Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer höher molekularen     a-substituierten          Benzylaminsulfonsäure.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer höher  molekularen     a-substituierten        Benzylaminsul-          fonsäure,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man       N-Phenoxyacetyl-a-undecylbenzylamin        sul-          fiert.     



  Die neue     Sulfonsäure    bildet als Natrium  salz ein weisses, in Wasser leicht lösliches  Pulver, dessen     wässrige    Lösungen stark schäu  men. Sie kann als Wasch- und Netzmittel  und als     $alkseifenemulgator    Verwendung fin  den.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  0,1     1VIol        a-Undecylbenzylamin    (hergestellt  nach den Angaben im Hauptpatent) werden  in 200     Volumteilen    absolutem Benzol gelöst  mit 0,15     Mol        Phenoxyessigsäurechlorid    so  lange unter     Rückfluss    gekocht, bis keine Salz  säure mehr entweicht.

   Nach 2 Stunden trägt man die       Sulfonierungsmasse    in 500 Teile Eis ein und  neutralisiert bei 0-10o mit Natronlauge.  Nach dem Eindampfen und Trocknen erhält  man ein weisses Pulver, dessen klare     wässrige     Lösungen stark schäumen.
