Description
Die Erfindung ist vorzugsweise dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass man a) als Metallverbindungen [(CH3)3P]2MX2, MX2, [(CH3)3P]2Ni(CH3)X, [(CH3)3P]2Ni(CH3)2, [(CH3)2AuX]2, LiR, M' R2 oder M" R3, wobei M für Ni, Pd oder Pt, X für CI, 25 Br oder J, M' für Mg, Zn oder Cd, M" für AI, Ga, In oder T1 und R für CH3, C2H5, C3H7 oder CtH? stehen, einsetzt,
Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran mit Bis[dimethylgold(III)-chlorid] in einem inerten organischen Lösemittel bei Temperaturen von 10° bis 110°C umsetzt,

Beispiel 1 :
Nickel-bis[nitrido-bis-(dimethylphosphonium-15 methylid)] (I)
0,76 g Bis-trimethylphosphin-nickeldichlorid [(CH3)3P]2 NiCh (2,61 mmol) werden in 30 ml Benzol suspendiert und 1,73 g Trimethyl-phosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phos-phoran (10,5 mmol) zugesetzt. Nach 5 h Rühren wird vom 20 abgeschiedenen Bis-trimethylphosphoranyliden-ammoni-umchlorid filtriert, mit wenig Benzol nachgewaschen und das Filtrat i. Vak. vom freigesetzten Trimethylphosphin und vom Lösemittel befreit. Der verbleibende gelbe Rückstand kann aus ToluoI/n-Pentan [50/50] kristallisiert oder bei 105°C/ 25 IO-4Torr sublimiertwerden.
Ausbeute 0,95 g (I) (94%). Gelbe Kristalle, Schmp. 230°C ^ y j j ^ (unter teilweiser Zersetzung).

Dimethylgold[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphonium-methylid)] (III)
Analog Beispiel 1 werden aus 240 mg Bis[dimethyl-55 gold(III)-chlorid] [(CH3)2AuC1]2 (0,46 mmol) und 320 mg Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran (1,94 mmol) in 10 ml Benzol 310 mg farbloses, kristallines Produkt (III) erhalten (Ausbeute 87%). Sublimationstemperatur 100°C/10-' Torr; Schmp. 155°C; Zersetzungstemperatur 60 268°C (Goldspiegel).

Beispiel 4:
Zink-bis[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphoniummethylid)](IV) 0,615 g Zinkdiethyl (5 mmol) werden in 20 ml Benzol gelöst und mit 1,65 g Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran (10 mmol) versetzt. Die klare Reaktionslösung wird bei 20°C bis zum Nachlassen der Gasentwicklung gerührt (ca. 12 h) und dann i. Vak. vom Lösemittel befreit. Das abgespaltene Gas erweist sich gaschromatogra-phisch als Ethan. Das Rohprodukt wird durch Destillation gereinigt. Sdp.o.i 110°C, Schmp. 75-77°C.
Ausbeute: 2,08 g IV (98%), farblose, weiche Kristalle, löslich in aprotischen, organischen Lösemitteln, empfindlich gegen Oxydation und Hydrolyse.

Cadmium-bis[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphonium-methylid)] (V)
Analog Beispiel 4 entstehen aus 1,0 g Cadmiumdimethyl (7,0 mmol) und 2,3 g Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran (13,9 mmol) in 20 ml Benzol 3,1 g (V) (Ausbeute: 88,5%). Nebenprodukt ist Methan. Sdp.o.i 120°C, Schmp. 86-88°C. Eigenschaften wie IV, leicht gelblich.

