Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schwenkmutter mit zwei im wesentlichen U-förmigen Scheiben, die um eine gemeinsame, parallel zur Hauptachse angeordnete Achse, welche die Enden eines Schenkels jeder Scheibe durchsetzt, schwenkbar und aufeinanderzubewegbar sind und die am Grunde jeder U-förmigen Ausnehmung ein oder mehrere Gewindegänge aufweisen.
Das Aufbringen von Gewindemuttern, welche beispielsweise dem Anschlag irgendwelcher Gegenstände dienen, auf längeren Gewindestangen, kann je nach Länge der Stangen mit einem erheblichen Zeitaufwand verbunden sein. Ausserdem kommt es häufig vor, dass das Gewinde am Ende solcher Stangen beschädigt ist, so dass sich eine Gewindemutter ohne Nacharbeitung des Gewindes nicht aufdrehen lässt.
Für solche Zwecke und für Anwendungen, wo das Gewinde nicht bis zum Ende der Gewindestange führt oder das Ende der Gewindestange mit einem Bund versehen ist, sind mehrteilige Gewindemuttern bekannt, welche unter Zusammenfügen der einzelnen Teile radial aufsetzbar sind.
So sind beispielsweise in axialer Richtung geteilte Gewindemuttern bekannt, wobei die einzelnen Teile Vorsprünge und korrespondierende Ausnehmungen aufweisen. Durch Einführen der Vorsprünge in die entsprechenden Ausnehmungen lassen sich die einzelnen Teile miteinander verbinden. Nachteilig wirkt sich bei solchen Gewindemuttern die Mehrteiligkeit aus, welche eine umständliche Montage erfordert und leicht zu einem Verlust einzelner Teile führen kann.
Weiterhin ist eine als Schwenkmutter ausgebildete Gewindemutter bekannt, die aus zwei symmetrischen Scheiben besteht, welche durch ein Gelenk miteinander verbunden sind. Durch Gegeneinanderzubewegen der einzelnen Scheiben lässt sich die Gewindestange umfassen. Während die Montage einer derartigen Schwenkmutter gewisse Vorteile bringt, treten erhebliche Nachteile in belastungsmässiger Hinsicht auf, insbesondere auch bei der Montage. Solche Muttern sind nur einseitig belastbar und erfordern daher hohe Aufmerksamkeit bei der Montage. Darüber hinaus müssen die einzelnen Scheiben einer solchen Schwenkmutter mit Klammern oder dergleichen zusammengehalten werden, insbesondere damit sich die Scheiben beim Aufdrehen der Schwenkmutter mittels eines Werkzeuges, beispielsweise in Form eines Gabelschlüssels, nicht auseinanderbewegen und dadurch die erwünschte Funktion verloren geht. Die beim Aufdrehen der Schwenkmutter mittels Werkzeugen unabhängig auf die einzelnen Scheiben einwirkenden Kräfte müssen demnach vollständig von den Halteklammern aufgenommen werden, was dazu führt, dass diese entsprechend kräftig ausgeführt sein müssen. Häufig sind solche Klammern in stangenaxialer Richtung anzubringen, was zu weiteren Nachteilen in montagemässiger Hinsicht führt.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schwenkmutter zu schaffen, welche auf einer Gewindestange in einfachster Weise ohne besonderen Werkzeugaufwand montierbar ist, eine optimale Lastverteilung aufweist und bei welcher im Verhältnis zur Mutterhöhe eine grösstmögliche Gewindelänge zur Verfügung steht.

Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass die Scheiben der Schwenkmutter durch Aufeinanderzubewegen in Überlappung bringbar sind und jede der Scheiben auf der der anderen Scheibe zugewandten Flachseite einen Ansatz aufweist, der bei Überlappung der Scheiben in die andere Scheibe eingreift und diese im wesentlichen zu einer, eine zentrale Öffnung aufweisenden Vollscheibe ergänzt.
