Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen Kondensationsprodukt gelangt, wenn  man     N-Methyl-u-heptadecyl-benzimidazol-          chlorhydratmit        rnethylolacetamidsulforisaurem     Natrium umsetzt.  



  Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in Gegen  wart von konzentrierter Schwefelsäure vor  genommen.  



  Das neue Kondensationsprodukt bildet in       Form    des     Natriumsalzes    eine feste Masse,  die in Wasser unter starkem Schäumen lös  lich ist und stark     kapillaraktive    Eigenschaf  ten besitzt. Es kann als     Textilhilfsstoff    ver  wendet werden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  4 Gewichtsteile     N-Methyl-ss-heptadecyl-          benzimidazolchlorhydrat    werden in 20 Ge  wichtsteilen konzentrierter Schwefelsäure in  der Kälte gelöst. Unter Rühren werden nach  und nach bei 15-20' 2,5 Gewichtsteile fein  pulverisiertes     methylolacetamidsulfonsaures     Natrium zugegeben. Nach 30stündigem Rüh  ren bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur ist eine  Probe in Wasser nach dem Neutralisieren    mit Soda klar löslich. Durch Neutralisieren  der erhaltenen Säure mit Natronlauge kann  das     Natriumsalz    erhalten werden, das in  Wasser unter starkem Schäumen löslich ist  und stark     kapillaraktive    Eigenschaften besitzt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekeiiri- zeichnet, dass man N-Methyl-,u-heptadecyl- benzimidazolchlorhydrat mit methylolacet- amidsulfonsaurem Natrium umsetzt. Das neue Kondensationsprodukt bildet in Form des Natriumsalzes eine feste Masse, die in Wasser unter starkem Schäumen lös lich ist und stark kapillaraktive Eigenschaften besitzt. Es kann als Textilhilfsstoff verwen det werden.
