Proceso para la preparación de xanthohumol, que comprende: a) un extracto que contiene xanthohumol se mezcla con agua; una solución de sal de metal de transición se añade a la mezcla obtenida; el precipitado de xanthohumol obtenido se recoge y se seca para obtener xanthohumol con una pureza mayor a 90%.