Die gemäss Erfindung normal zur Hauptachse der Schwenkmutter verlaufende Trennung der einzelnen Scheiben führt dazu, dass ein am Umfang der Schwenkmutter angreifendes Werkzeug, beispielsweise ein Gabelschlüssel oder dgl. gleich-mässig an beiden Scheiben angreift. Es entsteht dadurch eine gleichmässige Lastverteilung. Durch das Anordnen eines Ansatzes an einer Scheibe, welcher bei Überlappung der beiden Scheiben in die Ausnehmung der anderen Scheibe eingreift, wird die zentrale Öffnung abgeschlossen und mit dem dadurch geschaffenen Anschlag bewirkt, dass die volle Gesamthöhe der Schwenkmutter zum Umgeben einer Gewindestange oder dgl. zur Verfügung steht.
Vorzugsweise weist die zur Bildung der zentralen Öffnung bestimmte Seite des Ansatzes beider Scheiben einen oder mehrere Gewindegänge auf, welche den Gewindegängen der U-förmigen Ausnehmung entsprechen. Dadurch wird das Gewinde jeder Scheibe in axialer Richtung um die Höhe der anderen Scheibe ergänzt, so dass nach Überlappung beider Scheiben ein Gewinde zum Umgeben der Gewindestangen zur Verfügung steht, welches der vollen Gesamthöhe der Schwenkmutter entspricht.
Vorteilhaft wirkt sich bei der gemäss Erfindung vorgeschlagenen Schwenkmutter weiterhin aus, dass die beiden Scheiben im wesentlichen symmetrisch ausgebildet sein können. Eine gewisse Abweichung in der Ausbildung der beiden Scheiben untereinander, kann beispielsweise durch die Formgestaltung der Gelenkverbindung auftreten, welche beliebig ausgebildet sein kann. Da die beiden Scheiben nach Abschluss der Montage übereinander zu liegen kommen, kann die Gelenkverbindung in einfacher Weise erfolgen, beispielsweise unter Durchgreifen je eines mit einer Bohrung versehenen Schenkels einer jeden Scheibe mittels eines Bolzens, eines Splintes oder dgl. cher in eine Bohrung oder geeignete Ausnehmung eines Schenkels der anderen Scheibe eingreifen kann. Eine solche Ausführungsform findet zweckmässigerweise dann Anwendung, wenn die einzelnen Teile mittels einem Guss-Verfahren hergestellt werden.
Zur Verhinderung eines ungewollten Auseinanderklappens der einzelnen Scheiben, können diese gemäss einem weiteren Vorschlag, bei Überlappung zusammenwirkende Rastmittel aufweisen. Solche Rastmittel sind zweckmässigerweise am Ansatz der einen Scheibe und am Schenkel der anderen Scheibe angeordnet, wobei sich die Anordnung am Ansatz nach dem für die Rastmittel in Frage kommenden Schenkel richtet. Beispielsweise durch sägezahnartige Ausbildung solcher Rastmittel kann eine einfache Montagehilfe erzielt werden, welche darin besteht, dass die einzelnen Scheiben gegeneinander geschwenkt werden bis die Rastmittel nach Überwindung eines durch die Eigenfederung des Schenkels bzw. der Rastmittel hervorgerufenen Widerstandes hör- und fühlbar einrasten. Die Spannkraft solcher Rastmittel ist vorzugsweise derartig ausgelegt, dass die Kräfte ohne Werkzeug aufgebracht werden können und dadurch eine Montage von Hand möglich ist. Die Lastaufteilung der gemäss Erfindung vorgeschlagenen Schwenkmutter wird mit zunehmender Umfassung der Gewindestangen verbessert. Entsprechend gross muss demnach auch die Verschwenkbarkeit zum Überlappen der beiden Scheiben gewählt werden. Um ein reibungsloses Aufeinanderzubewegen der einzelnen Scheiben über einen verhältnismässig grossen Schwenkweg zu ermöglichen, ist vorzugsweise die Innenwandung des einen Schenkels einer Scheibe, die dem von der Schwenkachse durchsetzten anderen Schenkel der gleichen Scheibe gegenüberliegt, konkav ausgebildet, wobei diese Wandung eine dem Schwenkradius entsprechende Krümmung aufweist.
Die Erfindung soll nunmehr anhand der sie beispielsweise wiedergebenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert werden und zwar zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine auseinandergeklappte Schwenkmutter gemäss Erfindung,
Fig. 2 eine Frontansicht der auseinandergeklappten Schwenkmutter gemäss Figur 1,
s Fig. 3 in perspektivischer Darstellung die Schwenkmutter gemäss Figur 1, montiert auf eine Gewindestange.
