Description

Watch movement. The object of the invention is a watch movement, the balance of which, which will preferably be visible, and the center of the hour circle are placed on the same diameter, on each side of the center of the part around which turns the seconds hand. To arrive at this result, we will preferably have the diameter on which the three centers are located: balance, field wheel and large average, perpendicular to the axis of the winding rod and will house, in one of the two halves. of the gauge separated by said axis, the. all the centers of the finish and, in the other, the centers of the exhaust.

There is shown in the accompanying drawing, by way of example, an embodiment of the watch movement according to the present invention.

Fig. 1 shows it from the dial side, and FIG. 2, view from the side of the bridges, the mo biles being indicated only schematically.

In the movement shown, a designates the dial, b the seconds hand, which is located in the center of the part, c the hour circle and e the axis of the minute track or the axis of the large average. In dial a is cut an opening through which we see the balance f carried by a bridge g on which the racket is fitted. This bridge is shown in lines and dots in fig. 2 of the drawing, in which the barrel is designated by la, the large average by i, the small average by k and by Z the field wheel on the axis of which is adapted, on the side of the ca dran, the needle of seconds in the center b.

All these finishing centers are placed in one of the caliber halves separated by the axis of the winding stem r r. The anchor wheel m, the anchor and the balance are located in the other half of the caliber.

With this arrangement, there is no need for a mechanism or an additional wheel to obtain the position of the field wheel in the center of the part and the position of the three centers, balance, second in the center and large average, on the same line allows to obtain a very original effect dial.
