  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr.     177581.       Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft .die  Darstellung eines violetten     Acetatseidenfarb-          stoffes    und ist dadurch .gekennzeichnet, dass  man diazotiertes     6-Brom-2,4-dinitro-l-anilin     mit     Äthyl-ss,y-dioxy-propylanilin    kuppelt.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man löst 26,2 Teile     6-Brom-2,4-dinitro-          anilin    in 135 Teilen konzentrierter Schwefel  säure von 60   und versetzt die Lösung lang  sam mit 6,9 Teilen scharf getrocknetem Ni  trit zwischen 60 bis<B>70'.</B> Nach einiger     Zeit     kühlt man ab auf 0   und rührt zwischen  0   und 5   100 Teile Wasser ein. Diese       Diazolösung    lässt man unter zeitweiligem  Neutralisieren mit Natronlauge allmählich  in eine kalt gehaltene Lösung von 19,5 Tei  len     Athyl-ss,y-dioxypropyl-anilin    (S. P. 174    bei 3 mm) in 500 Teilen Wasser     und.    13  Teilen     30%iger    Salzsäure einlaufen.

   Der    filtrierte und     getrocknete    Farbstoff stellt  nach dem     Umkristallisieren    aus wenig Al  kohol ein bronzeglänzendes Pulver dar, das  sich in Alkohol und Aceton     carmoisinrot    und  in Benzol ziegelrot löst. In konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure löst er sich mit oranger Farbe.  Er färbt     Acetatseide        violett    an.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines violetten Acetatseidenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man diazotiertes 6-Brom-2,4- dinitroanilin mit Äthyl-ss,y--dioxypropylanilin kuppelt. Der Farbstoff stellt ein bronzeglänzendes Pulver dar, das sich in Alkohol und Aceton carmoisinrot, in Benzol ziegelrot und in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure orange löst. Er färbt Acetatseide violett an.
