Watch movement with seconds hand in the center The present invention relates to a watch movement with a central seconds hand, comprising an off-center large average mobile.
This movement is characterized by the fact that the large average wheel, which drives the seconds mobile through the intermediary of a small average and a field mobile, is partially arranged between one face of the barrel and the bridge. finishing, and by the fact that the respective toothed wheels of the field mobile and of the seconds mobile are located in the same plane as the large average wheel.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view of the movement seen from the bridges side.
Fig. 2 is a section taken along the line 11-1l of FIG. 1.
In the example shown, the toothing 1 of the barrel 2, the plug 3 of which is pivoted in the plate 4 and in a barrel bridge 5, in grain in the pinion 6 of large average. This pinion 6 is integral with the medium-sized wheel 7 which is eccentric and disposed in part between the upper face of the barrel 2 and the finishing bridge 8. The wheel 7 engages with the pinion 9 of the small-medium mobile whose wheel 10 drives a field mobile wheel 11, in engagement with a wheel 12 of the second wheel set at the center which is integral with a pin 13 carrying the seconds hand not shown. The wheel 12 drives the escape wheel 14.
The axes of the large medium 6, 7, small medium 9, 10 and field 11 mobiles are pivoted in the plate 4 and in the finishing bridge 8.
The large average wheel 7, the wheel 11 of the field mobile and the wheel 12 of the central second mobile are all located in the same average plane M, between the barrel 2 and the finishing bridge 8, at a short distance from these two organs. The best possible use is thus made of the height space available above the rail, which enables a very flat movement to be carried out.
As the seconds mobile 12 is the mobile date of the gear train 6-7, 9-10, 11 and 12 controlled by the barrel 2, the seconds wheel 12 rotates in the same direction as the barrel which has a direction of rotation backwards. Its winding mechanism therefore comprises a train with two crown wheels 16 and 17.
The toothing 1 of the barrel still drives, by means of a friction transmission, a mid nuterie wheel, not shown, which is engaged with the roadway carrying the minute pinion 18, while a pinion integral with this wheel Timer drives the hour wheel 20. The carriageway 18 is rotatably mounted on a barrel 21 driven into the plate 4.
