Opfindelsen angår en svingmøtrik med to i hovedsagen U-formede skiver, som er drejelige og oven på hinanden bevægelige omkring en fælles parallelt med hovedaksen beliggende akse, som strækker sig igennem enden af et ben på hver skive, og hvilke skiver er forsynet med et eller flere gevindgænger i bunden af hver U-formede udtagning og er indrettet til ved indbyrdes drejning at blive bragt til overlapning, idet hver skive har en ansats, som ved skivernes overlapning går i indgreb med den anden skive og kompletterer denne til en i alt væsentlig komplet skive, som har en central gevindskåret åbning.
Anbringelsen af gevindmøtrikker, som f.eks. tjener til anlæg for en eller anden genstand på længere gevindstænger, kan alt efter længden af stængerne være forbundet med et betydeligt tidsforbrug. Derudover forekommer det ofte, at gevindet ved enden af sådanne stænger er beskadiget, så at en gevindmøtrik ikke uden efterbearbejdning af gevindet lader sig påskrue.
Til sådanne formål og til anvendelser, hvor gevindet ikke fører ud til enden af gevindstangen, eller gevindstangens ende er forsynet med et bryst, kendes der flere gevindmøtrikker, som kan påsættes i radial retning under sammenføjning af de enkelte dele.
Således kendes der f.eks. fra fransk patentskrift nr. 1.206.230 gevindmøtrikker, som er delt i aksial retning, og hvor de enkelte dele har fremspring og tilsvarende udtagninger. Ved indføring af fremspringene i de tilsvarende udtagninger, lader de enkelte dele sig forbinde med hinanden. Det at sådanne gevindmøtrikker består af flere dele har en uhensigtsmæssig virkning på grund af, at de kræver en omstændelig montage og let kan føre til, at enkelte dele går tabt.
Derudover kendes der fra f.eks. USA patentskrift nr. 1.510.492 en gevindmøtrik, som er tildannet som svingmøtrik, og sojn består af to symmetriske dele, som ved hjælp af et led er forbun- 2 144196 det med hinanden. Ved at bevæge de to dele ind imod hinanden, lader gevindstangen sig omslutte. Medens montagen af en sådan svingmøtrik medfører visse fordele, optræder der væsentlige ulemper i belastningsmæssig henseende, selv under montagen. Sådanne møtrikker er kun belastelige i en retning og kræver derfor megen opmærksomlied under montagen. Derudover må de enkelte skiver i en sådan svingmøtrik holdes sammen ved hjælp af klamper eller lignende organer, især for, at skiverne under påskruningen af svingmøtrikken ved hjælp af et værktøj, f.eks. i form af en gaffelnøgle, ikke skal bevæge sig væk fra hinanden, og den ønskede funktion derved skal gå tabt. De kræfter, som under påskruningen af svingmøtrikken ved hjælp af værktøjer, virker direkte på de enkelte skiver, må som følge heraf fuldstændigt optages af fastholdelsesklamperne, hvilket medfører, at disse må være tildannet tilsvarende kraftige. Ofte må sådanne klamper anbringes i stængernes ak-siale retning, hvilket fører til yderligere ulemper i for- bindelse med montagen.
Svingmøtrikken ifølge opfindelsen er ejendommelig ved, at gevindet strækker sig ud på de to skivers overlappende dele, -så at gevindet i den sammenlukkede møtrik på en del af omkredsen består af to i aksial retning overlappende gevinddele hidrørende fra hver sin skive.
