Abstract

本发明与切割烤干炭精电极壳的器械有关。这器械有一个环,自由悬挂在电极的周围。至少有两个带有垂直伸展的切割刃的夹靴,用枢轴悬挂在环(1)上。夹靴(7)可以用第一液压缸(14),压在壳(3)上。在环(1)的上方,安排一条有若干切割轮(19)的链(18)。链(18)的一端和第二液压缸(26)连接,另一端和第二液压缸的活塞固定,从而链可以围绕电极的圆周收紧。第三液压缸和环连接,而其活塞与链(18)连接,从而链(18)可以沿壳(3)的圆周往复活动。

Description

切割炭精电极外壳的器械
本发明有关切割烤干炭精电极钢质外壳的器械。
长期以来,电热冶炼炉使用自烤干炭精电极,这种电极的生产直接与使用电极的冶炼炉有关。这种电极有一个钢质外壳,在里面注入含有碳素材料和一种碳质粘合剂的生电极糊。生电极糊在加热下,烤成固体炭精电极。当电极在冶炼炉中消耗掉时,把若干段新钢壳向电极壳的上端焊接,并把更多的生电极糊向壳内注入。这样便产生了炭精电极的连续条。
在一般情况下,钢壳和炭精电极在炉中同时消耗。但是,由于在作业中,在钢壳中含的铁会对炉中生产的金属或合金造成污染杂质,因此在把壳体放进炉心以前,而在电极完全烤干后,便必须把钢壳从炭精电极上除去。
上述类型的电热冶炼炉一般设置三个炭精电极。由于冶炼炉设备中有诸如添料管,汇流条,等等,炉顶或烟罩上方电极区里的自由空间非常有限。此外,由于有电弧跳火的危险,在炼炉运转时,一般不准许炼炉操作者,在电极区中工作。为了使人力可以利用切割炬,斜角铣刀等类似工具切割并除去钢壳,故有必要在手工切割电极壳时,把冶炼炉熄火。当电极的消耗约为每日每电极半公尺至一公尺时,假如必须熄火才能把钢壳切断并清除,那么生产上就有相当大的不合理损失。
本发明的目的,是提出一种切割烤干炭精电极上的钢壳的器械,借此,可把壳体从水平方向和垂直方向切割成便于清除的小块。本发明的另外一个目的,是提出一种器械,可以在预定程序后摇控操作或自动化操作。这样,在把电极壳切割并除去时,便不需要停止冶炼炉的运转。
因此,本发明有关一种切割烤干炭精电极壳的器械,器械中有一个环,其直径大于电极的直径,该环自由悬在电极外围,至少有两个夹靴,用第一液压缸夹在电极壳上,该第一液压缸和上述自由悬环连接。夹靴上布置有垂直切割刃。在自由悬环的上方,布置一条有若干切割刃的链,这链可以通过一个第二液压缸,围绕电极壳的周围收紧。一个第三液压缸的一端,和自由悬环上的一个支架连接,另一端和链连接,从而链可以在电极壳的大部分的圆周上,在水平方向上前后活动。
电极壳的切割按以下顺序进行:
把夹靴夹在电极壳上。从而在夹靴把环和电极相对固定的同时,夹靴上的切削刃便垂直切割壳套。然后把布置在环上的链收紧,因而切割刃便压在电极壳上。通过把第三液压缸中的活塞向里外推动,即可水平切割电极壳,于是链和链上的切割刃在壳的圆周上来回作水平移动,即可水平切割壳套。
重复按以上顺序进行,把壳套作水平和垂直方向的切割,便可把壳套切成相当小块而清除。
在本发明的理想实施方案中,夹靴上的切割刃呈锯齿形。这便可以改进切割刃的切割能力。
根据本发明的一个理想实施方案,链上的切割刃有切割轮的形式。
为了防止在烤干电极上造成损坏或破裂,切割刃在夹靴上的高度,和切割刃在链上的高度有限制,最大高度为电极壳厚度的三倍。
根据本发明的一个实施方案,链的导向环为一根铁棒之类的形式,固定在自由悬环的上部。链的下端上设置至少三个支架,其下端向电极的外下方倾斜。这些支架用于在导环上滑动,导环固定在自由悬环的上方,因此当把链围绕电极收紧时,链被向上朝着电极引导,当链放松时,它便下滑离开电极。
当把自由悬环用夹靴在电极上固定时,为了防止器件和电极相对移动,安排了一个自动联锁装置,因此当切割器件的夹靴压在电极壳上时,电极不能上下活动。
本发明的器件的一个理想实施方案,将在下文中结合附图叙述,附图内容如下:

