Abstract

本发明提供一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管,涉及阻燃热缩管领域,尤其是一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管。该热缩管系由乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,硅橡胶,微胶囊红磷,磷氮系阻燃剂,无机阻燃剂,润滑剂,抗氧剂,色母料,光稳定剂经混炼造粒,挤出成型,辐射交联和扩张定型几个工序加工而成。该热缩管原材料易得,价格低廉,性能完全能够达到美国UL224标准要求,制备方法简单,适宜于产业化生产。该热缩管在生产、储存、使用过程中,对环境无污染,对人体无害,燃烧时不会产生有害气体,完全符合欧盟ROHS指令要求,是一种绿色环保产品。

Description

一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管
【技术领域】
本发明涉及阻燃热缩管领域,尤其是一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管。
【技术背景】
目前市售阻燃热缩管含有铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、六价铬(Cr+6)、多溴联苯(PBB)和多溴联苯醚(PBDE)。欧盟电子电机设备中危害物质禁用指令(简称ROHS指令)于2006年7月1日开始正式实施,ROHS指令中明确规定:电子电机等产品中禁止使用铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、六价铬(Cr+6)、多溴联苯(PBB)和多溴联苯醚(PBDE)。阻燃热缩管作为电子电机等产品中常用部件之一,如果不能达到欧盟ROHS指令要求,将直接影响电子电机等产品出口。因此市场迫切需要符合欧盟ROHS指令要求的阻燃热缩管。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管,该热缩管能够符合欧盟ROHS指令要求。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管物质组成的用途。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:该一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管,它由下述按照重量计的物质组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100,硅橡胶3-30,微胶囊红磷3-20,磷氮系阻燃剂5-40,无机阻燃剂10-80,润滑剂0.4-2.5,抗氧剂0.4-1.5,色母料3-15,光稳定剂0.5-4。
上述物质均可市购。
所述的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的熔融指数MI=1.5-8g/min,醋酸乙烯酯含量=12--30%。
所述的硅橡胶为硅橡胶混炼胶,不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬。
所述的微胶囊红磷的粒度须大于300目并且不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬。
所述的磷氮系阻燃剂为下述一种物质或一种以上物质并且均不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬:三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸、三聚氰胺磷酸脂、聚磷酸胺。
所述的无机阻燃剂为下述一种物质或一种以上物质并且均不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬:氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌。
所述的润滑剂为下述一种物质或一种以上物质并且均不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬:硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯腊。
所述的色母料不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬。
本发明环保型无卤阻燃热缩管的制备方法,是将上述按照重量计的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100,硅橡胶3-30,微胶囊红磷3-20,磷氮系阻燃剂5-40,无机阻燃剂10-80,润滑剂0.4-1.5,抗氧剂0.4-1.5,色母料3-15,光稳定剂0.5-4,经过高速混合机充分混合,平行双螺杆挤出机混炼造粒,单螺杆挤出机挤出成管材,所述管材经过钴60或者电子加速器50-180KGY辐射交联,辐射交联后的管材在90--150℃温度下扩张2-5倍,得到环保型无卤阻燃热缩管。
本发明的环保型无卤阻燃热缩管的物质组成,可用于制备除环保型无卤阻燃热缩管以外的其他环保型无卤阻燃热缩器件。
本发明的有益效果是:按照上述方法制备的无卤阻燃热缩管,原材料易得,价格低廉,适宜于产业化生产,性能指标完全符合美国UL224标准要求。主要性能指标如下:抗张强度≥10.4Mpa;断裂伸长率≥200%;158℃条件下,168小时老化后,抗张强度≥7.28Mpa,断裂伸长率≥100%;绝缘耐压:2500V 60S通过;体积电阻率≥1*1014欧姆·厘米;铜腐蚀:158℃条件下,168小时铜线不变黑;阻燃性:符合VW-1。该无卤阻燃热缩管,在生产、储存、使用过程中,对环境无污染,对人体无害,燃烧时不会产生有害气体,完全符合欧盟ROHS指令要求,在2006年7月1日欧盟ROHS指令实施以后,对于电子电机等产品出口欧盟,在热缩管这个部件上提供了保证。具体环境指标如下:铅(Pb)<2ppm、镉(Cd)<2ppm、汞(Hg)<2ppm、六价铬(Cr+6)<2ppm、多溴联苯(PBB)<2ppm和多溴联苯醚(PBDE)<2ppm。
【具体实施方式】
通过下述实施例将有助于理解本发明,但并不能限制本发明的内容。
实施例1
取乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100Kg,硅橡胶5Kg,微胶囊红磷10Kg,三聚氰胺氰尿酸30Kg,氢氧化铝30Kg,硼酸锌10Kg,硬脂酸1Kg,抗氧剂1Kg,色母料5Kg,光稳定剂0.8Kg。将上述物质经过高速混合机充分混合,平行双螺杆挤出机混炼造粒,单螺杆挤出机挤出成管材,电子加速器100KGY辐射交联,辐射交联后的管材在90--150℃温度下扩张2倍,得到环保型无卤阻燃热缩管。
实施例2
取乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100Kg,硅橡胶3Kg,微胶囊红磷15Kg,聚磷酸胺25Kg,氢氧化铝15Kg,氢氧化镁10Kg,硼酸锌5Kg,硬脂酸0.6Kg,聚乙烯腊1.5Kg,抗氧剂1.1Kg,色母料5Kg,光稳定剂0.9Kg。将上述物质经过高速混合机充分混合,平行双螺杆挤出机混炼造粒,单螺杆挤出机挤出成管材,电子加速器120KGY辐射交联,辐射交联后的管材在90--150℃温度下扩张2倍,得到环保型无卤阻燃热缩管。
该热缩管在生产、储存、使用过程中,对环境无污染,对人体无害,燃烧时不会产生有害气体,完全符合欧盟ROHS指令要求,是一种绿色环保产品。

Claims (2)

1.一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管,其特征是:所述的它由下述按照重量计的物质组成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物100,硅橡胶3-30,微胶囊红磷3-20,磷氮系阻燃剂5-40,无机阻燃剂10-80,润滑剂0.4-2.5,抗氧剂0.4-1.5,色母料3-15,光稳定剂0.5-4;所述的硅橡胶为硅橡胶混炼胶,不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬;所述的微胶囊红磷的粒度须大于300目并且不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬;所述的磷氮系阻燃剂为下述一种物质或一种以上物质并且均不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬:三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺氰尿酸、三聚氰胺磷酸脂、聚磷酸胺;所述的无机阻燃剂为下述一种物质或一种以上物质并且均不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬:氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌;所述的润滑剂为下述一种物质或一种以上物质并且均不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬:硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯腊;所述的色母料不含有金属铅、镉、汞和六价铬。
2.权利要求1所述的一种环保型无卤阻燃热缩管,其特征是:所述的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的熔融指数MI=1.5-8g/min,醋酸乙烯酯含量=12--30%。
