  Récipient à couvercle
 L'invention concerne un récipient à couvercle, comportant un corps creux, formé d'un fond et d'une paroi latérale, coiffé par un couvercle comprenant d'une part une partie périphérique qui s'emboîte extérieurement sur ladite paroi latérale du corps et d'au  toe    part une plaque mobile d'appui dont le bord repose sur la tranche extérieure de ladite paroi latérale et est disposé entre cette tranche et ladite partie périphérique, cette plaque présentant une partie accessible à travers une ouverture de la partie périphérique du couvercle, de manière que I'on puisse prendre appui sur cette plaque pour soulever la partie péri  phérique    du couvercle.



   Lorsque la partie périphérique du couvercle est serrée assez fortement sur le corps du récipient, l'effort axial que   l'on    doit exercer sur la plaque d'appui par rapport à cette partie périphérique est relativement important, de sorte que   l'on    est obligé de serrer fortement la paroi latérale de ladite partie périphérique et que, par conséquent, on augmente en même temps les forces de frottement déjà importantes qui tendent à s'opposer à l'ouverture de la boîte. Autrement dit, plus la boîte est dure à ouvrir, plus on est obligé de serrer la partie périphérique du couvercle fortement et plus on accroît la difficulté d'ouverture de la boîte.



   Le but de l'invention est de réaliser un récipient du type précité qui ne présente pas l'inconvénient indiqué plus haut.



   A cet effet, le récipient suivant l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le dessus de la partie périphérique du couvercle est muni d'éléments de préhension en saillie sur la paroi latérale d'une jupe que présente cette partie périphérique.



   Grâce à la présence de ces éléments de préhension, on n'est plus obligé, pour soulever la partie périphérique du couvercle, de la serrer latéralement puisqu'il suffit d'exercer, sur lesdits éléments, un ef   fort t dirigé simplement dans le sens de l'enlèvement    du couvercle ; on a donc davantage de prise, et l'on n'a pas tendance à déformer la paroi latérale de la partie périphérique du couvercle par une pression exagérée provoquant son coincement contre la paroi latérale du corps de la boite.

   De plus, lesdits moyens de préhension présentent, en outre, l'avantage de renforcer le couvercle précisément dans les régions où   l'on    risquerait, sans eux, de le déformer, et aussi   l'avantage    par leur présence, de faire comprendre instinctivement à l'usager de quelle manière il doit s'y prendre pour ouvrir le récipient.



   Les dessins annexés montrent, à titre d'exemple, un mode de réalisation du récipient avec couvercle suivant l'invention. Sur ces dessins:
 la fig. 1 montre, en coupe diamétrale, le récipient fermé;
 la fig. 2 est une vue en plan correspondant à la fig. 1, et
 la fig. 3 montre le corps du récipient séparé de son couvercle.



   Le récipient représenté sur les dessins comporte un corps creux, désigné dans son ensemble par 1, qui comporte un fond 2, et une paroi latérale 3. Le corps 1 est coiffé par un couvercle comprenant une plaque d'appui 7, 8 et une partie périphérique désignée dans son ensemble par 4 et constituée par un dessus 5 et une jupe 6 qui s'emboîte à force contre la paroi latérale 3 du corps 1.  



   Contre la tranche de la paroi latérale 3 du corps, repose le bord 7 de la plaque d'appui qui présente une partie centrale surélevée 8 passant à travers un ajour 9 correspondant pratiqué dans la partie périphérique 5 du couvercle. Un cordon annulaire 10 en   saillie    sur la face intérieure de la jupe 8 de la partie périphérique du couvercle empêche la plaque d'appui 7, 8 de sortir de la partie périphérique, lorsque le couvercle est enlevé du corps.



   Le dessus 5 de la partie périphérique du couverole qui, dans cet exemple, est circulaire, présente des éléments de préhension constitués dans le mode de réalisation représenté, par deux oreilles 11 en saillie sur la paroi latérale de la jupe 6 dudit couvercle.



   Pour ouvrir le récipient, on saisit la partie périphérique du couvercle entre le pouce et le majeur par ses deux oreilles 11, et au moyen de l'index, on exerce une pression sur la partie centrale en saillie 8 de la plaque d'appui 7, 8. Etant donné que cette plaque d'appui repose sur la tranche supérieure de la paroi latérale 3 du corps du récipient, on soulève ainsi la partie périphérique du couvercle par rapport au corps (fig. 3).



   Les oreilles   1 1    incitent   l'utilisateur    à ouvrir la boîte de la façon la plus rationnelle; elles renforcent la partie du couvercle que l'on saisit et diminuent les risques de déformation de ce dernier, puisque l'utilisateur n'a plus tendance à écraser le couvercle latéralement par une pression exercée sur la jupe 6 de ce dernier.



