Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Textilhilfsmittels. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Textilhilfs mittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Methyl-oleyl-amid der Buttersäure mit einem sulfonierenden Mittel behandelt.
Das neue Produkt ist ein schwach gefärb tes 01. Die Alkalisalze sind in Wasser klar lösliche Öle. Die wässerigen Lösungen sind ausgezeichnete Netzmittel. <I>Beispiel:</I> 196 Teile Methyl-oleyl-amin werden auf die im Hauptpatent beschriebene Weise mit 112 Teilen Buttersäurechlorid kondensiert und aufgearbeitet. Das Umsetzungsprodukt wird in 480 Teilen Trichloräthylen gelöst.
170 Teile einer so erhaltenen Lösung, welche 50 Teile des Methyl-oleyl-amides der -3uttersäure enthält, werden, wie im Haupt- patent beschrieben, mit 55,6 Teilen Schwe- felsäuremonohydrat versetzt. Das Reak tionsprodukt wird mit Natronlauge neutra lisiert. Nach Abdestillieren des Trichlor- äthylens wird es durch Aussalzen mit Koch salz als fast farbloses 01 abgeschieden und von der wässerigen Salzlösung abgetrennt.

The reaction product is neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution. After the trichlorethylene has been distilled off, it is deposited as an almost colorless oil by salting out with sodium chloride and separated from the aqueous salt solution.
