Keksinnön kohteena on kääntömutteri, jossa on kaksi pääasiallisesti U-muotoista levyä, jotka voidaan kääntää toisiaan vasten yhteisen, pääakselin kanssa samansuuntaisen akselin ympäri, joka ulottuu kummankin levyn haaran läpi, jotka levyt kierrettäessä liikkuvat toisiaan kohti ja joissa kummankin U-muotoisen syvennyksen pohjassa on yksi tai useampi kierre.
Kierremuttereiden, jotka toimivat esim. vasteena mille tahansa osalle, sovitus pitkiin kierretankoihin voi vaatia tankojen pituudesta riippuen huomattavan pitkän ajan. Lisäksi usein sattuu, että tällaisten tankojen päässä oleva kierre on vahingoittunut, jolloin kierremutteria ei voida kiertää paikalleen ilman kierteen jälkikäsittelyä .
Sellaisia tarkoituksia ja käyttöjä varten, joissa kierre ei ulotu kierretangon päähän tai kierretangon pää on varustettu laipalla, on tunnettua käyttää moniosaisia kierremuttereita, jotka ovat asetettavissa paikalleen liittämällä eri osat säteettäisesti yhteen.
Niinpä esimerkiksi aksiaalisessa suunnassa jaetut kierremutterit 615 5 4 2 ovat tunnetut, jolloin eri osissa on ulkonemia ja vastaavia syvennyksiä. Sovittamalla ulkonemat vastaaviin syvennyksiin voidaan eri osat liittää toisiinsa. Tällaisten kierremuttereiden epäkohtana on niiden moniosaisuus, joka vaatii tarkkaa asennusta ja voi johtaa helposti eri osien hukkaantumiseen.
Edelleen on tunnettu sellainen kääntömutteriksi muodostettu kierre-mutteri, jonka muodostaa kaksi symmetristä levyä, jotka on liitetty saranalla toisiinsa. Eri levyjä vastakkain siirtämällä voidaan ympäröidä kierretanko. Tällaisen kääntömutterin asennuksessa esiintyy tiettyjä etuja, mutta myöskin huomattavia epäkohtia kuormitukseen nähden varsinkin asennettaessa. Tällaiset mutterit ovat ainoastaan yksipuolisesti kuormitettavissa ja vaativat sen tähden suurta tarkkaavaisuutta asennettaessa. Tämän lisäksi tällainen kääntömut-teri täytyy pitää koossa pinteillä tai sen tapaisilla, jotta varsinkin levyt kääntömutteria kierrettäessä esimerkiksi haarukka-avaimella eivät liikkuisi toisistaan erilleen ja menettäisi siten haluttua vaikutusta. Kääntömutteria työkalulla kierrettäessä pidin-pinteiden täytyy siten vastaanottaa kokonaan eri levyihin vaikuttavat voimat. Usein tällaiset pidinpinteet täytyy sovittaa tangon aksiaaliseen suuntaan, mikä johtaa asennettaessa vielä muihin epäkohtiin .
Tämän keksinnön tehtävänä on aikaansaada kääntömutteri, joka on asennettavissa kierretankoon mahdollisimman yksinkertaisella tavalla ilman mitään erityisiä työkaluja, ja jossa on optimaalinen kuormituksen jakautuminen sekä jossa suhteessa mutterin korkeuteen nähden on käytettävissä mahdollisimman suuri kierteen pituus.
Tämän tehtävän ratkaisemiseksi on keksinnön mukainen kääntömutteri tunnettu siitä, että kumpikin levy on järjestetty kahteen päällekkäiseen tasoon ja vastakkain käännetyssä asennossa pääasiallisesti peittävät toisensa, että kummassakin levyssä on olake sillä litteällä sivulla, joka on kohti toista levyä, jolloin olakkeet osittain liittyvät toisen levyn U-muotoiseen syvennykseen ja täydentävät sen kokonaiseksi levyksi, josta on keskeinen aukko, jolloin keskeisessä aukossa on sisäpuolinen kierre, joka muodostuu U-muotoisissa syvennyksissä olevista kierteistä yhdessä olakkeis-sa olevien kierteiden kanssa.
