Montre à double boîtier. L'invention a pour objet une montre à double boîtier, le boîtier extérieur, à savon nette, renfermant une montre Lépine com plète.
Selon l'invention, le boîtier de la montre Lépine est relié par une charnière au fond du boîtier extérieur à savonnette et, par un levier, à la broche de la charnière de ce boî tier, ce levier étant soumis à l'action de deux ressorts disposés de manière à ce qu'ils se dé tendent l'un après l'autre, lorsqu'on fait jouer le secret du boîtier extérieur à savonnette et, par leur action conjuguée, ouvrent le cou vercle et communiquent à la montre Lépine un mouvement de conversion autour de sa charnière pour la dégager du fond du boîtier à savonnette et la dresser ensuite sur ce fond.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'in vention, dans le cas particulier une montre- bracelet.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en plan; la fig. 2 représente la montre fermée, à plus grande échelle et en coupe longitudinale; la fig. 3 représente la montre ouverte, en coupe longitudinale comme en fig. 2; la fig. 4 est une projection en plan de la fig. 3, le couvercle étant représenté en coupe; la fig. 5 est une coupe partielle suivant la ligne V-V de la fig. 3.
Dans un boîtier à savonnette comprenant un fond 6 et un couvercle 7 reliés l'un à l'au tre par une charnière 7' est logée une montre Lépine complète 8; à remontoir, dont 9 dé signe la couronne de remontoir accessible de l'extérieur lorsque le boîtier extérieur à sa vonnette est fermé, la tige de remontoir pas sant au travers d'une ouverture 10 du boî tier extérieur est formée par deux encoches ménagées, l'une au fond 6 et l'autre au cou vercle 7.
Le boîtier à savonnette et la montre qu'il renferme sont de forme rectangulaire. Le couvercle 7 ferme sur le fond 6 au moyen d'un secret comprenant un crochet 11 formant un poussoir 12 et un ressort de secret 13 qui tend toujours à engager et à maintenir engagé le crochet 11 dans une entrée 14 du cou vercle 7.
Le fond 6 comporte deux anses dont cha cune comprend deux plots 15 et une barrette 16.A chaque barrette 16 est relié et arti culé un élément d'attache métallique<B>17;</B> à chacun de ces éléments est fixé un lien sou ple 17' du dispositif d'attache.
L'un des éléments d'attache 17, celui de droite, est engagé sur la barrette 16 par des trous allongés 19 et est situé en regard du poussoir de secret 12, de sorte que cet élément 17, grâce au jeu qu'il possède sur la barrette 16, permet d'agir sur le poussoir 12 et de faire jouer le secret.
Le boîtier de la montre 8 est relié au fond 6 du boîtier à savonnette, au moyen d'une charnière 20 dont le porte-charnière 21, formé par une cornière, est soudé au fond 6 et livre passage au crochet 11 et au poussoir 12 du secret.
La montre 8 est, d'autre part, reliée au boîtier savonnette par un levier 22 pivoté sur la broche de la charnière 7' et dont un talon 23 s'appuie, de l'extérieur, contre le couver cle 7. Le levier 22 est attelé audit boîtier in térieur Lépine, par son extrémité, au moyen d'un trou allongé 24, au travers duquel passe une vis à. portée 25 vissée dans le boîtier de la montre 8. Ce levier comprend une branche 26 faisant ressort et une branche rigide 27 formant une tige cylindrique.
Sur l'extrémité libre de cette tige est ajustée une douille 28 qui s'appuie contre la face interne du cou vercle 7 et tend sans cesse à ouvrir ce cou vercle ou à le maintenir ouvert, sous l'ac tion d'un ressort à boudin 29 engagé sur la tige 27, entre la douille 28 et une portée 30 du levier 22.
Lorsque le couvercle 7 est fermé, la montre 8 est couchée à l'intérieur du boî tier à savonnette, la branche 26 du levier est bandée, et le ressort à boudin 29 est com primé entre la douille 28 et la, portée 30.
Si l'on fait jouer le secret du boîtier sa vonnette, au moyen de l'élément d'attache 17, le couvercle 7 s'ouvre et la montre 8, en ef fectuant un mouvement de conversion autour de la charnière 20, se dresse sur le fond 6 comme représenté en fig. 3. Ces fonctions sont réalisées par l'action conjuguée des res sorts 29 et 26 qui réagissent l'un après l'au tre sur le couvercle 7 et du levier 22.
