Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar ésteres aciloximetílicos del ácido (4S)–(4– ciano–2–metoxifenil)–5–etoxi–2,8–dimetil–1,4–dihidro–1,6–naftiridin–3–carboxílico de la fórmula (IIa) por separación de racematos del compuesto de la fórmula (II) usando una hidrolasa. La invención se refiere también a un procedimiento para preparar (4S)–4–(4–ciano–2–metoxifenil)–5–etoxi–2,8–dimetil–1,4–dihidro–1,6– naftiridin–3–carboxamida de la fórmula (Ia), en donde el procedimiento comprende la separación de racematos del compuesto de la fórmula (II) usando una hidrolasa. Además, la invención también se refiere al uso de una hidrolasa en un procedimiento para preparar un compuesto según la fórmula (IIa). La invención también se refiere al uso de una hidrolasa en un procedimiento para preparar un compuesto según la fórmula (Ia).