Keksinnön mukaisessa mutterissa on näin ollen, vastakohtana tunne- 3 61554 tuille muttereille, levyt, jotka peittävät toisensa aksiaalisessa ja radiaalisessa suunnassa siten, että kierteet koostuvat sektoreista, joilla on erilaiset vaikutusalueet, kun sen sijaan tunnetuissa muttereissa on levyt, jotka muodostuvat kierteillä varustetuista osakulmasektoreista ja joilla siitä syystä on tarve käyttää lukitustappia varmistamaan sektorien paikoillaan pysyminen käytön aikana. Samanaikaisesti saavutetaan keksinnöllä tasainen kuormituksen jakautuminen, koska voimat asennuksen ja myöhemmän käytön yhteydessä jakautuvat tasaisesti kahdelle levylle, jotka muodostavat mutterin.
Keksinnön mukaan kohtisuorasti kääntömutterin pääakseliin nähden kulkeva eri levyjen erotus johtaa siihen, että kääntömutterin kehään tarttuva työkalu, esimerkiksi haarukka-avain tai sen tapainen tarttuu kumpaankin levyyn. Tämän ansiosta saadaan tasainen kuormituksen jakautuminen. Sen ansiosta, että toiseen levyyn järjestetty olake molempien levyjen ollessa limittyneenä tarttuu toisen levyn syvennykseen, keskeinen reikä tulee ympäröidyksi ja aikaansaa yhdessä kierteitetyn olakkeen kanssa sen, että käytettävissä on kääntömutterin täysi kokonaiskorkeus kierretangon tai sen tapaisen ym-päröimiseksi.
Sen ansiosta, että levyjen olakkeissa on U-muotoisen syvennyksen kierteisiin liittyvät kierteet, ulottuu kummankin levyn kierre aksiaalisessa suunnassa myös toisen levyn korkeudelle niin, että molempien levyjen limittymisen jälkeen on käytettävissä kierretangon ympäröimiseksi kierre, joka vastaa kääntömutterin kokonaiskor-keutta.
Keksinnön mukaan ehdotetussa kääntömutterissa on edullista myös se, että molemmat levyt voivat olla symmetriset. Rakenteessa voi esiintyä tiettyä poikkeamaa kahden levyn välillä esimerkiksi ni-velliitoksen muotoilussa. Koska molemmat levyt asennuksen päättymisen jälkeen tulevat olemaan päällekkäin, nivelliitos voidaan toteuttaa yksinkertaisella tavalla, esimerkiksi työntämällä molempien levyjen kummankin porauksella varustetun haaran läpi pultti, sokka tai sen tapainen. Eräs toinen liitosmahdollisuus on sovittaa tappi toisen levyn haaraan, joka tappi voi tarttua toisen levyn haarassa olevaan poraukseen tai syvennykseen. Tällainen sovellutusmuoto on tarkoituksenmukainen käytettäväksi silloin, kun eri osat valmistetaan valumenetelmällä, r·. f 4 61 554
Eri levyjen sattumalta tapahtuvan toisistaan irtoamisen estämiseksi niissä voi olla keksinnön erään ehdotuksen mukaan limittyessä yhdessä toimivat pidätinelimet. Tällaiset pidätinelimet on tarkoituksenmukaisesti tehty toisen levyn olakkeeseen ja toisen levyn haaraan, jolloin olakkeessa oleva elin on tehty olakkeeseen kysymyksessä olevaan haaraan, pidätinelintä varten. Tällaisten pidätin-elimien esimerkiksi sahanhammasmaisella muotoilulla voidaan aikaansaada yksinkertainen asennus, jonka muodostaa se, että pidätinelimet käännetään toisiaan vasten siksi, kunnes haaran ja pidätineli-mien omajoustavuudella aikaansaadaan vastuksen voittamisen jälkeen tapahtuva lukitus. Tällaisten pidätinelimien pinnevoima on sovitettu edullisesti siten, että voimat voidaan voittaa ilman työkalua ja siten asennus on mahdollinen käsin. Keksinnön mukaisen kääntö-mutterin kuormituksen jakautumista parantaa kierretankojen lisään-| tyvä kiinnitys. Näin ollen vastaavasti suurilla ympäryksillä myös- | kin käännettävyys täytyy valita molempien levyjen limittämiseksi.
Jotta eri levyjen kitkaton päällekkäin siirtäminen olisi mahdollista verraten suurella kääntömatkalla, on edullista, että toisen levyn toinen haara, joka sijaitsee saman levyn kääntöakselin läpikul-keman toisen haaran vastapäätä, on muodostettu koveraksi ja sillä on kääntösädettä vastaava kaarevuus.
