Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent -Nr. <B>296669.</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes. Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Woll farbstoffes, welches darin besteht, dass man <B>1</B> Mol der durch Kondensation von<B>1</B> Mol 4.4'- Diehlorbenzophenon mit<B>1</B> Mol N-Methyl-2- phenylindol erhältlichen Verbindung mit 2 Mol 1-Amino-4-ox.ybenzol-2-sulfonsäLire umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung erfolgt durch Erhitzen der Ausgangsstoffe mit oder ohne Zusatz von Lö- sungs- oder Schmelzmitteln, z. B. unter Zusatz von Glykol oder ähnlichen Verbindungen. Man kann züm Beispiel Temperaturen von<B>110</B> bis 16011 <B>C</B> anwenden. Die 1-Amilio-4-oxybenzol-2- sulfonsäure wird als freie Säure oder in Form ihrer Alkali- oder Ammoniumsalze verwendet.
Der neue Farbstoff färbt Wolle in sehr klaren blauen Tönen von guter Lichtechtheit und sehöner Abendfarbe. Er besitzt ein gutes <B>E</B> galisierungsvermögen' gutes Ziehvermögen aus saurem und neutralem Bade sowie gute Seewasser- und Schweissechtlicit. Beispiet:
<B>30 g</B> der durch Kondensation von 4.4'-Di- ehlorbenzophenon und N-Methyl-2-phenylindol erhältlichen Verbindung werden mit<B>60 g</B> des Natrium-, Kalium- oder Ammoniumsalzes der 1-Amino-4-oxybenzol-2-s-Lillonsäure unter Zu satz von 200<B>g</B> Glykol. 4 bis<B>7</B> Stu i nden auf 140 bis 1551' <B>C</B> erwärmt, bis die Farbstoffbildung nicht mehr zunimmt.
Die beim Ausgiessen in Wasser ausfallende Farbstoffdis-Lilionsäure wird abfiltriert, durch Auswaschen mit kaltem Wasser gereinigt, dann.<B>-</B> in warmem Wasser unter Zusatz der hinreichenden Menge Na- triumearbonat gelöst, die Lösung wird mit-10 bis<B>15 g</B> eines geeigneten Netzmittels versetzt und aus der Lösung dann der Farbstoff durch Natritimehlorid gefällt.
Der so erhaltene Farb stoff stellt das Mononatriumsalz einer Farb- stoffdisalfonsäure von folgender Zusammen- setz-ung dar.