En ef fet, dès le déclenchement du secret, le ressort 29, plus fort que le ressort 26, agit sur la douille 28, fait pivoter le couvercle 7 autour de sa charnière 7' et l'ouvre, comme repré senté en traits mixtes en fig. 2; le ressort 29 se détend partiellement en réagissant toute fois sur le bec 30 pour maintenir le levier 22.
Mais le couvercle, en s'ouvrant, agit sur le talon 23 du levier 22, ce quia pour effet que ce dernier pivote à .son tour sur la, charnière 7', sous l'action du ressort 26 qui se détend et communique à la montre 8 un mouvement de conversion autour de la charnière pour la dégager du fond 6 du boîtier à savonnette et la dresser sur ce fond.
Après lecture de l'heure, la montre 8 est de nouveau rabattue sur le fond 6 et le cou vercle refermé, en un tour de main.
Le couvercle du boîtier savonnette, de même que les éléments d'attache 17 pour raient être décorés, comme c'est. le cas pour le couvercle dans l'exemple représenté au des sin (fig. 1).
Double case watch. The subject of the invention is a watch with a double case, the outer case, with clean soap, enclosing a complete Lépine watch.

In a bar of soap comprising a bottom 6 and a cover 7 connected to one another by a hinge 7 ′, a complete Lépine watch 8 is housed; winding, 9 of which signs the winding crown accessible from the outside when the case outside its window is closed, the winding stem not sant through an opening 10 of the outer case is formed by two notches, one at the bottom 6 and the other at the top 7.
The soap box and the watch it contains are rectangular in shape. The cover 7 closes on the bottom 6 by means of a secret comprising a hook 11 forming a pusher 12 and a secret spring 13 which always tends to engage and keep engaged the hook 11 in an entry 14 of the cover 7.
The bottom 6 has two handles, each of which comprises two studs 15 and a bar 16. Each bar 16 is connected and articulated with a metal fastening element <B> 17; </B> to each of these elements is fixed a flexible link 17 'of the fastening device.
One of the fastening elements 17, the one on the right, is engaged on the bar 16 by elongated holes 19 and is located opposite the secret button 12, so that this element 17, thanks to the clearance it has on the bar 16, makes it possible to act on the pusher 12 and to play the secret.
The watch case 8 is connected to the bottom 6 of the soap box, by means of a hinge 20, the hinge holder 21 of which, formed by an angle, is welded to the bottom 6 and passes through the hook 11 and the pusher 12 secrecy.
Watch 8 is, on the other hand, connected to the soap box by a lever 22 pivoted on the pin of the hinge 7 'and a heel 23 of which rests, from the outside, against the cover 7. The lever 22 is coupled to said Lépine interior housing, by its end, by means of an elongated hole 24, through which a screw passes. scope 25 screwed into the watch case 8. This lever comprises a branch 26 making a spring and a rigid branch 27 forming a cylindrical rod.
On the free end of this rod is fitted a sleeve 28 which rests against the internal face of the cover 7 and constantly tends to open this cover or to keep it open, under the action of a spring. coil 29 engaged on the rod 27, between the sleeve 28 and a bearing surface 30 of the lever 22.
When the cover 7 is closed, the watch 8 is lying inside the soap bar, the branch 26 of the lever is loaded, and the coil spring 29 is compressed between the sleeve 28 and the scope 30.
If we play the secret of the case its window, by means of the fastening element 17, the cover 7 opens and the watch 8, by performing a conversion movement around the hinge 20, stands up. on the bottom 6 as shown in FIG. 3. These functions are performed by the combined action of the springs 29 and 26 which react one after the other on the cover 7 and the lever 22.
Indeed, as soon as the secret is triggered, the spring 29, which is stronger than the spring 26, acts on the sleeve 28, causes the cover 7 to pivot around its hinge 7 'and opens it, as shown in phantom lines in fig. 2; the spring 29 partially relaxes by reacting any time on the spout 30 to hold the lever 22.
But the cover, by opening, acts on the heel 23 of the lever 22, which has the effect that the latter pivots in its turn on the hinge 7 ', under the action of the spring 26 which relaxes and communicates to the watch 8 a conversion movement around the hinge to release it from the bottom 6 of the soap box and stand it on this bottom.
After reading the time, the watch 8 is again folded over the back 6 and the cover closed, in a jiffy.
The cover of the soap box, as well as the fastening elements 17 could be decorated, as is. the case for the cover in the example shown in figures (fig. 1).
