Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffderivates.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues       Farbstoffderivat    erhält, wenn man 1 Hol     4-          Amicio-3,2'-dimethylazobenzol    in Gegenwart  von     Pyridin    mit 1     Mol    des     Disulfochlorids     der     1-Methylbenzol-2,4-disulfonsäure    behan  delt. Bei der Aufarbeitung geht das neue    Derivat in einen Farbstoff über, der ein braun  gelbes Pulver darstellt, das sich in Wasser  klar löst und Wolle orangegelb färbt.

   Der  neue Farbstoff entspricht sehr wahrscheinlich  der Formel:

    <I>Beispiel:</I>  11,2 Teile     4-Amino-3,2'-dirnethylazobenzol     werden in 100 Teilen     Pyridin    mit 20,7 Teilen  des     Disulfochlorids    der     1-Methylbenzol-2.4-          disulfonsäure    während 2 Stunden auf 80-90   erhitzt, wonach eine Probe in Wasser klar  löslich geworden ist.  



  Die Aufarbeitung kann wie folgt vor sich  gehen.  



  Das     Pyridin    wird im Vakuum weitgehend       abdestilliert,    der Rückstand in Wasser gelöst,  mit     verdünnterNatriumcarbonatlösung    neutral  gestellt, das Reaktionsprodukt mit Natrium  chlorid     ausgesalzen,    abgesaugt und getrocknet.

  The work-up can proceed as follows.



  Most of the pyridine is distilled off in vacuo, the residue is dissolved in water, neutralized with dilute sodium carbonate solution, the reaction product is salted out with sodium chloride, filtered off with suction and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: -Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffderivates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Hol 4-Amino-3,2'-dimethylazo- benzol in Gegenwart von Pyridin mit 1 Mol des Disulfochlorids der 1-Methylbenzol-2.4-di- sulfonsäure behandelt. Bei der Aufarbeitung geht das neue Derivat in einen Farbstoff über, der ein braungelbes Pulver darstellt, das sich in Wasser klar löst und Wolle orangegelb färbt.