Wie die Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigen, besteht die Schwenkmutter im wesentlichen aus den beiden Scheiben 1, 2, welche von U-l« förmiger Gestalt sind. Je ein Schenkel 3, 4 ist zur Aufnahme eines Bolzens 5 für die Schaffung einer Gelenkverbindung zwischen den beiden Scheiben 1, 2 ausgebildet. Wie insbesondere die Figur 1 zeigt, weisen die U-förmigen Ausnehmungen 6, 7 der beiden Scheiben 1,2 am Grunde je ein Gewinde 8, 9 15 auf. Diese Gewinde 8, 9 finden, wie insbesondere Figur 2 zeigt, an Ansätzen 10, 11 der Scheiben 1, 2 ihre Fortsetzung.
Wie die Figur 1 ferner zeigt, weist die Innenwandung 12,13 der Schenkel 14,15 eine Krümmung auf, welche dem Schwenkradius der beiden Scheiben 1,2 um den Bolzen 5 20 entspricht. An der Innenwandung 13 trägt der Schenkel 15 der Scheibe 2 weiterhin ein sägezahnartiges Rastmittel 16, welches zum Eingriff in ein als Aussparung ausgebildetes Rastmittel 17 am Ansatz 10 der Scheibe 1 vorgesehen ist.
Figur 3 zeigt die durch Überlappen der Scheiben 1, 2 eine 25 Gewindestange 18 umgebende Schwenkmutter. Die Überlappung der Scheiben 1, 2 wird durch das Zusammenwirken der Rastmittel 16, 17 sichergestellt. Wie die Figur 3 weiter verdeutlicht, wird ein Grossteil der Umfangskontur der Schwenkmutter durch beide Scheiben 1, 2 gebildet, so dass durch den 30 Angriff eines Werkzeuges auf beide Scheiben 1, 2 gleichmässig Kräfte übertragen werden.
Die gemäss den Figuren 1 bis 3 gewählte sechskantige Umfangskontur soll nur beispielhaft verstanden werden, da selbstverständlich auch die Möglichkeit besteht, die Umfangs-35 kontur zylindrisch, vierkantig, achtkantig oder ähnlich auszubilden.

Claims (6)
1. Schwenkmutter mit zwei im wesentlichen U-förmigen Scheiben, die um eine gemeinsame, parallel zur Hauptachse angeordnete Achse, welche die Enden eines Schenkels jeder Scheibe durchsetzt, schwenkbar und aufeinanderzubewegbar sind und die am Grunde jeder U-förmigen Ausnehmung ein oder mehrere Gewindegänge aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheiben (1,2) durch Aufeinanderzubewegen in Überlappung bringbar sind und jede der Scheiben (1,2) auf der der anderen Scheibe zugewandten Flachseite einen Ansatz (10,11) aufweist, der bei Überlappung der Scheiben (1, 2) in die andere Scheibe eingreift und diese im wesentlichen zu einer, eine zentrale Öffnung aufweisenden Vollscheibe ergänzt.
2. Schwenkmutter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Bildung der zentralen Öffnung bestimmte Seite des Ansatzes (10,11) der Scheiben (1,2) einen oder mehrere, den Gewindegängen (8, 9) der U-förmigen Ausnehmung (6, 7) entsprechende, Gewindegänge aufweist.

PATENTANSPRÜCHE
3. Schwenkmutter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheiben (1, 2) bei Überlappung zusammenwirkende Rastmittel (16,17) aufweisen.
4. Schwenkmutter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastmittel (16, 17) am Ansatz (10) der einen Scheibe (1) und am Schenkel (15) der anderen Scheibe (2) angeordnet sind.
5. Schwenkmutter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastmittel (16,17) sägezahnartig ausgebildet sind.
6. Schwenkmutter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenwandung (12,13) des einen Schenkels (14,15) einer Scheibe (1, 2) die dem von der Schwenkachse durchsetzten anderen Schenkel (3, 4) der gleichen Scheibe (1,2) gegenüberliegt, konkav ausgebildet ist und eine dem Schwenkradius entsprechende Krümmung aufweist.
