Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Kondensationsproduktes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen Kondensationsprodukt gelangt, wenn  man     N-blethylstearinsäureamid    in Gegenwart  einer Säure mit     methylolacetamidsulfonsaurem     Natrium umsetzt.  



  Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in  Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels, wie Alkohol,  Aceton,     Diogan,    Eisessig, vorgenommen. Als  Säure kann beispielsweise Salzsäure, Schwefel  säure, Essigsäure Anwendung finden.  



  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt, ein weisses  Pulver, ist in warmem Wasser unter Bildung  einer schäumenden Lösung löslich und besitzt       kapillaraktive    Eigenschaften. Die wässerige  Lösung desselben wird weder von verdünnten  Säuren noch von verdünnten Alkalien gefällt.  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt kann als       Textilhilfsstoff    verwendet werden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    6,0 Teile     N-1VIethylstearinsäureamid    wer  den in 50     Volumteilen    Eisessig gelöst und  unter Rühren nach Zugabe von 5 Teilen       methylolacetamid.sulfonsaurem    Natrium wäh  rend 70 Stunden auf 95-100   erhitzt.

   Nach  dem     Abdestillieren    des Lösungsmittels wird    der Rückstand in Alkohol gelöst und mit  Äther gefällt. Das Produkt wird als weisses,  wasserlösliches Pulver erhalten.

  The new condensation product, a white powder, is soluble in warm water to form a foaming solution and has capillary-active properties. Its aqueous solution is precipitated neither from dilute acids nor from dilute alkalis. The new condensation product can be used as a textile auxiliary. <I> Example: </I> 6.0 parts of N-1VIethylstearinsäureamid who dissolved in 50 parts by volume of glacial acetic acid and heated to 95-100 for 70 hours after adding 5 parts of sodium methylolacetamid.sulfonsaurem while stirring.

   After the solvent has been distilled off, the residue is dissolved in alcohol and precipitated with ether. The product is obtained as a white, water-soluble powder.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man N-Methylstearinsäureamid in Gegenwart einer Säure mit methylolacetamid- siilfonsaurem Natrium umsetzt. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt, ein weisses Pulver, ist in warmem Wasser unter Bildung einer schäumenden Lösung löslich und besitzt kapillaraktive Eigenschaften. Die wässerige Lösung desselben wird weder von verdünnten Säuren noch von verdünnten Alkalien gefällt. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt kann als Textilhilfsstoff verwendet werden.
