So z.
Table saw with saw blade mounted below the saw table The invention relates to a table saw with a saw blade mounted below the saw table for separating, cutting to length, trimming, angle cutting and format cutting of panels, boards or strips from, in particular, one or two-sided veneered or plastic-coated wooden workpieces or from pure plastic panels.
The object of the invention is to create a table saw of this type, which achieves the highest possible cutting quality with little additional construction effort and using the usual circular saw blades and in particular the undesired tearing out of splinters at the cut surface edges and the consequent need to rework the cut surfaces and - Edges or the arrangement of cover strips to cover the cut edges on the finished furniture or the like. Avoids.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a table saw of the type mentioned at the outset, which is provided by a continuous, extending in the cutting direction, on both sides of the circular saw blade as close as possible to this against the edges of the kerf and a longitudinal gap for engaging the circular saw blade for pressing and holding the workpiece on the saw table is identified.
By covering and pressing the edges of the cut joint with the help of the pressure bar according to the invention, the breakout of splinters at the edges of the cut joint is avoided with the greatest possible degree of certainty, even with such, in particular multi-layered workpieces, such as veneered or plastic-coated wooden panels or several on one another and at the same time to be cut wood or plastic plates or the like, which are known to have a very strong tendency to tear open the cut edges.
In a particularly expedient embodiment of the invention, the pressure bar, preferably made of hardwood or the like, is exchangeably attached to a pressure beam which can be raised and lowered above the saw table in guides perpendicular to it and preferably moved up and down by a hydraulic drive is.
The splintering and tearing of the cut edges can also be avoided by the fact that the circular saw blade is assigned an upstream scoring tool located in the same cutting plane for cutting the lower surface layer, in particular the corresponding veneer or plastic cover layer of the workpiece. The design of this scoring tool can be adapted to the nature of the surface layer of the workpiece that is to be cut in or cut. So z. B. the scoring tool as a rotating knife disc or as a ro tiering cutter or as a rotating circular saw blade. The like. Be designed.
The present table saw can have a stationary saw head and a saw table that can be moved back and forth together with the pressure bar and the pressure bar. Particularly useful, however, is an embodiment in which the circular saw blade and the upstream scoring tool are arranged together with the corresponding, preferably separate drives on a saw carriage or saw carriage that can be raised and lowered below the stationary saw table on parallel guides.
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a table saw according to the invention in elevation and partially in longitudinal section. Fig. 2 is a cross-section through the pressure beam and the pressure bar on a larger scale.
Fig. 3 shows in plan a modified form of execution of the saw carriage with attached work tools for the lateral processing of the free Längskan tenfläche the strips cut from the workpiece.
In the drawing, 1 is the fixed, arranged on a base 2 saw table, which has a straight slot 3 for the passage of the circular saw blade 4 mounted below the saw table. Under the saw table 1, two guide rails 5 parallel to each other and to the saw table 1 are arranged, which are attached to the lower part 2 in a manner not shown and extend exactly parallel to the slot 3 of the saw table 1. On this guide rails 5 runs a saw provided with rollers 6 or
Saw carriage 7, which is connected with the interposition of buffer springs 8 with both ends of a stationary chain wheels 9, 10 around Mitneh merkette 11 is connected. One chain wheel 10 is driven by an electric motor 12 via a belt drive 13 and a reduction or reduction gear.
Reversing and / or gearbox 14 driven. With the help of this motor 12 and the chain 11 driven by it, the saw carriage 7 is moved back and forth on the guide rails 5, taking a working stroke in the direction of arrow F from the starting position shown in FIG. 1, located in one end of the saw table slot 3 executes other end region of the saw table slot 3, reverses its direction of movement there and then runs back in the idle stroke in the direction of arrow F1 in its starting position, where its direction of movement is reversed again.
The reversal of the direction of movement of the saw carriage 7 at the working and idle stroke ends takes place automatically with the help of end switches 15, 16 which switch the direction of rotation of the electric motor 12 and the reversing gear 14.
