Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich nun auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser unlöslichen Azofarbstoffes,dadurch ,gekenn zeichnet, dass man,die Diazoverbindung von 3-Chlor-4-amino-phenyl - oxäthylsulfon mit Diäthylanilin vereinigt.
Der so erhaltene neue Farbstoff färbt Acetatseide unter Zusatz eines Dispergier- mittels in lebhafter oranger Nuance von guter Lichtechtheit, Nasstechtheit und Weiss@ätzbar- keit.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 235 Teile 3-Chlor-4-aminophenyl-oxäthyl- sulfon werden in Aceton .gelöst und mit Hilfe von<B>70</B> Teilen Natriumnitrit diazotiert. Die erhaltene Diazolösung wird mit einer kalten salzsauren Lösung von<B>150</B> Teilen Diäthyl- anilin vereinigt.
Nach Beendigung der in mineralsaurer Lösung stattfindenden Kupp lung stumpft man mit Natriumacetat ab und saugt nach Entfernung des Acetons den ent standenen Farbstoff ab.

The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a water-insoluble azo dye, characterized in that the diazo compound of 3-chloro-4-aminophenyl - oxäthylsulfon is combined with diethylaniline.
The new dye thus obtained dyes acetate silk with the addition of a dispersing agent in a lively orange shade of good lightfastness, wetfastness and whiteness etchability.
<I> Example: </I> 235 parts of 3-chloro-4-aminophenyl-oxethylsulfone are dissolved in acetone and diazotized with the aid of 70 parts of sodium nitrite. The diazo solution obtained is combined with a cold hydrochloric acid solution of 150 parts of diethyl aniline.
When the coupling, which takes place in mineral acid solution, has ended, the mixture is blunted with sodium acetate and, after the acetone has been removed, the resulting dye is suctioned off.
