Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen Kondensationsprodukt gelangt, wenn  man     Kokosfettsä,ureanilid    in Gegenwart eines  Kondensationsmittels mit     N-methylolchlor-          acetamid-sulfonsaizrem    Natrium umsetzt.  



  Als Kondensationsmittel eignen sich bei  spielsweise konzentrierte Schwefelsäure, al  koholische Salzsäure. Eisessig, ferner Zink  chlorid.  



  Das neue     Kernkondensationsprodukt    bil  det ein hellgefärbtes Pulver, das in Wasser  unter Schäumen klar löslich ist und dessen  wässerige Lösung ein gutes Netz- und  Schaumvermögen besitzt. Es kann als       Textilhilfsstoff,    z. B. als Waschmittel, An  wendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  14 Teile     Kokosfettsäureanilid    werden bei  <B>10'</B> in 50 Teilen konzentrierter Schwefel  säure gelöst. Unter gutem Rühren werden  bei<B>5-8'</B> 1 3 Teile N-methylchloracetamid-         sulfonsaures    Natrium langsam eingestreut.  Nach vierstündigem Rühren bei Raumtempe  ratur     ist    eine Probe in Wasser     klar    löslich. Es  wird auf Eis gegossen, die neue     Sulfosäure     mit     Butylalkohol    einige Male ausgezogen, die       Butylalkohollösung    mit Ammoniak neutrali  siert und im Vakuum bei<B>50-60'</B> zur  Trockne verdampft.

   Das Produkt bildet ein  hellgefärbtes Pulver, das     in    Wasser unter  starkem Schäumen klar     löslich'ist    und     dessen.     wässerige Lösung ein gutes Netz- und       Waschvermögen    besitzt.

  <I> Example: </I> 14 parts of coconut fatty acid anilide are dissolved in 50 parts of concentrated sulfuric acid at <B> 10 '</B>. Das neue Kernkondensationsprodukt bil det ein hellgefärbtes Pulver, das in Wasser unter Schäumen klar löslich ist und dessen wässerige Lösung ein gutes Netz- und Sehaumvermögen besitzt. Es kann als Textilhilfsstoff, z. B. als Waschmittel, An wendung finden.
