Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer höher molekularen     a-substituierten          Benzylaminsulfonsäure.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer höher  molekularen     a-substituierten        Benzylaminsul-          fonsäure,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       N-Phenylacetyl-a-uudecylbenzylarnin        sulfiert.     



  Die neue     Sulfonsäure    bildet als Natrium  salz ein weisses Pulver, dessen     wässrige    Lö  sungen stark schäumen. Sie kann als     Wasch-          und    Netzmittel und als     Kalkseifenemulgator     Verwendung finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  26,1 Teile     a-Undecylbenzylanrin    (herge  stellt nach den Angaben im Hauptpatent)  werden durch 6stündiges Kochen unter Rück  fluh mit 25 Teilen     Phenylessigsäurechlorid     in das     N-Pheriylacetyl-a-undecyl-N-benzyl-          amin    übergeführt.

   Dann wird das überschüs  sige     Phenylessigsäurechlorid    durch Wasser  zersetzt und der Rückstand durch     Ausäthern     gewonnen.    0,1     Mol        N-Phenylacetyl-a-urrdecyl-benzyl-          amin    werden bei<B>01</B> in 100 Teilen Schwefel  säuremonohydrat gelöst und langsam bei  dieser Temperatur mit 40 Teilen     26 ;oigem          Oleum        sulfoniert.    Nach 2 Stunden trägt man  die     Sulfonierungsmasse    in 500 Teile Eis ein  und neutralisiert bei 0-10 o mit Natronlauge.

    Nach dem Eindampfen und Trocknen erhält  man ein weisses Pulver, dessen     wässrige    Lö  sungen stark schäumen.

Die neue Sulfonsäure bildet als Natrium salz ein weisses Pulver, dessen wässrige Lö sungen stark schäumen. Sie kann als Wasch- und Netzmittel und als Kalkseifenemulgator Verwendung finden.
