Abstract
<p>La presente invención se refiere a un método para fabricar hidróxido de litio y carbonato de litio, y a un dispositivo para el mismo. La presente invención proporciona un método para fabricar hidróxido de litio, que comprende: una etapa de disolver fosfato de litio en un ácido; una etapa de preparar un dispositivo de electrodiálisis de tipo selectivo para iones monovalentes dispuesto en el orden de una celda catódica que contiene un separador catódico, una membrana de diálisis de tipo selectivo para aniones monovalentes para dejar permear de manera selectiva un anión monovalente, una membrana de diálisis de tipo selectivo para cationes monovalentes para dejar permear de manera selectiva un catión monovalente, y una celda anódica que contiene un separador anódico, inyectar el fosfato de litio disuelto en el ácido entre el separador anódico de la celda anódica y la membrana de diálisis de tipo selectivo para cationes monovalentes, y entre el separador catódico de la celda catódica y la membrana de diálisis de tipo selectivo para aniones monovalentes, respectivamente, e inyectar agua entre la membrana de diálisis de tipo selectivo para cationes monovalentes y la membrana de diálisis de tipo selectivo para aniones monovalentes; una etapa de obtener una disolución acuosa de cloruro de litio, y al mismo tiempo, obtener una disolución acuosa de ácido fosfórico formada como subproducto, mediante la aplicación de una corriente eléctrica al dispositivo de electrodiálisis de tipo selectivo para iones monovalentes; y una etapa de convertir la disolución acuosa de cloruro de litio obtenida en una disolución acuosa de hidróxido de litio.</p>
