Music piece. The object of the present invention is a musical piece. This part is characterized by an ankle holder cylinder connected to a regulating mechanism and by a motor spring, one end of which actuates the ankle holder cylinder, and which, for this purpose, is connected to it by a transfer device. movement mission operating only in one direction, this end being controlled directly by a movable part of the casing of the part, so that when this part is actuated, the res out is raised.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, three embodiments of the object of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view and FIG. 2 an elevational view, part in section of the first embodiment, the mechanism of which is enclosed in a box; figs. 3 and 4 show a detail, in two different operating positions; figs. 5 and 6, on the one hand, and 7 and 8, -on the other hand, are a plan view and an elevational view, partly in section, of the second respectively of the third embodiment, where the mechanism is enclosed in the belly of a doll or a puppet.
The embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 4 com takes a box formed of a box body 1 and a cover 2; in -this box is disposed a mechanism comprising the cylinder dre pin holder .3 cooperating with ,, u1 key 4 and connected, on the one hand, to the mainspring 5 and, on the other hand, to a regulator 6 formed of two rotating paddles.
The mainspring 5 is a coil spring wound on the extension of the axis of the pin holder cylinder and of which one end 5a is fixed to the frame while the other end 5b is engaged with an arm 7, fixed eccentrically. on a wheel 8; the latter interlocked in a pinion 9 integral with the arm 10 and on the axis of which the wheel 11 and a second pitch 12 can rotate. The wheel 11 meshes with a pinion 13 fixed on the axis of the pin holder cylinder and it cooperates with a pawl 14 mounted ratatively at 15 on the arm 12.
The arm 10 has an extension 16, bent at right angles, which enters an opening 17 of the pawl and a larger opening 18 of the arm 12.
By closing the cover 2, we press on the arm 7 and on the end 5b, the spring 5 which is thus raised.
Fig. 2! shows the cover lowered and the spring 5 raised and held in this state by the cover. If this is raised, the released spring 5 relaxes, i.e. the branch 5a rises and, by acting on the arm 7, turns the wheel 8 in the direction of the arrow f, in fig. 2.
The arm 10 starts to rotate in the direction of the arrow f; by its extension 16, it turns the pawl 14 in the same direction, so that it engages in the teeth of the wheel 11 after which, the extension 7.6 comes to rest against the left part of the wall of the opening 18 and the arm 12 are then driven in rotation by the arm 10 and while the pawl 14 drives the wheel 11, always in the same direction, which produces a drive of the cylinder.
When the cover is lowered, the arm 7 and the end 5b of the spring 5 are pressed and the latter is raised. The wheel 8 and the arm 10 then rotate in the opposite direction to the previous direction; consequently, the extension 16 begins by separating the pawl 14 from the teeth 11, then drives the arm 12 in the opposite direction to the direction of its previous movement. The wheel 11 and the pin holder cylinder remain stationary.
The rod 19 is rotatably mounted in bearings 20 fixed to the body of the box. One of the ends of this rod 21 is normally held above the regulator 6 by means of a return spring 22, the other end 23 is intended to cooperate with the cover 2.
To this end, when the latter arrives in its closed position, it presses on this end 22, which brings the end 21 into the path of the regulator; the latter and consequently the pin holder cylinder 4 are therefore stopped even though the spring 5 is fully raised, and even if the cover is not rusty in its closed position.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 5 and 6, 24 is a caliper mounted freely on the axis of the pin holder cylinder, provided: with a plate 25 and that a spring, not shown, tends to. apply against the wall of the belly of the doll or the puppet where the mechanism is located; by pressing on this belly, we act on the plate 25 which in turn actuates the arm 7 and raises the motor spring 5. When the pressure on the plate ceases, this spring: relaxes and the mechanism plays.
The embodiment of FIGS. 7 and 8 is placed in the body of a doll, the hatch 26 being pressed against the internal face of the wall of the belly of this doll. Against this cover rested the motor spring 27 in a helical roll, the axis of which is perpendicular to the plate and passes approximately through the middle of the latter. On this cover is articulated, by one of its ends, an arm 28, the other end of which is articulated by a pin 36 to an arm 29 rotatably mounted on the frame.
On cabras is rotatably mounted at 30 a pawl 31 intended to cooperate with the ratchet 32 which meshes with a wheel 33 fixed to the axis of the pin holder cylinder. The pawl 31 has an opening 34 and the arm 29 has a larger opening 35 through which the town 36 passes both.
If you press on the cover 26, you re-mount the mainspring; at the same time the arm 28 releases the pawl 31 from its ratchet then rotates the arm 29 -from left to right in FIG. 8. If we abandon the cover 26, the spring relaxes and the arm 28 goes up, first turns the pawl 31 so that it engages with the hook 32 then turns the arm 29 in direction. contrary to the previous meaning; the pawl 31 being engaged with its ratchet, the pin holder cylinder rotates.
Of course, the invention is not limited to what is shown in the drawing; in parallel, the spring could be arranged so as to go up when the cover is opened or pulled. moving part, and the transmission device between the mainspring and the pin holder cylinder, may be different from that described.