Herved opnås en svingmøtrik, som er let at montere, og som udviser optimal belastningsfordeling. Dette skyldes især, at møtrikken og dermed gevindet sammensættes af flere områder og ansatser som ved sammensvingningen af de U-formede skiver kan bringes til indbyrdes overlapning. Medens møtrikken og dermed gevindet inden for området af ansatserne strækker sig ud i ét i hele møtrikkens højde, har skivernes ben, hvis tykkelse hver for sig kun svarer til den halve møtrikhøjde, således også gevindafsnit, som kun strækker sig over den halve gevind-laaigde. I møtrikkens sammendrejede tilstand forenes de halve møtrikhøjder og gevindlængder sig til den hele fulde møtrikhøjde og gevindlængde. Der 3 mm sikres således både en aksial overlapning af de U-formede skiver og en indbyrdes radial komplettering, så at møtrikken og gevindet til sidst sammensættes af sektorer med forskellige vinkeiområder. Herved opnås, at kræfter, som påvirker gevindmøtrikken optages ensartet af begge de skiver, hvoraf møtrikkon dannes. Dette gælder både sådanne kræfter, som hidrører fra en igennem møtrikken gående gevindstang i et belastningstilfælde og sådanne kræfter, som hidrører fra et værktøj, der er ført i indgreb med møtrikkens anlægsflader. Især sidstnævnte er af stor betydning, da møtrikken hverken ved antrækning eller løsgørelse medfører sammenklemning eller automatisk åbning på grund af påvirkningen af værktøjet.
Svingmøtrikken ifølge opfindelsen giver sig med fordel også udslag i, at de to skiver kan være tildannet i alt væsentligt symmetrisk. En vis afvigelse i udformningen af de to Skiver indbyrdes kan f.eks. optræde ved udformningen af led-forbindelsen, som kan være tildannet vilkårligt. Da de to skiver efter afslutningen af montagen kommer til at ligge oven på hinanden, kan ledforbindelsen foregå på enkel måde, f.eks. ved gennemgribning af hver skives ene med et hul forsynet ben ved hjælp af en bolt, en split eller lignende organ. En yderligere forbindelsesmulighed kan også foregå ved på den ene skives ben at tildanne en tap, som kan indgribe i et hul eller en passende udtagning i et ben i den anden skive.
En sådan udførelsesform er hensigtsmæssigt, hvis de enkelte dele fremstilles ved støbning.
Opfindelsen forklares nedenfor under henvisning til tegningen , hvor fig. 1 viser en opklappet svingmøtrik ifølge opfindelsen, set ovenfra, fig. 2 den i fig. 1 viste opklappede svingmøtrik, set forfra, og fig. 3 den i fig. 1 viste svingmøtrik, set i perspektiv monteret på en gevindstang.
Claims (3)
- ‘ - 144196 Som vist i fig. 1-3 består svingmøtrikken i alt væsentligt af to skiver 1, 2, som har U-formet form. Hver skive har et ben 3., 4, som er indrettet til optagelse af en bolt 5 for tilvejebringelse af en ledforbindelse imellem de to skiver 1, 2. Som det især fremgår af fig. 1, har de U-formede udtagninger 6, 7 i de.to skiver 1, 2 ved bunden hver et gevind 8, 9. Disse gevind fortsætter som det især fremgår af fig.
- 2 på skivernes 1, 2 ansatser 10, 11. Som yderligere vist i fig. 1 har indervæggen 12, 13 på de to ben 14, 15 en krumning, som svarer til de to skivers 1, 2 svingningsradius omkring bolten 5. På indervæggen 13 har skivens 2 ben 15 endvidere et savtakagtigt tildannet låseorgan 16, som er indrettet til indgriben i et som en udsparing tildannet låseorgan 17 på skivens 1 ansats 10. -Fig.
- 3 viser svingningsmøtrikken som ved overlapning af skiverne 1, .2 omslutter en gevindstang 18. Overlapningen af skiverne 1, 2 sikres ved låseorganernes 16, 17 samvirken.. Som det endvidere tydeligt fremgår af fig. 3 dannes størstedelen af svingmøtrikkens ydre periferi af de to skiver 1, 2, så at eventuelle kræfter overføres ensartet, når de to skiver 1, 2 påvirkes af et værktøj. Den i fig. 1-3 viste sekskantede omkredskontur er kun vist som et eksempel, da der selvfølgelig også er mulighed for at tildanne omkredskonturen cylindrisk, firkantet, ottekantet eller på anden lignende måde.
