  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 200372.    Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Kondensationsproduktes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues  Kondensationsprodukt erhält, wenn man auf       1-Amino-4-p-toluidoanthrachinon    2     Mol    des       Toluol-2.        4-disulfochlorids    in Gegenwart von       Pyridin    einwirken lässt. Das neue Produkt  bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das sich in Wasser  mit violetter Farbe auflöst und zum Färben  in der Textilindustrie verwendet werden  kann.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man verrührt 16,4 Teile     1-Amino-4-p-          toluidoanthrachinon    mit 120 Teilen     Pyridin.     Hierauf streut man 36     Teile        Toluoldisulfo-          chlorid    hinzu, steigert die Temperatur bis  zum Siedepunkt und hält bei dieser Tem  peratur, bis eine Probe der     Reaktionsmasse     bei dieser Temperatur in Wasser löslich ist.

    Das     Pyridin    wird durch     Destillation    im Va  kuum     entfernt,    der Rückstand     in    warmem  Wasser aufgelöst, und das Kondensations  produkt mit gussalzenden     Mitteln,    z. B. Na-         triumchlorid    abgeschieden. Nach dem Filtrie  ren, nötigenfalls nach dem Waschen mit Salz  wasser, wird das Produkt getrocknet; es kann  durch     Ausziehen    mit Alkoholen, z. B.     trok-          kenem    Methylalkohol, frei von anorganischen  Salzen erhalten werden. Man erhält ein  dunkles Pulver, dessen     wässrige    Lösung  Wolle aus saurem Bade violett anfärbt.

  <I> Example: </I> 16.4 parts of 1-amino-4-p-toluidoanthraquinone are stirred with 120 parts of pyridine. 36 parts of toluene disulfochloride are sprinkled on this, the temperature is raised to the boiling point and maintained at this temperature until a sample of the reaction mass is soluble in water at this temperature.

    The pyridine is removed by distillation in vacuo, the residue dissolved in warm water, and the condensation product with casting salting agents, eg. B. sodium chloride deposited. After Filtrie ren, if necessary after washing with salt water, the product is dried; it can be made by soaking with alcohols, e.g. B. dry methyl alcohol, free of inorganic salts can be obtained. A dark powder is obtained, the aqueous solution of which dyes wool from an acid bath purple.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Konden sationsproduktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf 1-Amino-4-p-toluidoanthrachi- non 2 Mol des Toluol-2.4-disidfochlorids in Gegenwart von Pyridin einwirken lässt. Das neue Produkt bildet ein dunkles Pulver, das sieh in Wasser mit violetter Farbe auflöst und zum Färben in der Textilindustrie ver wendet werden kann.