   Par ailleurs, au moins la partie 8 en saillie à l'extérieur, de la plaque d'appui 7, 8 est en une matière transparente, afin qu'on puisse, à travers celle-ci, voir le contenu du récipient.
  



  
 



  Lidded container
 The invention relates to a container with a lid, comprising a hollow body, formed of a base and a side wall, capped by a lid comprising on the one hand a peripheral part which fits outwardly on said side wall of the body and on the other hand a movable support plate whose edge rests on the outer edge of said side wall and is disposed between this edge and said peripheral part, this plate having a part accessible through an opening in the peripheral part of the cover , so that one can rest on this plate to lift the peripheral part of the cover.



   When the peripheral part of the cover is tightened quite strongly on the body of the container, the axial force which must be exerted on the bearing plate relative to this peripheral part is relatively large, so that one is obliged to tighten the side wall of said peripheral part strongly and that, consequently, at the same time, the already significant frictional forces which tend to oppose the opening of the box are increased. In other words, the harder the box is to open, the more it is necessary to tighten the peripheral part of the cover strongly and the more the difficulty of opening the box is increased.



   The aim of the invention is to produce a container of the aforementioned type which does not have the drawback indicated above.



   To this end, the container according to the invention is characterized in that the top of the peripheral part of the cover is provided with gripping elements projecting from the side wall of a skirt that this peripheral part presents.



   Thanks to the presence of these gripping elements, it is no longer necessary, to lift the peripheral part of the cover, to tighten it laterally since it suffices to exert, on said elements, a strong ef t directed simply in the direction removal of the cover; there is therefore more grip, and there is no tendency to deform the side wall of the peripheral part of the cover by exaggerated pressure causing it to jam against the side wall of the body of the box.

   In addition, said gripping means have, moreover, the advantage of reinforcing the cover precisely in the regions where there is a risk, without them, of deforming it, and also the advantage by their presence, of instinctively making the the user how he should go about opening the container.



   The accompanying drawings show, by way of example, an embodiment of the container with a lid according to the invention. On these drawings:
 fig. 1 shows, in diametral section, the closed container;
 fig. 2 is a plan view corresponding to FIG. 1, and
 fig. 3 shows the body of the container separated from its cover.



   The container shown in the drawings comprises a hollow body, designated as a whole by 1, which comprises a bottom 2, and a side wall 3. The body 1 is capped by a cover comprising a support plate 7, 8 and a part peripheral designated as a whole by 4 and constituted by a top 5 and a skirt 6 which fits by force against the side wall 3 of the body 1.



   Against the edge of the side wall 3 of the body, rests the edge 7 of the support plate which has a raised central part 8 passing through a corresponding aperture 9 made in the peripheral part 5 of the cover. An annular bead 10 protruding on the inner face of the skirt 8 of the peripheral part of the cover prevents the support plate 7, 8 from coming out of the peripheral part, when the cover is removed from the body.



   The top 5 of the peripheral part of the cover which, in this example, is circular, has gripping elements formed, in the embodiment shown, by two lugs 11 projecting from the side wall of the skirt 6 of said cover.



   To open the container, the peripheral part of the cover is grasped between the thumb and middle finger by its two ears 11, and by means of the index finger, pressure is exerted on the projecting central part 8 of the support plate 7 , 8. Since this support plate rests on the upper edge of the side wall 3 of the container body, the peripheral part of the cover is thus raised relative to the body (FIG. 3).



   The ears 1 1 encourage the user to open the box in the most rational way; they reinforce the part of the cover which is grasped and reduce the risks of the latter deforming, since the user no longer tends to crush the cover laterally by pressure exerted on the skirt 6 of the latter.



   Furthermore, at least the part 8 projecting outwardly, of the support plate 7, 8 is made of a transparent material, so that the contents of the container can be seen through it.

REVENDICATION Récipient à couverde comportant un corps creux, formé d'un fond et d'une paroi latérale, coiffé par un couvercle comprenant d'une part une partie périphérique qui s'emboîte extérieurement sur ladite paroi latérale du corps et d'autre part une plaque mobile d'appui dont le bord repose sur la tranche supérieure de ladite paroi latérale et est disposé entre cette tranche et ladite partie périphérique, cette plaque présentant une partie accessible à travers une ouverture de la partie périphérique du couvercle, de manière que l'on puisse prendre appui sur cette plaque pour soulever la partie périphérique du couvercle, caractérisé en ce que le dessus de la partie périphérique du couvercle est muni d'éléments de préhension en saillie sur la paroi latérale d'une jupe que présente cette partie périphérique.