The shaft 17 of the circular saw blade 4 is mounted on an upper oscillating plate 18, the horizontal axis of rotation 19 of which is arranged. The free end of this upper oscillating plate 18 is connected to the saw carriage 7 by a hydraulic cylinder 21. A plate 22, which is mounted so as to swing about the horizontal axis of rotation 23 and which carries the drive motor 25 of the circular saw blade 4, is arranged on the saw carriage 7 below the oscillating plate 18. The motor 25 is connected to the saw blade shaft 17 via a belt drive 24. The hydraulic cylinder 21 is z.
B. od by limit switches, not shown. Like. Controlled so that it lifts the upper swing plate 18 during the working stroke (arrow F) of the saw carriage 7, d. H. pivoted about its axis of rotation 19 upwards and thereby allows the circular saw blade 4 to protrude through the saw table slot 3 over the surface of the saw table 1 to the required cutting height. Together with the upper oscillating plate 18, the lower oscillating plate 22 with the drive motor 25 fixed thereon is raised via the drive belt 24, d. H. pivoted up about the relevant axis of rotation 23. The drive belt 24 is tensioned by the weight of the lower oscillating plate 22 and the drive motor 25.
During the idle stroke (arrow F1) of the saw carriage 7, on the other hand, the hydraulic cylinder 21 is controlled so that it lets the upper oscillating plate 18 together with the lower oscillating plate 22 sink into the rest position shown in FIG. 1, in which the circular saw blade 4 is below the surface of the saw table.
On the upper swing plate 18 of the Sägeschlit least 7 a rotating knife disc or a smaller circular saw blade is mounted scoring tool 36, which is arranged in relation to the direction F of the saw carriage 7 during the working stroke of the same in front of the circular saw blade 4 and is precisely aligned with it, i.e. . H. is aligned in the same cutting plane. The scoring tool 36 is driven by its own fixed electric motor 37, which is connected to the shaft 38 of the scoring tool 36 by a belt drive 39. In the lowered rest position of the oscillating plate 18 or the circular saw blade 4, the scoring tool 36 is also drawn in below the upper surface of the saw table 1, as shown in particular in FIG.
When raised in the working position oscillating plate 18 and the scoring tool 36 jumps through the saw table slot 3 through the surface of the saw table 1, but by a significantly smaller amount than the also in section position above the surface of the saw table 1 vorsprin ing circular saw blade 4. In general the cutting height of the scoring tool 36 in its raised working position is selected so that this scoring tool 36 only cuts or cuts the lower surface layer of the workpiece 35 lying on the saw table 1, which is designed as a veneer or plastic cover layer. The scoring tool 36 is preferably driven in the opposite direction to the circular saw blade 4.
Above the saw table 1, a pressure bar 26 parallel to this is arranged, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the saw table slot 3. The Druckbal ken 26 is guided with its ends on an upper frame 28 provided above the saw table up and down displaceable bar and is raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinders 27. The vertical guidance of the pressure bar 26 is carried out with the help of pinions 29 arranged on both ends of this bar, which are mounted on a common longitudinal shaft 31 mounted in pivot bearings 30 on the pressure bar 26 and each attached to a corresponding one on the uprights of the upper frame 28 Unroll rack 32.
The pressure bar 26 has at least in its lower part a U-shaped, downwardly open cross-section, as shown in particular in FIG. In the resulting lower longitudinal groove of the pressure bar 26 is a continuous, replaceable, preferably made of hardwood or the like. Press bar 33 is inserted, which protrudes on the lower side of the pressure bar 26 and is attached to this by any means.
Preferably, the fastening of the pressure bar 33 to the pressure bar 26 is carried out by driving the bar 33 into the corresponding longitudinal groove of the bar 26, d. H. by means of a simple frictional connection, whereby the replacement of the pressure bar 33 is accelerated and facilitated.
The pressure bar 33 is arranged centrally above the slot 3 dvs saw table 1 d. H. extends on both sides of the saw table slot 3 and has on its underside a narrow longitudinal gap 34, which is exactly in the cutting plane of the circular saw blade 4 and into which this saw blade can engage with the least possible lateral play.
The pressure bar 33 extends at least over the entire cutting path of the circular saw blade 4, i. H. at least over the maximum cutting length of the table saw described. The workpiece to be cut 35, the z. B. from a veneered on both sides or provided with a plastic cover layer 235, 325 table lerplatte 135 od. The like. Can be pushed onto the saw table 1 at raised pressure bar 26. Then the pressure beam 26 is lowered with the help of the hydraulic cylinder 27 and the workpiece 35 is pressed firmly against the saw table 1 by the pressure bar 33, as is shown in particular in FIG.
