Description

  

      Verfahren        zur        Herstellung        einer        neuen,     organischen Verbindung.    Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung einer neuen, stickstoff  haltigen organischen Verbindung, geeignet,  um     zelluloseartigen    Textilmaterialien Affinität  für     Säurewollfarbstoffe    zu erteilen.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung wird     Allophano-          methyldimethyl    -     cyclohexylammoniumchlorid     der Formel

    erhalten, indem     Chloroaoetylharnstoff    ver  anlasst wird, sich mit     Dimethylcyelohexämin     zu verbinden.  



  Wenn gewünscht, kann die Reaktion in  Gegenwart eines Lösungs- oder Verdünnungs  mittels, z. B. Alkohol, durchgeführt werden.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  20 Teile     Ohloroacetylharnstoff,    20 Teile         Dymethyleyclohexylamin    und 100 Teile  Äthanol werden zusammen unter     Rückfluss-          kühlung    während fünf Stunden erhitzt. Es  bildet sich eine klare Lösung. Der Alkohol  wird hierauf bei Unterdruck     abdestilliert.    Es  verbleibt eine viskose, gelbe, an der Atmo  sphäre zerfliessende,- ölige Masse, welche beim  Stehen langsam Kristalle niederschlägt.

   Es  ist dies die neue Verbindung,     Allophano-          methyldimethyl-        cyclohexylammoniumchlorid.     Sie ist sehr leicht in Wasser löslich, lösbar  in heissem Alkohol und in Äther, Azeton  und Benzol unlöslich.

A clear solution forms. The alcohol is then distilled off under reduced pressure. What remains is a viscous, yellow, oily mass that dissolves in the atmosphere and slowly precipitates crystals when standing.

   This is the new compound, allophanomethyldimethylcyclohexylammonium chloride. It is very easily soluble in water, soluble in hot alcohol and insoluble in ether, acetone and benzene.

PATENTANSPRUCPL: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer neuen, stickstoffhaltigen organischen Verbindung, geeignet, um zelluloseartigem Textilmaterial Affinität für Säurewollfarbstoffe zu erteilen, nämlich Allophanomethyldimethyl-cyclohexyl- ammoniumchlorid der Formel EMI0002.0001 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Chloroacetyl- harustoff veranlasst wird, sich mit Dirrtethyl- cyclohexylamin zu verbinden.
