背景技术:现有休闲食品中的怪味豆都是由豆类原料制作而成,使产品在营养、口味等方面都较单一,而豆类食品又易使人产生腹胀,不易消化,本发明采用新原料制作这一人们喜爱的休闲食品,以克服现有技术的不足。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于提供一种富含营养、香脆、化渣的糯玉米怪味豆及其生产方法,它采用糯玉米为主要原料,加玉米粉、饴糖、精盐、味精、花椒、胡椒、辣椒而制得,它包括以下重量份(配比)的原料:糯玉米60-100、玉米粉6-12、饴糖4-8、精盐0.5-2、味精0.05-0.5、花椒0.5-1、胡椒0.5-1、辣椒0.5-1。
其生产步骤如下:
(1)将糯玉米干籽粒用压力容器爆裂、筛选、油酥得A品;
(2)用玉米粉、饴糖、精盐、味精、花椒、胡椒、辣椒等调味品制浆得B品;
(3)将A、B品按比例混匀包裹得成品。
本发明与现有技术相比,它采用糯玉米为主要原料制作成怪味豆,使产品在香脆、化渣、口感等方面都更具特色,产品在营养上也更丰富,多吃也不会产生腹胀或不消化现象,是一种能迎合现代人口味的创新休闲食品。
具体实施方式:
将80斤糯玉米干籽粒用压力容器爆裂、筛选、油酥得A品;用玉米粉10斤、饴糖6斤、精盐1斤、味精0.2斤、花椒0.5斤、胡椒0.5斤、辣椒0.5斤制浆得调味品B;将A、B品混匀包裹得成品。

1、一种糯玉米怪味豆的生产方法,其特征在于:生产步骤为:
(1)将糯玉米干籽粒60-100重量份用压力容器爆裂、筛选、油酥得A品;
(2)用玉米粉6-12重量份、饴糖4-8重量份、精盐0.5-2重量份、味精0.05-0.5重量份、花椒0.5-1重量份、胡椒0.5一1重量份、辣椒0.5-1重量份制浆得B品;
(3)将A、B品混匀包裹得成品。
2、一种由权利要求1所述的方法得到的糯玉米怪味豆。
