La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif boucheur d'un récipient, notamment d'une bouteille, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une capsule métallique portant intérieurement un bouchon destiné à obturer le goulot du récipient, et par le fait que ladite capsule présente une jupe destinée à être sertie autour du goulot susmentionné et présentant une piste de déchirement périphérique pour le détachement d'une bande.

Le bouchon 3 présente un collet 4 emprisonné entre le fond 5 de la capsule 2 et un épaulement périphérique 6 d'une jupe 7 de cette dernière; au collet 4 aboutit une partie tubulaire axiale 8 présentant deux flasques périphériques 9 destinés à boucher le goulot 1.

SOUS-REVENDICATIONS :

Dispositif selon la revendication, comprenant un bouchon en matière plastique, caractérisé par le fait que ce dernier présente une partie tubulaire surmonté d'un collet destiné à prendre appui sur l'extrémité du goulot du récipient, la partie tubulaire présentant au moins un flasque périphérique destiné à venir en contact avec la surface intérieure dudit goulot.
