Description

Elongated anchor watch movement with winding. The subject of the invention is an anchor watch movement with winding, of elongated shape, for example of rectangular shape and the barrel of which drives the escapement pinion by means of three finishing wheels each comprising a pinion and a wheel. . It mainly concerns the pointing of the caliber, which offers the possibility of providing the movement with a relatively large anchor set and therefore relatively economical and robust.

This movement is characterized according to the invention, in that the second of the three mobile units mentioned is located near the winding pinion, so that its wheel (small medium wheel) passes between said winding pinion and titi bridge of the frame. movement, this winding pinion being housed in the thickness of the plate of the frame.

The attached drawing shows, by way of example, an anchor watch movement, rocker winding and rectangular in shape with cut angles. Fig. 1 is a view in elevation, facing the bridges; Fig. 2 shows a partial section, on a larger scale, along the line a b-e-d-e-f of FIG. 1; Fig. 3 is a partial section, on a larger scale, along the line ZII-IZI of FIG. 1.

The frame of the movement comprises a plate 4, a barrel bridge 5, titi finishing bridge 6, an antral bridge 7 and the cock 8. A barrel 9 with median teeth drives the pinion 10 of the antrum wheel 11, by the intermediary of three finishing wheels each comprising a pinion and a wheel, that is to say the pinion 12 and the large-medium wheel 13, the pinion 14 and the small-medium wheel 15, the pinion 16 and the second wheel 17.

The drawing also shows the balance 18, the dial 19, the roadway 20, the cannon wheel 21, the hour hand 22, the minute hand 23 and two barrel ratchets 24 and 25 integral with the shaft. barrel. The ratchet 24 cooperates with a retaining pawl, not shown; while the ratchet 25 is controlled by the toggle winding and time-setting mechanism, the construction of which offers, in principle, nothing special. This mechanism comprises the usual rocker 26, pivoted at 27 on the plate 4 and which carries the winding and time setting references, both meshing with the return 28 mounted idle on the hub of the lever 26.

The reference 28 meshes with the winding pinion 29 mounted on a square of the winding stem 30. The pinion 29, the diameter of which is relatively small, is entirely housed in the thickness of the plate 4, which makes it possible to locate the small medium mobile 14, 15 near the pinion 29, so that the wheel 15 of the latter passes between the pinion 29 and the barrel bridge 5. This arrangement offers the possibility of locating the centers of rotation of the barrel 9, of the large-average mobile 12, 13 and of the seconds mobile 16, 17 on the median, longitudinal axis of the frame of the movement, as well as the centers of rotation of the small average mobile 14, 15 and of the wheel anchor 11 on one side and the other of this axis.

In this way, a large space is available in the plane of the movement, for the location of the escapement components, which allows a relatively large, robust and durable anchor assortment to be fitted in the movement. 'optimum operation.
