REVENDICATIONS
1. Présentoir à musique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une boîte (1) avec couvercle (2) oscillant, dans laquelle est prévu un logement (3) pour recevoir la partie inférieure d'un mécanisme à musique (4) disposé dans cette boîte, de telle façon que ce mécanisme soit retenu en place latéralement dans la boîte (1), et en ce qu'il comporte, dans ce logement (3), un piéce mobile (5) qui supporte le mécanisme (4), et un moyen élastique (6) disposé pour agir sur cette pièce mobile (5) en la sollicitant à soulever de quelques mil limettes ledit mécanisme (4), pour éloigner du fond (7) de la boîte (1) une pièce mobile d'arrêt (8) que comporte ce mécanisme (4) et qui est agencée pour, d'une part,
arrêter ce mécanisme lorsque le couvercle (2) de la boîte (1) est fermé et qu'alors cette pièce (8) est pressée contre le fond (7) de la boîte, et, d'autre part, laisser jouer le mécanisme (4) lorsque le couvercle (2) est ouvert et qu'alors le moyen à ressort (6) éloigne du fond (7) de la boîte le mécanisme à musique (4) et sa pièce mobile d'arrêt (8).
2. Présentoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un moyen (9) pour retenir le couvercle (2) en position fermée lorsqu'on le désire.
3. Présentoir selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la boîte (1) présente un compartiment (11) adjacent au mécanisme à musique (4) et prévu pour recevoir de petits objets.
On connaît déjà des mécanismes à musique disposés dans une boîte agencée pour que le mécanisme ne fonctionne que lorsque le couvercle est ouvert.
Ces appareils connus ont toutefois l'inconvénient de nécessiter la mise en place correcte d'un cordon d'actionnement sur la boîte, lorsqu'on ferme le couvercle, afin que celui-ci immobilise alors ce cordon.
La présente invention vise à fournir une solution plus simple dans laquelle la fermeture du couvercle arrête automatiquement le fonctionnement du mécanisme à musique sans que l'usager ait à faire une quelconque manoeuvre supplémentaire.
L'invention a pour objet un présentoir à musique conforme à la revendication 1. Le dessin annexé représente à titre d'exemple une forme d'exécution du présentoir à musique selon l'invention.

Le présentoir comprend une boîte 1 munie d'un couvercle oscillant 2. Sur une partie du fond de la boîte 1, il est prévu un logement 3 qui, dans cet exemple, est de forme circulaire et dans lequel vient s'engager la partie inférieure d'un mécanisme à musique 4. Dans ce logement se trouve un anneau oscillant 5, constamment sollicité par un ressort de compression 6 à se soulever légèrement, de quelques millimètres, par rapport au fond 7 de la boîte. Un mécanisme à musique de type connu, dont le boîtier est de forme cylindrique dans l'exemple représenté, repose sur l'anneau 5 et se trouve immobilisé latéralement dans la boîte I grâce aux parois du logement 3. Le mécanisme 4 comporte une pièce mobile d'arrêt 8 qui fait saillie sur sa face inférieure et qui peut se déplacer axialement d'une certaine quantité.
Cette pièce, lorsqu'elle se trouve dans la position où elle dépasse au maximum du fond de la boîte, libère le mécanisme et lui permet de fonctionner. Par contre, lorqu'elle est rétractée, cette pièce bloque le mécanisme et l'empêche de jouer.
Dans la position représentée sur les fig. 1 et 2, le couvercle 2 est en position ouverte, le ressort 6 agit sur l'anneau 5 et sur le mécanisme 4 de telle façon que ce mécanisme se trouve soulevé de quelques millimètres au-dessus de la position qu'il occupe lorsque le couvercle est fermé (fig. 3). Le fonctionnement est le suivant. Lorsque le couvercle 2 est en position fermée, il presse le mécanisme 4 et l'anneau 5 à l'encontre de l'action du ressort, obligeant ainsi la tige 8 à occuper la position dans laquelle elle bloque le mécanisme à musique. Lorsqu'on ouvre le couvercle 2, le ressort 6 soulève l'anneau 5 et avec lui le mécanisme 4 de quelques millimètres, ce qui permet à la tige d'arrêt 8 de venir occuper sa position pour laquelle elle libère le mécanisme à musique et lui permet de jouer.
On a représenté en 9 un crochet oscillant porté par le couvercle 2 et que l'usager peut engager dans une fente 10 de la boîte 1, pour retenir le couvercle en position fermée, malgré l'action du ressort 6 lorsqu'on désire que le mécanisme à musique 4 ne fonctionne pas.
La boîte 1 présente un compartiment 11 adjacent au mécanisme 4, qui est prévu pour recevoir de petits objets tels que paquet de cigarettes, pralinés, etc.
Les moyens de retenue du couvercle en position fermée pourraient être autres que le crochet 9 représenté. Il pourrait s'agir, par exemple, d'un ruban fixé par une extrémité à la boîte et que l'on pourrait à volonté disposer autour de la boîte comme on fait l'emballage d'un petit paquet.
Le présentoir peut avantageusement servir pour constituer ou accompagner un petit cadeau que l'on disposerait dans le compartiment 11.

