Description

  

  Machine<B>à</B> cintrer les barres.    La présente invention concerne une ma  chine<B>à</B> cintrer les barres, notamment pour  la fabrication des épars. Cette machine est  caractérisée par deux leviers de     man#uvre     reliés par un axe d'articulation portant au  moins une broche centrale autour de laquelle  doit s'effectuer le cintrage d'une barre,  chaque levier étant muni d'un organe     confor-          mateur    de position réglable destiné<B>à</B> coopé  rer avec ladite broche.  



  Le dessin annexé représente,<B>à</B> titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet  de l'invention.  



  La     fig.   <B>1</B> ce une élévation avec coupe par  tielle de l'une des glissières de la machine<B>à</B>  cintrer.  



  La     fig.    2 est une vue en plan, dans<U>la'</U>  quelle l'axe d'articulation est vu en coupe  diamétrale.  



  La machine représentée comprend     unbâti     formé d'une plaque de base<B>1</B> et d'un palier  2 solidaire de cette dernière. La plaque de  base est pourvue de trous<B>3</B> pour sa fixation  sur un support. Le palier 2 supporte un axe  d'articulation creux 4, sur lequel sont arti  culés deux bras rotatifs<B>5</B> et<B>6.</B> Chacun de  ces bras porte une douille, respectivement<B>5',</B>  <B>6'</B> dans laquelle se monte un levier de     ma-          n#uvre   <B>7, 8.</B> L'axe d'articulation 4 est soli  daire d'un disque 40 prenant appui contre  une face du bras<B>6</B> et servant<B>à</B> guider la  barre<B>à</B> cintrer par l'un de ses bords.  



  Sur chaque bras<B>5, 6</B> est montée une glis  sière<B>9, 10,</B> dans laquelle peut coulisser un    bloc     conformateur   <B>11,</B> 12 dont la position  est réglable au moyen d'une vis<B>13,</B> 14 vissée  dans une paroi terminale de chacune des  glissières. Ces glissières présentent, dans leurs  faces inférieures, une ouverture allongée<B>15,</B>  <B>16</B> servant au passage d'une vis de blocage  <B>17., 18</B> en prise chacune avec l'un des blocs       confori-nateurs   <B>11, 12.</B>  



  Comme on le voit sur la     fig.   <B>1,</B> les blocs       conformateurs        parallélépipédiques    présentent  une face de travail<B>Il',</B> 12' creuse et incur  vée.  



  L'axe d'articulation 4, qui est     serré.dans     le palier 2 au moyen d'un boulon<B>19,</B> porte,  dans sa perforation axiale un cylindre 20  surmonté d'une broche de travail 21, ce cylin  dre étant vissé en 22 dans un guide coulis  sant<B>23.</B> Ce dernier est relié par une biel  lette 24<B>à</B> un levier<B>25</B> monté sur un pivot  <B>26.</B> La course du levier<B>25</B> est limitée au  moyen d'une butée réglable<B>27</B> montée sur  la plaque de base<B>1.</B>  



  La barre<B>à</B> cintrer<B>30</B> en traits mixtes  sur la     fig.   <B>1</B> est appliquée contre un disque  d'appui 40, perpendiculaire<B>à</B> la broche 21  et aux 'surfaces de travail<B>Il',</B> 12' des blocs       conformateurs,    les leviers de     man#uvre   <B>7, 8</B>  ayant été préalablement abaissés pour laisser  un passage<B>à</B> la barre primitivement recti  ligne. On     man#uvre    ensuite les leviers<B>7</B> et<B>8</B>  dans le sens des flèches<I>FI, F2,</I> de telle  sorte que les blocs     conformateurs   <B>11,</B> 12 pro  voquent le cintrage de la barre<B>30</B> autour de      la broche 21.

   Cette opération peut     seffec-          tuer    en plusieurs phases successives entre les  quelles on rapproche un peu du centre les  blocs     conformateuis   <B>11,</B> 12. Lorsque le degré  de cintrage voulu est obtenu, on écarte les  blocs<B>11</B> et 12, puis on     manceuvre    le levier<B>25</B>  dans le sens de la flèche     P3,    de sorte que la  broche 21 s'enfonce dans l'axe d'articulation,  tandis que la barre<B>30,</B> retenue par le disque  40, se dégage de la broche par coulissement  axial relatif. Il est alors facile d'enlever la  barre cintrée de la machine.  



  La machine étant destinée<B>à</B> fabriquer des  épars correspondant<B>à</B> des gonds différents,  on pourra disposer d'un jeu de broches 21  interchangeables de divers diamètres.

  The machine shown comprises a frame formed of a base plate <B> 1 </B> and a bearing 2 integral with the latter. The base plate is provided with <B> 3 </B> holes for its attachment to a support. The bearing 2 supports a hollow articulation axis 4, on which are articulated two rotary arms <B> 5 </B> and <B> 6. </B> Each of these arms carries a sleeve, respectively <B> 5 ', </B> <B> 6' </B> in which is mounted an operating lever <B> 7, 8. </B> The articulation axis 4 is solidly connected to 'a disc 40 resting against a face of the arm <B> 6 </B> and serving <B> to </B> guide the bar <B> to </B> to bend by one of its edges.



  On each arm <B> 5, 6 </B> is mounted a slide <B> 9, 10, </B> in which can slide a shaping block <B> 11, </B> 12 whose position is adjustable by means of a screw <B> 13, </B> 14 screwed into an end wall of each of the slides.   The articulation axis 4, which is clamped in the bearing 2 by means of a bolt <B> 19, </B> carries, in its axial perforation a cylinder 20 surmounted by a working spindle 21, this cylin dre being screwed at 22 in a sliding guide sant <B> 23. </B> The latter is connected by a rod 24 <B> to </B> a lever <B> 25 </B> mounted on a pivot <B> 26. </B> The stroke of the lever <B> 25 </B> is limited by means of an adjustable stop <B> 27 </B> mounted on the base plate <B> 1. </B>



  The bar <B> to </B> bend <B> 30 </B> in phantom lines in fig. <B> 1 </B> is applied against a support disk 40, perpendicular <B> to </B> the spindle 21 and to the 'working surfaces <B> Il', </B> 12 'of the blocks conformers, the operating levers <B> 7, 8 </B> having been lowered beforehand to leave a passage <B> to </B> the bar originally straight line.    This operation can be carried out in several successive phases between which the conforming blocks <B> 11, </B> 12 are moved a little closer to the center. When the desired degree of bending is obtained, the blocks are moved aside <B> 11 </B> and 12, then the lever <B> 25 </B> is actuated in the direction of arrow P3, so that the pin 21 is inserted into the articulation axis, while the bar < B> 30, </B> retained by the disc 40, is released from the spindle by relative axial sliding. It is then easy to remove the curved bar from the machine.



  The machine being intended <B> to </B> manufacture scattered corresponding <B> to </B> different hinges, it is possible to have a set of interchangeable spindles 21 of various diameters.