Beispiel 6:
Magnesium-bis[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphonium-methylid)] (VI)
Zu einer Lösung von 1,4 g Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran (8,50 mmol) in 10 ml Benzol wird bei 20°C eine Dioxanlösung bekannten Gehaltes an Magnesiumdiethyl-dioxanat zugegeben (4,25 mmol). Schon bei 20°C, schneller beim Erhitzen am Rückfluss, tritt Abspaltung von Ethan ein, die nach 25 h beendet ist. Nach Abziehen der Lösemittel wird der Rückstand destilliert, Sdp. 128-130°C/10"4 Torr.
Ausbeute: 1,36 g VI (90,7%), Schmp. 71 °C. Ausserordentlich reaktive, zerfliessliche Substanz, die zur C,H-Analyse nicht einwiegbar war. Farblos, raucht stark an der Luft.

Beispiel 7;
Dimethylgallium-[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphonium-methylid)] (VII)
2,26 g Trimethylgalliumetherat (12,0 mmol) werden in 20 ml Ether gelöst und auf 0°C gekühlt. Auf Zugabe einer ebenfalls auf 0°C gekühlten Lösung von 1,98 g Trimethyl-phosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran (12,0 mmol) in 10 ml Ether tritt keine Gasentwicklung ein. Unter Rühren wird im Laufe von 2 h auf 20°C gebracht, das Lösemittel i. Vak. entfernt und der Rückstand aus Toluol/Pentan [50/50] durch Abkühlen auf —78°C kristallisiert.
Ausbeute: 3,05 g (90,8% d. Th.) [(Trimethylphosphini-mino)dimethylphosphoniummethylid]-trimethylgallium. Farblose, wachsige Kristalle, stark luftempfindlich. Schmp. 27°C (Zersetzung).
"H-NMR (in Benzol bei 25°C, TMS ext.): 8(CH3)3P 0.98 ppm, d, 9H, J(HCP) 13.1 Hz; 5(CH3)2P 1.34, d, 6H, J(HCP) 13.9; S CH2 0.53, d, 2H, J(HCP) 17.2; Ô CHsGa- 0.03, s, 9H.

2,5 g des Addukts (8,93 mmol) werden in 10 ml Benzol 2 h am Rückfluss erhitzt, wobei Methan abgespalten wird, und das Lösemittel anschliessend i. Vak. entfernt. Der dabei verbleibende gelbliche Rückstand wird durch Sublimation bei 65°C/0.1 Torr gereinigt, wobei farblose Kristalle entstehen, Schmp. 70°C, Ausbeute: 2,28 g VII (96,7%)

Beispiel 8:
Dimethylthallium-[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphonium-methylid)] (VIII)
1,92 g Trimethylthallium (7,70 mmol) werden in 30 ml Ether bei 20°C mit 1,27 g Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran (7,70 mmol) umgesetzt. Es wird sofort gaschromatographisch nachweisbares Methangas entwickelt. Nach 24 h ist die Gasabspaltung beendet und das Produkt kann nach Abziehen des Lösemittels aus Toluol/Pentan [50/50] kristallisiert werden.
Ausbeute: 2,48 g VIII (81%). Farblose Kristalle, Schmp. 116°C (Zersetzung), kaum luftempfindlich.

Beispiel 9:
Lithium-[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphonium-methylid)] (IX)
Eine etherische Lösung von Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran reagiert bei Raumtemperatur mit 1 Äquivalent n-Butyllithium unter Entwicklung 1 Äquivalents n-Butan. Der dabei entstehende Lithium-Komplex IX bleibt in Lösung und kann in dieser Form weiterverwendet werden. Seine Isolierung ist wegen des wechselnden Solvatgehaltes nicht vorteilhaft.

