Abstract
Un bracelet métallique serait soudé directement au cadre (14).The leather strap (3) is fixed on flexible metal tongues (18) secured to a metal frame (14) mounted in an annular housing of the box (4, 5), for example between the bezel and a flat bottom. The metal tongues are for example made of beryllium bronze embedded and welded in a brass frame and the leather strap is glued on each of the faces of the tongues. A metal bracelet would be welded directly to the frame (14).
Description
The present invention relates to a wristwatch box provided with a bracelet, in particular leather in two pieces, integrated into the box.
Until now, leather bracelets have always been fixed by means of bars, in particular spring bars mounted between two horns of the box. To integrate the bracelet into the box, the horns have been replaced by the edges of a recess made in the middle and covered by a part of it, so as to hide the bars. However, there is no real integration of the bracelet into the box and such a solution is also practically impossible to achieve in a very thin box of the order of 2 to 3 mm, as we know them today.
Another solution for removing the horns has been proposed in the
The invention aims to achieve an integrated fixation of leather or metal bracelet without bar, usable in round boxes or very thin shape, easy to put on and does not come off automatically during the opening of the box.
To this end, the wristwatch box according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the bracelet is fixed to a metal frame mounted in an annular housing of the box, in which it is retained by a part of the box. If the bracelet is made of leather, it is preferably fixed on flexible metal tabs, by gluing and / or by mechanical means such as rivets, these tabs being embedded and welded in the metal frame.
If the annular housing is constituted by a groove made in the middle, this groove is closed by the bottom, so that the frame is completely hidden in the middle and the leather strap seems to be one with the box.

- Figure 1 shows a plan view of the watch complete.
- Figure 2 shows a side view.
- FIG. 3 represents a partial section along III-III of FIG. 1.
- FIG. 4 represents a partial sectional view along IV-IV of FIG. 1.
- FIG. 5 represents a plan view of the strap fixing frame.
The wristwatch shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 comprises a
As is particularly visible in Figure 4, the middle part-
The
The invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. As a variant, for example, the housing for the strap fixing frame could be opened laterally around the entire circumference of the middle part, leaving the frame visible and forming a decorative part of the case. Such a frame could also be used with a box made up of three parts, that is to say of a middle part sandwiched between a bezel and a bottom fixed by means of screws. If the bracelet is metallic, it is welded directly to the
