特别是以其易洗和快干的易保养性能为特点。
本发明的生产运动服的方法是,由熔体纺多组份长丝,牵伸和立即铺成纤维网,必要时进行预粘合和非织造布通过高压流体射流粘合同时分裂成纤度为0.1至0.8分特(dtex),尤其是0.1至0.3分特(dtex)的微细长丝,这样得到的运动服其厚度非常均匀,它具有各向同性的纤维分布,无脱层的倾向和以其高模量值为特点。
制造运动服的方法尤其是这样进行的,即多组分长丝的粘合和分裂是通过将必要时预粘合的非织造布至少一次在每一面用高压水射流加载。因此使运动服具有良好的表面且多组分长丝的分裂度>80%。
特别优选的方法是,在其中多组分长丝是纺液染色。染料在聚合物长丝中牢固结合使它具有极好的洗涤坚牢度。
优选通过选择在水射流处理中采用的输送垫衬制造带有网状结构材料的运动服。因此改善了通过衣服的透气性,亦称输湿性和透湿性以及改善在体表上的空气交换。
按本发明的运动服由于它的保养性能,如好的可洗涤性和极短的干燥时间以及好的吸湿能力,可印花和可通过起绒,打磨、或涂敷整理剂的触觉造型特别适用于作衬衫,T恤衫,套衫,印花衬衫以及短裤、长裤和夹克衫。
实例1
由在单丝中PET/PA 66的重量比为70/30并添加X%重量二氧化钛的聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯-聚酰胺(PET-PA)-双组分长丝生产单位面积重为80g/m2的长丝纤维网和将其进行压力至多230巴(bar)的双面水刺。双组分长丝在水刺后纤度为0.1至0.8dtex,水刺的同时使原料长丝分裂。由微细长丝得到的非织造布显示水蒸汽透过指数imt为0.36和水蒸汽透过阻力Ret为3.00m2Pa/w。用导热阻力Ret表示的隔热能力为17.8×10-3m2k/w。此运动服按澳大利亚/新西兰的标准AS/NZS 4399:1996测定的防紫外线值为50+。测得以百分比表示的透光率在250至450nm范围。

Claims (10)

1.单位面积重为40至180g/m2和水蒸汽透过指数imt>0.3的微细长丝非织造布的用途,该非织造布是由熔融纺丝,牵伸和立即铺成纤维网的纤度为1.5至5分特(dtex)的多组分长丝组成且具有至多10%重量的二氧化钛,其中多组分长丝在预粘合后至少80%分裂成纤度为0.1至0.8dtex的微细长丝并再将其粘合,其特征在于,该非织造布用作具有紫外光防护性能的运动服。
2.按权利要求1的用途,其特征在于,非织造布是由熔融纺丝,气动牵伸和立即铺成纤维网的纤度为1.5至3dtex的多组分长丝组成且其多组分长丝在预粘合后至少80%分裂成纤度为0.1至0.3dtex的微细长丝并再将其粘合。

6.按权利要求3的用途,其特征在于,非织造布的两面具有不同的断片结构。
7.按权利要求1或2的用途,其特征在于,至少形成多组分长丝的不相容聚合物中有一种含重量百分比至多10%的添加剂。
8.按权利要求7的用途,其特征在于,所述添加剂是颜料,抗静电剂和/或影响亲水或疏水的添加剂。
9.按权利要求1或2的用途,其特征在于,多组分长丝的粘合和分裂是通过将非织造布至少一次在每一面用高压流体射流加载。
10.按权利要求1或2的用途,其特征在于,多组分长丝的染色是用纺液染色。
