Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Derivates einer lernsubstituierten       aromatisehen        Ogyverbindung.       Es wurde     gefunden,    dass man zu einem  neuen Derivat einer kernsubstituierten aro  matischen     Oxyverbindung    gelangt, wenn  man das Kondensationsprodukt aus     Ölsäure-          N-methylolamid    und Phenol mit Formaldehyd  und     Diäthanolamin    kondensiert.  



  Die Kondensation wird zweckmässig in  der Wärme, z. B. bei 60-l00 , ausgeführt.  Das neue Erzeugnis bildet ein dickflüssi  ges Öl, das nach dem Lösen     in    Eisessig mit  Wasser eine klare, schäumende     Löung    er  gibt. Es kann als     Textilhilfsstoff    Anwen  dung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  23,2 Teile des Kondensationsproduktes  aus     Olsäure-N-methylolamid    - und Phenol  werden mit 15 Teilen     Diäthanolamin    ver  mischt, worauf man 10     Volumteile    40,3     vo-          lumprozentige        wässrige        Formaldehydlösung     innert 1 Stunde bei Raumtemperatur hinzu  fliessen lässt und anschliessend 4 Stunden auf  85-90  erhitzt. Das mit Wasser gewaschene  Kondensationserzeugnis bildet nach dem  Trocknen ein dickflüssiges Öl, das nach dem  Lösen in Eisessig mit Wasser eine klare;  schäumende Lösung ergibt. Es kann als       Textilhilfsstoff    Anwendung finden.

      Das oben benützte Kondensationserzeug  nis aus     ölsäure-N-methylolamid    und Phenol  kann durch Kondensation in Eisessig, z. B.  bei 45-50 , unter Zusatz von entwässertem  Zinkchlorid hergestellt werden.

It can be used as a textile auxiliary.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Derivates einer kernsubstituierten aromati schen Oxyverbindung, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man das Kondensationsprodukt aus Ölsäure-N-methylolamid und Phenol mit Formaldehyd und Diäthanolamin konden siert. Das neue Erzeugnis bildet ein dickflüssi ges Öl, das nach dem Lösen in Eisessig mit Wasser eine klare, schäumende Löung er gibt. Es kann als Textilhilfsstoff Anwen dung finden.
