Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen     Kondensationsprodukt    gelangt, wenn  man     p-Stearoylamino-benzoesäurehydrazid     mit Glukose in Gegenwart eines Lösungs  mittels in der Wärme behandelt.  



  Als Lösungsmittel kann man beispiels  weise Eisessig oder Alkohol verwenden. Die  Umsetzung wird in der Wärme, z. B. bei       60-- & 0 ,    vorgenommen.  



  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt stellt  eine bräunliche,     pulverisierbare    Masse dar,  die, in wenig Alkohol gelöst, beim Verdün  nen mit Wasser eine     opale,    schäumende Lö  sung ergibt, -die beim Kochen in Gegenwart  von Mineralsäuren eine Zersetzung erleidet.  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt kann als       Textilhilfsmittel,    z. B. als Schaummittel,  verwendet werden.  



       Beispiel:     4 Gewichtsteile     p-Stearoylamino-benzoe-          säurehydrazid,    welches z. B. .durch Erhitzen  von p -     Stearoylaminobenzoesäuremethylester       mit     Hydrazinhydrat    im     Einschlussrohr    er  hältlich ist, werden in 30 Volumenteilen Eis  essig in der Wärme gelöst. Dann werden 2,7  Gewichtsteile wasserfreie Glukose zugege  ben, worauf die klare Lösung     während     30 Minuten auf     70=-80     erwärmt wird. Nach  ,dem Entfernen des Eisessigs im Vakuum  wird eine bräunliche,     pulverisierbare    Masse  erhalten.

   Eine Probe, in wenig Alkohol ge  löst und mit     Wasser    verdünnt, ergibt eine       opale,    schäumende Lösung, welche beim  Kochen in Gegenwart von Mineralsäuren eine  Zersetzung erleidet.

  The new condensation product is a brownish, pulverizable mass which, when dissolved in a little alcohol, gives an opal, foaming solution when diluted with water, which undergoes decomposition when cooked in the presence of mineral acids. The new condensation product can be used as a textile auxiliary, e.g. B. can be used as a foaming agent.



       Example: 4 parts by weight of p-stearoylamino-benzoic acid hydrazide, which z. B.. By heating p - stearoylaminobenzoic acid methyl ester with hydrazine hydrate in the inclusion tube it is available, glacial acetic acid is dissolved in 30 parts by volume in the heat. 2.7 parts by weight of anhydrous glucose are then added, whereupon the clear solution is heated to 70 = -80 for 30 minutes. After removing the glacial acetic acid in vacuo, a brownish, pulverizable mass is obtained.

   A sample, dissolved in a little alcohol and diluted with water, gives an opal, foaming solution that decomposes when boiled in the presence of mineral acids.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass man p-Stearoylamino-benzoe- säurehydrazid mit Glukose in Gegenwart eines Lösungsmittels in der Wärme behan dele. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt stellt eine bräunliche, pulverisierbare Masse dar, die, in wenig Alkohol gelöst, beim Verdün nen mit Wasser eine Opale, schäumende Lösung ergibt, die beim Kochen in Gegen wart von Mineralsäuren eine Zersetzung er leidet. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt kann als Textilhilfsmittel, z. B. als Schaummittel verwendet werden.
