Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefelsäureesters. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefel- säureesters. Das Verfahren ist dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man 1-Xylyl-2-heptadecyl- 4,6-di-imino-tetrahydro-1,3,5-triazin, welches unter Verwendung von rohem Xylidinge- misch hergestellt wurde, mit mindestens der doppelt molekularen Menge Glycid umsetzt und das Reaktionsprodukt in seinen Schwe- felsäureester überführt.
Das Natriumsalz des neuen Erzeugnisses ist ein wasserlösliches, helles Pulver mit her vorragenden kapillaraktiven Eigenschaften. Es kann als Tegtilhilfsprodukt Verwendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Zu 45 Teilen 1-Xylyl-2-heptadecyl-4,6- di-imino-tetrahydro-1,3,5-triazin, welches unter Verwendung von rohem Xylidin- gemisch hergestellt wurde, werden in Ge genwart von 0,2 Teilen Natriumäthylat bei 140-150 22 Teile Glycid zugetropft. Die klare, hellbraune Schmelze wird noch wäh rend 14 Stunden bei derselben Temperatur weitergerührt, bis eine homogene Mischung entstanden ist.
Nach dem Abkühlen wird das Kondensationsprodukt in Form einer braunen wachsartigen Masse erhalten.
15 Teile des so erhaltenen Kondensations produktes werden in 30 Teilen Monohydrat so gelöst und mit 35 Teilen Oleum 26 %ig bei 8-10 bis zur Wasserlöslichkeit verrührt. Die Sulfurationsmasse wird alsdann auf Eis gegossen und nach Abtrennen der wässrigen Schicht mit Natronlauge neutralisiert. Das a% Endprodukt bildet ein helles, wasserlösliches Pulver mit sehr guten kapillaraktiven Eigen schaften. Es besitzt ein hervorragendes Waschvermögen.

<I> Example: </I> To 45 parts of 1-xylyl-2-heptadecyl-4,6-di-imino-tetrahydro-1,3,5-triazine, which was prepared using a crude xylidine mixture in the presence of 0.2 parts of sodium ethylate at 140-150 22 parts of glycide were added dropwise. The clear, light brown melt is stirred for 14 hours at the same temperature until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
After cooling, the condensation product is obtained in the form of a brown waxy mass.
15 parts of the condensation product obtained in this way are dissolved in 30 parts of monohydrate and stirred with 35 parts of 26% oleum at 8-10 to water solubility. The sulphuration mass is then poured onto ice and, after the aqueous layer has been separated off, neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution. The a% end product is a light-colored, water-soluble powder with very good capillary-active properties. It has excellent washing power.
