Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Netzmittels. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Netz mittels, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Alkalisalz des Schwefelsäureesters der 9-Oxystearinsäure mit einer Ammoniumbase umsetzt, die man durch Einwirkung von Ben- zolsulfochlorid und überschüssigem Trimethyl- amin auf n-Oktanol erhält.
Das so erhaltene Salz stellt eine dick flüssige gelbliche Masse von ausgezeichneter Netzwirkung dar, während die Komponenten eine nur sehr geringe bezw. keine Netzwir kung aufweisen.

Durch Zusatz von Kochsalz kann das Salz der Ammoniumbase ausgeschieden und gegebenenfalls durch Aufnehmen in Chloro form und Abdampfen desselben salz- und wasserfrei erhalten werden.
Process for the preparation of a wetting agent. The present patent relates to a process for producing a network, characterized in that an alkali salt of the sulfuric acid ester of 9-oxystearic acid is reacted with an ammonium base obtained by the action of benzene sulfochloride and excess trimethylamine on n-octanol.
The salt obtained in this way is a thick, liquid, yellowish mass of excellent wetting effect, while the components have only a very slight or have no network effect.

By adding common salt, the salt of the ammonium base can be excreted and optionally obtained free of salt and anhydrous by taking it up in chlorine form and evaporating it.
