Boîte étanche de pièce d'horlogerie. L'objet de la présente invention est une boîte étanche de pièce d'horlogerie. Cette boîte est caractérisée en ce que la glace, en ma tière incassable, est serrée entre le corps de la boîte et la lunette qui est fixée à ce corps par des vis.
Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de la présente invention, constituée par une boîte de montre-bracelet.
La fig. 1 en est une vue en plan; les fig. 2 et 3 sont des coupes par II, respectivement III-III de fig. 1 et les fig. 4 est 5 montrent un détail en plan et en coupe verticale.
La boîte de montre représentée est formée d'un corps de boîte 1, constitué par un fond- carrure, mais qui pourrait aussi comprendre une carrure et un fond distincts d'une glace 2, en matière incassable, et d'une lunette 3. Le corps de la boîte 1 présente une surface 4 inclinée de façon à s'élever à mesure que l'on se rapproche du cadran; le bord de la glace 2 est serré entre cette surface et une surface correspondante 5 de la lunette.
Le corps de boîte présente une saillie annulaire 6 contre laquelle repose, d'un côté, la lunette 3 et de l'autre côté, une bague 7 portant les anses 8; la lunette et la bague sont serrées contre la saillie 6 par quatre vis 9 qui tra versent cette dernière ainsi que la bague et la lunette perpendiculairement à la platine du mouvement (les trous pratiqués dans cette dernière pourraient être borgnes afin que les vis ne soient pas visibles du côté du cadran). La lunette, serrée contre le corps de boîte, presse contre celui-ci la glace 2, ce qui assure l'étanchéité en même temps que les surfaces 4 et 5 donnent à cette glace le bombé né cessaire.
La tige de remontoir comprend deux par ties: l'une 10, portée par la boîte et l'autre 11, portée par le mouvement 12 monté lui- même dans le cercle d'emboîtage 13. La partie 10 porte la couronne 11 et présente deux tronçons l'un 10a cylindrique, exactement ajusté, dans le trou 14 du corps de boîte et l'autre, tronconique 10b; celui-ci est appliqué contre un siège tronconique 10c, pratiqué sur le corps de boîte, par le moyen d'un ressort lame 15 monté à l'intérieur de la boîte et exerçant son action de l'intérieur vers l'exté rieur.
Au tronçon 10b succède une partie cylindrique 10e, dans laquelle on a pratiqué une fraisure 10d analogue à celles que l'on fait dans les têtes de vis ; la bague 16 qui entoure la partie cylindrique<B>10e</B> a pour but d'empêcher que les deux parties, limitant la rainure, ne s'écartent. Dans cette fraisure pénètre une saillie rectiligne 11a de la par tie de la tige de remontoir 11 portée par le mouvement.
La fig. 2 montre la position de remontage; pour la mise à l'heure, on pousse la couronne vers l'intérieur. Les fig. 4 et 5 montrent les deux parties de l'accouplement supposées séparées, pour qu'on puisse mieux en saisir la construction.
Watertight timepiece box. The object of the present invention is a sealed case for a timepiece. This box is characterized in that the crystal, in an unbreakable material, is clamped between the body of the box and the bezel which is fixed to this body by screws.
The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the present invention, consisting of a wristwatch case.
Fig. 1 is a plan view; figs. 2 and 3 are sections through II, III-III respectively of FIG. 1 and fig. 4 and 5 show a detail in plan and in vertical section.
The watch case shown is formed by a case body 1, consisting of a caseback, but which could also include a caseband and a caseback separate from a crystal 2, made of unbreakable material, and a bezel 3. The body of the box 1 has a surface 4 inclined so as to rise as one approaches the dial; the edge of the glass 2 is clamped between this surface and a corresponding surface 5 of the bezel.
The box body has an annular projection 6 against which rests, on one side, the bezel 3 and on the other side, a ring 7 carrying the handles 8; the bezel and the ring are clamped against the projection 6 by four screws 9 which pass through the latter as well as the ring and the bezel perpendicular to the movement plate (the holes made in the latter could be blind so that the screws are not visible on the side of the dial). The bezel, tight against the gearbox body, presses the lens 2 against it, which ensures the seal at the same time as the surfaces 4 and 5 give this lens the necessary doming.
The winding stem comprises two parts: one 10, carried by the case and the other 11, carried by the movement 12 itself mounted in the casing ring 13. Part 10 carries the crown 11 and presents two sections, one 10a cylindrical, exactly adjusted, in the hole 14 of the box body and the other, frustoconical 10b; the latter is applied against a frustoconical seat 10c, made on the box body, by means of a leaf spring 15 mounted inside the box and exerting its action from the inside to the outside.
The section 10b is followed by a cylindrical part 10e, in which a countersink 10d has been made similar to those which are made in the screw heads; the ring 16 which surrounds the cylindrical part <B> 10th </B> is intended to prevent the two parts, limiting the groove, from moving apart. Into this countersink penetrates a rectilinear projection 11a of the part of the winding stem 11 carried by the movement.
Fig. 2 shows the reassembly position; to set the time, push the crown inwards. Figs. 4 and 5 show the two parts of the coupling supposed to be separate, so that the construction can be better understood.
