Process for the preparation of a salt of 1V zonoguajacylphosphoric acid. The subject-matter of the main patent is a process for the production of an ethylene diamine salt of diguaiacylphosphoric acid, which is characterized in that 1 mol of ethylenediamine is brought into action for every 2 mol of diguaiacylphosphoric acid.
The subject matter of the present patent is a process for the production of a salt of monogua_jacylphosphoric acid, which is characterized in that 1 mol, # Ionoguajacylphosphorsäure 1 mol of ethylene diamine is allowed to act. The reaction product is a white, water-soluble crystalline compound which crystallizes from water with one mole of water of crystallization and melts at 22.6 to 228 C with decomposition.
The 3alzbildung according to the method of the invention can also be achieved by double conversion of an inorganic salt of mono guaiacylphosphoric acid with a salt of ethylenediamines in a solvent. Furthermore, an acid derivative of monoguajacylphospharic acid, in which the hydrogen groups bonded to the phosphorus atom by interchangeable radicals, eg. B.
Halogen, are replaced, hydrolyze in the presence of ethylenediamine, whereby the free monoguajaeylphosphoric acid is also formed as an intermediate, and then the ethylenediamine salt described - the monoguajacylphosphoric acid - is formed.
For the reaction, the two components are expediently added together in the molecular ratio given above, so that the reaction product is obtained directly in sufficient purity or can be easily purified.
<I> Embodiment: </I> 1 mol (204.1 g) monoguajacylphosphoric acid are dissolved in an amount of water sufficient to dissolve and with a solution of 1 mol (60.1 g) ethylenediamine in 100 cm ' Water mixed. When mixed in and cooled, ethylenediamine monoguajacylphosphate separates out in abundant quantities and with sufficient purity. The compound obtained in this way dissolves and dissolves easily in warm water. The substance crystallizes with one mole of water of crystallization and melts at 226 to 228 ° C with decomposition.
It is a white crystalline product.
