Boite étanche. L'invention a pour objet une boîte étanche ronde, principalement pour montre, composée d'une glace constituée par une calotte en ma tière flexible transpa.-nte, d'un fond, d'une lunette-carrure portant les anses,
recouvrant le rebord de la calotte et s'appuyant sur un épaulement de cette dernière, l'étanchéité étant réalisée par interposition d'une garni ture comprimée entre la base de la calotte et la surface correspondante du fond.
Elle, est caractérisée -en ce que la garniture est com-, primée par un assemblage direct du fond et de la lunette, cet assemblage tendant à rap procher l'intérieur du fond de la partie de la lunette s'appuyant sur l'épaulement de la calotte Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exem ple, trois formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

La boîte de la fig. 1 se compose d'une calotte 1 en matière flexible transparente avec paroi ou rebord 2, d'un fond 3 et d'une lunette-carrure 4 recouvrant le rebord de la calotte et portant les anses,
lesquelles ne sont pas représentées. Le fond 3 possède un re bord fileté 5 qui se visse dans une partie taraudée correspondante 6 de la lunette- carrure 4. La partie supérieure 7 de la lunette 4 s'appuie sur un épaulement 8 de la calotte 1.
Une garniture, d'étanchéité 9 est interposée entre la base 10 de la calotte 1 est la surface intérieure en regard 11 du fond. Le fait de visser le fond 3 dans la lunette 4 tend à rapprocher l'élément 7 de la surface 11, donc à comprimer la garniture 9 par l'intermé diaire du rebord 2. L'étanchéité est ainsi assurée.
Il est évident que l'étanchéité des organes de commande doit être réalisée entre ceux-ci et le rebord 2 de la calotte. Ce dernier doit donc avoir une épaisseur assez forte. Dans ces conditions, la somme des épaisseurs des éléments 2, 5 et 6 est relativement grande. Ce fait peut, dans certains cas, compromettre l'esthétique de la boîte.
La forme d'exécution de la fig. 2 tend à remédier à cet inconvénient. La boîte est composée des mêmes éléments que la précé dente. Le rebord 2 de la calotte 1 possède une battue 12 dans laquelle vient se loger au moins partiellement le rebord fileté 5 du fond.
La boîte de la troisième forme d'exécution (fig. 3) possède toujours les mêmes éléments. Le fond 3 et 1a lunette 4 sont assemblés à l'aide des crans de fermeture 13 et 14 en prise l'un. avec l'autre et qui jouent le même rôle que l'assemblage vissé des précédentes formes d'exécution. Un espace 15 est prévu entre le rebord 2 de la calotte 1 et la lunette 4 pour assurer un libre jeu du cran de ferme ture.
L'assemblage à vis de la première forme d'exécution peut être inversé, c'est-à-dire que 1e fond serait taraudé intérieurement et la lunette filetée extérieurement.
L'assemblage à cran de la fig. 3 peut être inversé également. Dans ce cas, le cran de fermeture du fond pourrait être logé dans une battue du rebord de la calotte.
L'assemblage à vis peut être remplacé par un assemblage à baïonnette.
La garniture d'étanchéité peut être encas trée dans la calotte ou dans le fond.

The box of FIG. 1 consists of a cap 1 in transparent flexible material with wall or rim 2, a bottom 3 and a bezel-middle 4 covering the rim of the cap and carrying the handles,
which are not represented. The back 3 has a threaded edge 5 which screws into a corresponding threaded part 6 of the bezel-middle part 4. The upper part 7 of the bezel 4 rests on a shoulder 8 of the cap 1.
A gasket 9 is interposed between the base 10 of the cap 1 and the facing inner surface 11 of the bottom. The fact of screwing the base 3 into the bezel 4 tends to bring the element 7 closer to the surface 11, therefore to compress the gasket 9 through the intermediary of the rim 2. The seal is thus ensured.
It is obvious that the sealing of the control members must be achieved between them and the rim 2 of the cap. The latter must therefore have a fairly strong thickness. Under these conditions, the sum of the thicknesses of elements 2, 5 and 6 is relatively large. This fact can, in some cases, compromise the aesthetics of the box.
The embodiment of FIG. 2 tends to remedy this drawback. The box is made up of the same elements as the previous one. The rim 2 of the cap 1 has a battue 12 in which the threaded rim 5 at the bottom is housed at least partially.
The box of the third embodiment (fig. 3) still has the same elements. The bottom 3 and the bezel 4 are assembled using the locking notches 13 and 14 in engagement with one another. with the other and which play the same role as the screwed assembly of the previous embodiments. A space 15 is provided between the rim 2 of the cap 1 and the bezel 4 to ensure free play of the closing notch.
The screw connection of the first embodiment can be reversed, that is to say that the bottom would be internally threaded and the bezel externally threaded.
The notch assembly of fig. 3 can also be reversed. In this case, the bottom closing notch could be housed in a battue of the rim of the cap.
The screw connection can be replaced by a bayonet connection.
The seal may be embedded in the shell or in the bottom.