- 2\ / 2 ^m' vn ch2 ^ch2 p j(ch3)2 (ch,)(ch3)2— pV—P(ch3)2nworin M' für Mg, Zn oder Cd steht, Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran mit MgR2, ZnR2 oder CdR2, wobei R für CH3 oder C2H5 steht, in einem inerten organischen Lösemittel bei Temperaturen von 10 bis 110°C bis zum Nachlassen der Gasentwicklung unter Rühren umsetzt.5. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Falle der Herstellung von Dimethyl-goId-[nitrido-bis(dimethyl-phosphoniummethylid)]der FormelTrimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran mit n-Butyllithium in einem inerten organischen Lösemittel 50 bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 110°C bis zum Nachlassen der Gasentwicklung umsetzt.8. Verfahren nach einem der Patentansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als inertes organisches Lösemittel Diethylether, Benzol, Toluol, o-, m-, p-Xylol,55 Dioxan oder Cyclohexan einsetzt.9. Verwendung eines Doppelylid-Komplexes hergestellt gemäss Patentanspruch 1 als Katalysator oder Kokatalysator zur Polymerisierung von Olefinen.65Die Herstellung des Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphorans der Formel(CH3)3P=N-P(CH3)2iiCH22. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Metallverbindungen [(CHa^PfcMXi, MX2, [(CH3)3P]2Ni(CH3)X, [(CH3)3P]2Nì(CHb)2, [(CH3)2AuX]2, LiR, M'R2 oder M"R3, wobei M für Ni, Pd oder Pt, X für Cl, Br oder J,M' für Mg, Zn oder Cd, M" für AI, Ga, In oder T1 und R für CH3, C2H5, C3H7 oder C4H9 stehen, einsetzt.2PATENTANSPRÜCHE 1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Doppelylid-Komplexen von Metallen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Trimethyl-phosphinimino-dimehtyl-methylen-phosphoran der FormelCHÌI(CH3)3P=N-P=CH2(CH3)2AuCHs mit Verbindungen der Metalle Nickel, Palladium, Platin, Gold, Zink, Cadmium, Aluminium, Gallium, Indium, Thallium, Magnesium oder Lithium umsetzt.
- 3633806ist aus H. Schmidbaur und H.-J. Füller, Angew. Chem, 88 (1976), S. 541 bekannt. Es wurde nun gefunden, dass sich diese Verbindung mit Verbindungen verschiedener Metalle zu neuen und technisch wertvollen Doppelylid-Komplexen von Metallen umsetzen lässt.Im einzelnen betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Doppelylid-Komplexen von Metallen, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man Trimethylphosphini-mino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran der Formel3. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Falle der Herstellung von Metall-bis [nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphoniummethylid)] der Formel10(ch3)2Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran mit Bis[dimethylgold(III)-chlorid] in einem inerten organischen Lösemittel bei Temperaturen von 10 bis 110°C umsetzt.6. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekenn-ls zeichnet, dass man im Falle der Herstellung von Dimethyl-metall-[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphoniummethylid)] der Formel2025(ch,)?chp p(ch3)2m" n),n(ch3)2p ch/!'n < xm% / \p ch2 sch2(ch3)2(ch5)2"CH,(ch3)2(ch3)2worin M für Ni, Pd oder Pt steht, Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran mit Bis(trimethyl-phos-phin)-nickel-, -palladium- oder -platin-dichlorid in einem inerten organischen Lösemittel bei Temperaturen von 10° bis 110°C umsetzt.

Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im Falle der Herstellung von Metall-bis [nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphoniummethylid)] der Formel worin M" für AI, Ga, In oder T1 steht, 30 Trimethylphosphinimino-dimethyl-methylen-phosphoran mit M"R.3, wobei R für CH3 oder C2H5 steht, in einem inerten organischen Lösemittel bei Temperaturen von 0 bis 110°C bis zum Nachlassen der Gasentwicklung unter Rühren umsetzt.7. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekenn-35 zeichnet, dass man im Falle der Herstellung von Lithium-[nitrido-bis(dimethylphosphoniummethylid)] der Formel40Li./Xch,ch,45(ch3)2„ ch2—p
- 5(CH3)2AU.ch.'CH,(ch3)2:n(ch3)2CHj(CH3)3P=N-P=CH2iCH3 15mit Verbindungen der Metalle Nickel, Palladium, Platin,Gold, Zink, Cadmium, Aluminium, Gallium, Indium, Thallium, Magnesium oder Lithium umsetzt.