CLAIMS
1. Music display, characterized in that it comprises a box (1) with oscillating cover (2), in which is provided a housing (3) for receiving the lower part of a music mechanism (4) arranged in this box, so that this mechanism is retained laterally in place in the box (1), and in that it comprises, in this housing (3), a movable part (5) which supports the mechanism (4), and an elastic means (6) arranged to act on this movable part (5) by urging it to lift a few thousand lime said mechanism (4), to move a movable part from the bottom (7) of the box (1). stop (8) that includes this mechanism (4) and which is arranged, on the one hand,

Music mechanisms are already known which are arranged in a box arranged so that the mechanism only works when the cover is open.
These known devices however have the drawback of requiring the correct positioning of an actuating cord on the box, when the lid is closed, so that the latter then immobilizes this cord.
The present invention aims to provide a simpler solution in which closing the cover automatically stops the operation of the music mechanism without the user having to do any additional maneuver.
The subject of the invention is a music display according to claim 1. The accompanying drawing shows by way of example an embodiment of the music display according to the invention.

The display unit comprises a box 1 provided with an oscillating cover 2. On a part of the bottom of the box 1, there is provided a housing 3 which, in this example, is of circular shape and in which the lower part engages a musical mechanism 4. In this housing is an oscillating ring 5, constantly stressed by a compression spring 6 to be lifted slightly, a few millimeters, relative to the bottom 7 of the box. A music mechanism of known type, the housing of which is cylindrical in the example shown, rests on the ring 5 and is immobilized laterally in the box I by virtue of the walls of the housing 3. The mechanism 4 comprises a movable part stop 8 which protrudes on its underside and which can move axially by a certain amount.
This part, when it is in the position where it protrudes as far as possible from the bottom of the box, releases the mechanism and allows it to operate. On the other hand, when it is retracted, this piece blocks the mechanism and prevents it from playing.
In the position shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cover 2 is in the open position, the spring 6 acts on the ring 5 and on the mechanism 4 so that this mechanism is raised a few millimeters above the position it occupies when the cover is closed (fig. 3). The operation is as follows. When the cover 2 is in the closed position, it presses the mechanism 4 and the ring 5 against the action of the spring, thus forcing the rod 8 to occupy the position in which it blocks the music mechanism. When the cover 2 is opened, the spring 6 lifts the ring 5 and with it the mechanism 4 by a few millimeters, which allows the stop rod 8 to come to occupy its position for which it releases the music mechanism and allows him to play.
There is shown at 9 an oscillating hook carried by the cover 2 and which the user can engage in a slot 10 of the box 1, to retain the cover in the closed position, despite the action of the spring 6 when it is desired that the music mechanism 4 does not work.
The box 1 has a compartment 11 adjacent to the mechanism 4, which is designed to receive small objects such as a pack of cigarettes, pralines, etc.
The means for retaining the cover in the closed position could be other than the hook 9 shown. It could be, for example, a ribbon fixed by one end to the box and which one could at will arrange around the box as one does the packaging of a small package.
The display can advantageously be used to constitute or accompany a small gift that one would have in compartment 11.
