Mouvement d'horlogerie.
Clockwork movement. The present invention relates to a clockwork movement.
The watch movement according to the present invention is characterized in that it comprises a power reserve indicator controlled by the ratchet of the barrel and by the transmission teeth of this barrel, this indicator comprising a pivoting member of the barrel. an angle which, measured from a rest position, is proportional to the power reserve, the maximum angle at which said member can pivot being limited to a value less than 360 corresponding to the maximum power reserve,
this by means of a stop stop carried by this member, the stopping of said member by the stopper also causing the locking of the barrel ratchet, which prevents overvoltage of the mainspring.
This movement has the advantage of avoiding with certainty the overvoltage of the spring, which is not always the case with the known sliding flange device. In addition, this stopping struggle limits winding to a well-determined number of turns.
The drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view of the mechanism, and FIG. 2 a sectional view along line II-II.
1. designates the barrel bridge, 2 the upper bridge of the automatic winding mechanism, 3 the lower bridge of said mechanism and 4 a gear bridge. In a rocker 5, pivoting around the axis of the pinion 6, is driven out a barrel 10 on which freely pivots a reference 8 held in place by the head of a tenon 11.
The automatic winding device acts on the wheel 7 integral with the pinion 6, which actuates the return wheel 8 itself meshing with a pinion 9. The latter drives, on the one hand, the barrel ratchet 24 (FIG. 1) by the intermediate of references (not shown) and, on the other hand, the operating reserve indicator mechanism, of which the wheels 19 and 21 are part riveted to the axle 20, as well as the wheel 15 driven on the 'axis 17 pivoting in the barrel shaft 18. This wheel 15 carries a stop 16 intended to cooperate with a lever 14 pivoting about the axis 20, and having a heel 23.
The barrel 10 cooperates with a return spring 12 intended to return the lever 5 to its rest position, the latter carrying a finger 13 cooperating with the lever 14. At 22 is shown the pawl retaining the barrel ratchet.
The power reserve indicator device of which only the wheels 15, 19 and 21 are represented, as well as the axes 17 and 20, works according to the differential principle, and indicates the difference in the number of revolutions executed by the ratchet and the transmission teeth of the barrel.
The operation is as follows: During automatic winding, the wheel 7 drives the pinion 6 in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 1. The pinion 6 actuates the return 8 and the return 9, which itself drives the barrel ratchet (as indicated above) and the power reserve indicator. When the watch is almost completely wound up, the stop 16 of the wheel 15 arrives at 16 '. At this moment, said stop pushes rocker 14 to 14 'and the stop stops at 16 ". At the same time as it moves, rocker 14 drives finger 1.3 of rocker 5 to 13 '.
The travel of the rocker 5 is stopped at 5 'by the edge of an opening made in the bridge 3 and in which the barrel 10 is moved. The return 8 is then pushed. until 8 'is completely degenerated and the movements of the oscillating mass can no longer be transmitted to the barrel res. The watch is completely wound up and, even by hand, the barrel ratchet cannot be actuated, because the stop 16 prevents the wheel 15 from continuing to turn,
which avoids any possibility of overvoltage of the barrel spring. When the barrel has rotated the wheel 15 in the opposite direction and the stop 16 returns from 16 "to 16 ', the two rockers will return to their initial position under the effect of the spring 12.
During hand-winding, it is the return 9 actuated by the barrel ratchet (and by said references not shown) which drives the return 8. But as the automatic winding cog opposes resistance, the return 8 moves in 8 'and clicks, since it is always brought back by res sort 12.
The shape of the lever 14 is designed so as to allow the unwinding of the barrel spring without it being necessary to remove anything from the movement. A hole allowing the passage of a tool such as, for example, a screwdriver or a tweezer, is made through the plate, in order to reach the pawl 22 for retaining the barrel ratchet.
The barrel bridge is also designed so as to leave free passage to the tool used to retain the pawl 22. To disarm, the pawl 22 is brought to 22 'by acting on the winding stem. Said suitable tool is then used to hold said pawl 22 in its position 22 '. As a result of the action exerted on the back up rod, the heel 23 of the lever 14 moves at 23 'via the return 8 and the lever 5.
It is enough. to press the tool, used to hold the pawl 22 at 22 ', against the heel 23 of the lever 14, which totally releases the barrel ratchet. and allows the unwinding of the spring.
If the barrel spring can be loaded up to 6.5 turns and if the power reserve indicator is set to 7fero when the barrel is loaded to 1.25 turns, and the mechanism preventing the overvoltage is adjusted so as to limit winding to 6.25 turns, the barrel. will always be armed between 1.25 and 6.25 turns, that is to say in a region of the curve extending over 5 turns and corresponding to the part where the transmitted force varies at. roughly linearly.