Keksintöä selitetään nyt lähemmin viitaten esimerkkeinä esitettyihin piirustuksiin, joissa:
Kuvio 1 esittää päältä nähtynä keksinnön mukaista toisistaan erilleen käännettyä kääntömutteria.
Kuvio 2 esittää edestä nähtynä kuvion 1 mukaista toisistaan erilleen käännettyä kääntömutteria.
Kuvio 3 esittää perspektiivisesti kuvion 1 mukaista kääntömutteria asennettuna kierretangon päälle.
Kuten kuviot 1-3 esittävät, kääntömutterin muodostaa pääasiallisesti kaksi U-muotoista levyä 1, 2. Kumpikin haara 3, 4 on muodostettu pultin 5 vastaanottamiseksi nivelliitoksen aikaansaamiseksi molempien levyjen 1, 2 välille. Kuten varsinkin kuvio 1 esittää, kummassakin levyssä 1, 2 on U-muotoinen syvennys 6, 7, joiden pohjalla on kierre 8, 9. Kuten varsinkin kuvio 2 esittää, näissä kierteissä 8, 9 on jatkeensa levyjen 1, 2 olakkeiden 10, 11 kohdalla.

Kuten kuvio 1 lisäksi esittää, haarojen 14, 15 sisäseinämällä on kaarevuus, joka vastaa molempien levyjen 1, 2 kääntösädettä pultin 5 ympäri. Levyn 2 haara 15 kannattaa sisäseinämän kohdalla pidätinelintä 16, joka on sovitettu tarttumaan levyn 1 olakkees-sa 10 olevaan, koloksi muodostettuun pidätinelimeen 17.
Kuvio 3 esittää levyjen 1, 2 limityksellä aikaansaatua kierretan-koa 18 ympäröivää kääntömutteria. Levyjen 1, 2 limitys varmistetaan pidinelimien 16, 17 yhteisvaikutuksella. Kuten kuviosta 3 edelleen käy selville, kääntömutterin ympärysääriviivan suuren osan muodostavat molemmat levyt 1, 2 niin, että työkalun tartunnalla siirretään tasaisesti voimat molempiin levyihin.
Kuvioiden 1-3 mukaan valittu kuusikulmainen ympärysääriviiva täytyy ymmärtää ainoastaan esimerkiksi, koska on mahdollista muodostaa ympärysääriviiva lieriömäiseksi, nelikulmaiseksi, kahdeksankulmaiseksi tai sen tapaiseksi.
Claims (3)
1. Kääntömutteri, jossa on kaksi pääasiallisesti U-muotoista levyä, jotka voidaan kääntää toisiaan vasten yhteisen, pääakselin kanssa samansuuntaisen akselin ympäri, joka ulottuu kummankin levyn haaran läpi, jotka levyt kierrettäessä liikkuvat toisiaan kohti ja joissa kummankin U-muotoisen syvennyksen pohjassa on yksi tai useampi kierre, tunnettu siitä, että kumpikin levy (1, 2) on järjestetty kahteen päällekkäiseen tasoon ja vastakkain käännetyssä asennossa pääasiallisesti peittävät toisensa, että kummassakin levyssä (1, 2) on olake (10, 11) sillä litteällä sivulla, joka on kohti toista levyä (1, 2), jolloin olakkeet osittain liittyvät toisen levyn (2, 1) U-muotoiseen syvennykseen (6, 7. ja täydentävät sen kokonaiseksi levyksi, josta on keskeinen aukko, jolloin keskeisessä aukossa on sisäpuolinen kierre, joka muodostuu U-muotoisissa syvennyksissä olevista kierteistä (8, 9) yhdessä olakkeissa olevien kierteiden kanssa.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen kääntömutteri, tunnettu siitä, että levyissä (1, 2) on pidätinelimet (16, 17) niiden keskinäistä tartuntaa varten päällekkäisessä asennossa, jolloin pidä-tinelimet (16, 17) on järjestetty toisen levyn (1) olakkeeseen (10) ja toisen levyn (2) haaraan (15).
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen kääntömutteri, tunnettu siitä, että pidätinelimillä (16, 17) toisessa levyssä (2) on saha-hampaan muotoisen nokan muoto ja toisessa levyssä (1) on vastaavan loven muoto.