During the subsequent working stroke (arrow F) of the saw carriage 7 with the scoring tool 36 and circular saw blade 4 raised in the working position, the lower cover layer 335 of the work piece 35 is first slit open by the scoring tool 36 and immediately thereafter the entire workpiece 35 is slit through the trailing one in the same cutting plane and the main saw blade 4 engaging in the longitudinal gap 34 of the pressure bar 33 is cut through. When cutting, in particular the two upper kerf edges of the workpiece 35 are covered and clamped by the continuous pressure bar 33, which is attached as close as possible to the circular saw blade 4 on both sides, which means that these cut edges are torn open or splinters break out, in particular from the upper cover layer 235 of the workpiece 35 is avoided.
The tearing or splintering of the lower, slightly protruding into the wider saw table slot 3 and consequently unsupported kerf edges is avoided partly by the pressure bar 33 and partly by cutting open the corresponding lower cover layer 335 of the workpiece 35 with the help of the scoring tool 36. The design and the speed of rotation of the scoring tool 36 can namely be adapted to the respective material of the lower cover layer 335 of the workpiece 35 in such a way that a clean cut of this cover layer 335 with smooth, not torn cut edges is achieved.
The pressure bar 33 is also used to prevent accidents by covering the protruding part of the circular saw blade 4 from the workpiece 35 during the entire working stroke (arrow F) of the saw carriage 7 protective hood.
In addition, the workpiece 35 is held by the pressure bar 33 continuously over the entire cutting length in the set cutting position on the saw table 1, both during the cutting process and after the end of the same. Since it is particularly advantageous that both parts of the workpiece 35 separated from one another by the saw cut are clamped firmly on the saw table 1 both before and after the circular saw blade 4 passing through and in the area thereof. This clamping in the parts allows the outer longitudinal edge surface of at least one of the cut off from the workpiece 35 NEN parts, for.
B. a bar od. Like. During the cutting process with the help of arranged on the saw carriage 7 side tools in addition to be edit, z. B. to profile and / or grind. In Fig. 3, a saw carriage 7 is shown, which is set up for this additional processing of the outer longitudinal edge surface of the cut workpiece part. On a stand 20 of this saw carriage 7, a casual 40 is attached, which protrudes laterally over one longitudinal edge of the saw table 1 and also extends upwards over the table surface.
On this boom 40 two approximately horizontal swing arms 41, 42 are mounted, which are located above the saw table level and each carry a rotating tool 43, 44 for processing the corresponding lateral longitudinal edge surface of the bar cut from the workpiece 35 at their free ends. The tools 43, 44 are driven via belt drives by electric motors 45, 46 which are arranged on the boom 40. In this case, the device in the direction of movement F of the saw carriage 7 during the working stroke of the same forward tool 43 as a profile cutter or the like and the trailing tool 44 z. B. od as a profiled grinding wheel. Like. Designed who the.
As a result, with the same working stroke of the saw carriage 7 in one operation with the cutting of the bar from the workpiece 35, the outer free longitudinal edge surface of the cut bar is also processed with the help of the side tools 43, 44, e.g. B. profiled and / or ground.
By pivoting the support arms 41, 42 of the lateral tools 43, 44, they can be set and held at different distances from the cutting plane of the circular saw blade 4, depending on the width of the bar cut from the workpiece 35. On the other hand, it is also possible, the swing arms 41, 42 of the side tools 43, 44 beitshubs during the Ar (arrow F) of the saw carriage 7 automatically with the help of any control device, for. B. with the help of a copying device to move from and to the cutting plane of the circular saw blade 4 and thereby to profile the outer longitudinal edge of the cut strip in the longitudinal direction.
The table saw described can easily be used as a link in automatic production systems or as a fine-cut sizing saw, angle cut saw or the like. It is also possible to cut two or more workpieces lying on top of one another at the same time. In particular, it is also possible to process stacks of veneers lying on top of one another or comparatively thin or plastic sheets or the like without tearing open.
