Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     Amidderivats.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen     Amidderivat    gelangt, wenn man dass  aus     Kokosfettsäureamid    und Formaldehyd  gebildete     Kokosfettsäure-N-methylolamid    mit  einer etwa     äquimolekularen    Menge     Tri-          äthanolamin    umsetzt.  



  Die Umsetzung wird vorteilhaft in der       "##@rärme,    z. B. bei 100-140 , vorgenommen,       zv@Teeli:mässig    unter Zusatz von die Reaktion       befördernden    Stoffen, beispielsweise unter  Zusatz von Eisessig.  



  Das Acetat des neuen     Amidderivats    bil  det eine salbenartige Masse, die von warmem  Wasser zu einer schäumenden Lösung auf  genommen wird. Es kann als     Textilhilfsstoff     verwendet werden.  



       Beispiel:     Man     vermischt    24 Teile     Kokosfettsäure-          N-methylolamid,    hergestellt aus     Kokosfett-          säure    und Formaldehyd, mit 14,9 Teilen     Tri-          ä.thanolamin    und 20 Teilen Eisessig und er  hitzt während 3 Stunden unter Rühren auf       80-85 .    Die überschüssige Essigsäure wird  darauf bei     80-85     unter vermindertem Druck       abdestilliert,    wobei 43,9 Teile des Acetats  des     neuen    Kondensationsproduktes in Form    einer salbenartiger, Masse zurückbleiben,

   die  von warmem Wasser zu einer schäumenden  Lösung aufgenommen wird.

Das Acetat des neuen A.midderivats bil det eine salbenartige Masse, die von warmem Wasser zu einer schäumenden Lösung auf genommen wird. Es kann als Textilhilfsstoff verwendet werden.