本发明的器械包括一个环1,在水平方向上围绕着有钢壳3的电极2。电极2通过对生电极糊加热烤干,烤干区比本发明的器械放置的位置高很多。因此,当电极达到切割器的高度时便已完全烤干。
环1最好由若干段槽铁制成,各部分间用螺栓螺母4,焊接等等,连接于法兰盘5处。最好用螺栓螺母连接,因其可以把环1用非常简单而迅速的方法安装和拆卸。
环1用金属线或链6自由悬挂在结构架或电极架(图未示)上。
至少有两个夹靴7用枢轴安装在环1上。如图1及2所示,每一个夹靴7用一个第一螺栓8,可旋转地悬在臂9的一端上。臂9的中点用从环1上的法兰盘11及12中穿过的一个第二螺栓10,和环1作可旋转的连接。臂9的另一端通过一根第三螺栓15,和第一液压缸14的活塞13作可旋转连接。液压缸14在16处用枢轴和环1连接。
通过臂9安装在夹靴7上的第一液压缸14有液压软管(图中未示),这些软管互相连接的方式可以使第一液压缸14同时运转。当第一液压缸14的活塞向外移出时,夹靴7压迫电极壳3,则环1与电极2相对固定。这位置在图1及2中示出。当活塞13移动到里面的时候,夹靴7与电极离开,环1便与电极2脱开。
夹靴7在与电极壳相对的一侧上,安装有垂直伸展的切割刃17。当夹靴7如上所述压在电极壳3上时,切割刃17便把电极壳3切透。在图1和2中,示出有切割刃17的两个夹靴7,因此电极壳有两条垂直切口。
然而本发明提出的器械,为了把壳3切得更碎,可以设置两个以上的、有切割刃17的夹靴7。
在环1上,安排一条有若干切割轮19和链节20的链18。链节20和切割轮19,用从切割轮19中点上的孔中穿过的螺栓21,作枢轴式的连接。链18的长度,比电极2的圆周小些。在链18的端部22和23上,安装有支架24及25,支架24及25又分别和第二液压缸26的端部,及第二液压缸26的活塞27的外端固定。当活塞27向里移动时,把链18围绕电极壳3的圆周收紧,便把切割轮19压在电极壳上。当活塞27向外移动时,切割轮19便随链18离开电极。在支架25上,连接着第三液压缸29的活塞28。第三液压缸的端部与在环1上的支架30连接。
为用切割轮19对电极壳3作水平方向的切割,需按下述的循环进行;
把夹靴7夹住电极壳3,使环1和电极2作相对固定。如上所述,便把壳3作垂直切割。当环1和电极2这样相对固定时,把第二液压缸26的活塞27向里推,便使切割轮19压在电极壳3上。然后第三液压缸29的活塞28向里、外活动。于是切割切轮19在电极壳3上往复水平运动,在电极壳3上切成水平切口。为了在电极壳3的整个圆周上取得完整的水平切口,第三液压缸29的活塞28的运动距离的长度,必须使切割轮19的运动距离,至少等于每个切割轮19之间的距离。
在壳3上作了水平切割后,把第二液压缸26的活塞27向外推,则链18松开,然后把夹靴7和电极松开,则整个器件和电极2分离。
因为对电极壳3既做了水平切割又作了垂直切割,现在便可以把电极壳3的一块块碎片用手清除,或者可以设置一条倾斜滑道之类,使电极壳的碎片落入,然后滑到电极区以外。
如上所述,链18自由放置在环1上。为了保证对链作安全引导,最好把一个用铁棒制的导向环31,用焊接或类似方法,固定在环1的顶部。
至少用三个固定在链18下侧的支架32,引导链18压在环31上。支架32向电极的外下方倾斜。支架32的斜边用于放在导向环31的顶部,因而当链18收紧或放松时,链18受到引导。
为了保证把电极壳3切透,夹靴7上的切割刃17最好如图3所示,呈锯齿形,这样提高切割能力。
切割轮19在图4中示出得较为详细。切割轮19上的切割刃33,最好只占切割轮19的宽度的一部分。于是可以保证切割轮19的切割深度,不大于切割刃33的高度。为了避免对炭精电极2有损害,对切割刃33的高度作了限制,最大为电极壳厚度的三倍。

Claims (10)

1、一种切割烤干炭精电极(2)上面的壳套(3)的器械,它包括一个有若干切割刃(33)的链(18)和一个在电极壳(3)圆周的一段距离上沿水平方向往复移动该链(18)的液压缸(29),而该距离至少等于每一切割刃(33)之间的距离,其特征是:
该器械还包括自由地悬在电极(2)周围的环(1)及用枢轴安装在该环(1)上,并通过液压缸(14)可将其夹在电极壳(3)的圆周上并有垂直切割电极壳(3)的垂直切割刃(17)的至少两个夹靴(7),
上述链(18)置于环(1)上,其一端与第二液压缸(26)连接,其另一端与该液压缸的活塞(27)连接,因此,链(18)可围绕电极(2)圆周收紧。
该液压缸(29)与环(1)连接,而该缸的活塞(28)与链(18)连接。
2、如权利要求1中之器械,特征为夹靴(7)上的切割刃(17)有锯齿形的形状。
3、如权利要求1中之器械,特征为链(18)上的切割刃(33)形式为切割轮(19)。
4、如权利要求1中之器械,特征为有一个链(18)的引导环(31)布置在环(1)的上方。
5、如权利要求4中之器械,特征为至少有三个支架(32),固定在链(18)的下侧,上述支架(32)向电极(2)的外下方倾斜,支架(32)可把链(18)向引导环(31)上引导。
6、如权利要求1中之器械,特征为夹靴(7)上面的切割刃(17)的高度,和切割轮(19)上的切割刃(33)的高度,最大为电极壳厚度的三倍。
7、如权利要求1中之器械,特征为夹靴(7)用旋转臂(9)可转动地连接在第一液压缸(14)上,旋转臂的中心用螺栓(15)和环(1)连接。
