Der Anschlussstutzen besteht in allen drei Ausführungsformen aus einem zylindrischen Hohlkörper 1, in den ein Rohrstück 2 konzen- trisch eingesetzt ist und der mittels eines Flansches 3, der die Öffnung im Boden 4 der Badewanne durchgreift, mit der letzteren ver bunden ist. -Die auf diese Weise durch die ;
Line system for the supply and discharge of a liquid into or out of a container. The main patent relates to a line system for the supply and discharge of a liq fluid in or out of a container, which is characterized in order to reduce the filling noise by such a training and arrangement that optionally both the inflow and the outflow of the liquid can be done through one and the same opening in the bottom of the container.
According to dependent claim 1 of the main patent, a connection piece is connected from below to the opening of the container mentioned, to which a drainage pipe and a supply pipe are connected and which is designed to shut off the drainage pipe by means of a locking pin.
Furthermore, means are explained in the main patent on an exemplary embodiment, which relates to a Lei processing system for the supply and discharge of water in or from a bathtub, which allow emptying of the supply pipe piece located between the shut-off device and the bathtub during the Allow the bathtub to be emptied in order to avoid fresh water remaining in the said piece of pipe, which is exposed to contamination by the used water flowing off.
The present invention, which relates to a line system according to claim and dependent claim 1 of the main patent, now shows a solution in which the separation of the inlet and outlet, which is required for hygienic reasons, is achieved in that the connection piece in accordance with the invention has two channels for the inlet and outlet, which open separately into the container, and that the inlet opening is closed by a valve.
In the practical implementation, such a structural design of the connection piece has proven to be particularly favorable sen, in which the two channels are formed by two concentrically arranged, cylindrical hollow spaces through a circular opening or through a circular opening surrounding them open into the container and one of which is connected to the supply pipe and the other to the drain pipe. The valve closing the inlet opening can be a spring-loaded valve or a weight-loaded valve, the latter being preferred in certain cases.
Below are with reference to the accompanying drawing (Fig.1 to 3) three with example embodiments of the invention explained in more detail. In turn, there is a pipe system for the supply and discharge of water in and out of a bathtub. In the figures, only the part of the line system necessary for understanding the invention, namely the connection piece, is shown.
In all three embodiments, the connection piece consists of a cylindrical hollow body 1 into which a pipe section 2 is inserted concentrically and which is connected to the latter by means of a flange 3 which extends through the opening in the bottom 4 of the bathtub. -The way through which;
The two channels formed by the two cavities 5 and 6 open into the bathtub through the circular opening 7 or through the annular opening 8, but within the same opening provided in the base 4.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the inner hollow ram 5 or the pipe section 2 is connected to the feed pipe 11. The inlet opening 7 is closed by means of a weight-loaded valve, which consists of a vertically movable valve body 12, which rests in the closed state of the valve on a ring 13 forming the valve seat, and the loading weight 14, which is guided by a rod in the bearing 15 16 is connected to the valve body 12.
The position of the valve body with incoming water is indicated by dash-dotted lines. The outer cavity 6 is connected to the flow pipe 17 from. In addition, the overflow pipe 18 opens into the outer hollow rail 6.
The circular outlet opening 8 can be closed by an annular locking pin 19 on which a cover 21 is fastened by means of connecting webs 20, which when the locking pin is inserted (in the position shown)
with Ab stood on the floor 4 of the bathtub comes to rest. In the present example, the curved end cover 21 also serves as a flow breaker for the inflowing water. A holder 22 for fastening to a chain or the like is also attached to the end cover.
In the connection shown in Fig. 2, the difference compared to that of Fig. 1 is that the supply duct or the pipe section 2 into the bath tub and with inserted locking pin 19 (in the position shown) through a The central opening protrudes in the end cover 21, with a hood 25 which surrounds the inlet opening 7 in this position and is provided with lateral outlet openings 26 on the latter.
In contrast to the two embodiments described above, the connection piece according to FIG. 3 the channel formed by the middle pipe section 2 for the drain. As a result, the drain pipe 31 is connected to the pipe section 2 into which the overflow pipe 32 also opens. The outer cavity 6 on the other hand is connected to the feed pipe 33.
The end of the inlet opening 8, which is circular in this case, is again formed by a weight-loaded valve which contains an annular valve body 34 to which the loading weight is attached in the form of a ring 35 located in the outer cavity 6 by means of connecting webs 37 guided in the bearings 36.
On the closing pin 38 used to shut off the outlet opening 7, a closing cover 39 is in turn attached in such a way that when the closing pin is inserted it comes to rest at a distance above the bottom 4 of the bathtub, serving as a jet breaker for the incoming water and with the flange 3 forms a horizontally directed, ringför-shaped outlet opening.
The described embodiments show that the separation of the fresh water from the used water is ensured by the fact that the valve closes automatically after the water is let in, both because of the weight of the load and due to the pressure of the water in the bathtub, and during the emptying of the Bathtub stays closed.
